Breakfast was pretty standard continental breakfast, can't complain. The whole hotel is carpetted so it has a strong musty odor. It was a bit old. You can tell renovations were done, but more visual than anything. As in a modern looking room. The plumbing seemed old. The shower faucet had a drip. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was very soft. We turned down the AC at night and room stayed hot.

We have stayed here several times. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. This time we noticed security guards patrolling the parking lot and walking through the hallways at night. That was nice. In & Out is very close by.😀

The room was spotless and the sheets were crisp Ben clean. I felt so safe and secure. Thank you for letting me get a great night sleep!

Everything was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

A/C didn’t work well. Lowest my room got overnight was 75. If you like to sleep cold I would recommend staying at another property

My family arrived early after a long road trip and we're allowed to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. My grandkids love the afternoon snacks.

I felt like the room could’ve been cleaner. The air conditioner did not work well the four nights we were there. We talked to the front desk person and she said they were having trouble with the AC on the entire property. The pool was very nice. There were railroad tracks right outside the hotel and the train came through quite often. One day it was 1 AM then 3 AM and 5 AM.

Great price - maybe I caught them in time that they needed maintenance but the ac had problems- cooled but not enough.

We were delighted to have a hot supper at the hotel for free. Everyone in our group found it very good. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. The hotel staff were fantastic.

The property and room were relatively well maintained. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture and refrigerator. Although the bathroom seemed clean we found multiple long hairs (in excess of 8" - since my husband sports a crew and I have a short 2.5" cut it couldn'thave been ours) in the bathroom (on floor, in drain, on shower wall & curtain) that lead us to believe that a little better attention needs to be taken when cleaned.

Family of 5 stayed 2 nights I have 1 toddler and 1 baby. The place could use some remodeling the AC was pretty quiet and kept the room at a good temp of 73-74. Some stains on the pull out couch but understandable for how old it is. The staff weren’t the friendliest but they weren’t rude either. The food was good as well my kids did point out a dead roach and cricket in the dining area pretty loudly. It was there the next day as well. Other than that the stay was nice and everyone was able to sleep a bit comfortable.

Everyone that worked there was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty to choose from. The social hour snacks were also good plus three free adult beverages you can’t complain. The pool was clean & well maintained. My only problem was not really seating outside for smokers. Just give us an area away from the door with seating and we’re good. It really was a nice place to stay and like I said the staff was wonderful.

The only reason I took a star away was because of the construction in the area. The hotel itself is great!

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and polite. Breakfast was always good and the afternoon Kickback was much needed after a long day at work. If you are staying for a lengthy period of time this is the place to stay.

Hotel was okay. It’s an old inn and the utilities were outdated. Parking lot is small.

Have stayed at Drury multiple times in the past and never had an issue. First time having a problem. We noticed in the evening that our shower only worked with scalding hot water. Hotel was fully booked. Staff was extremely helpful but had no maintenance options. They ended up freeing up one room so we could shower. Not the best situation but the staff did all they could to help. Chalk this one up to just bad luck. Room and grounds were very clean, breakfast was great and the staff professional and courteous. Front desk girl was super helpful since my Expedia booking wasn’t showing at the time I arrived she provided with the phone number. She talked to them over the phone and secured a room in case Expedia reservation didn’t show in her system.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and what my family needed. The food was ok. My son enjoyed the pool.

We had a great stay. The staff were so friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were attentive to any need. So refreshing to feel welcome and cared for. I will choose Drury for every lodging from now on.

Staff was very welcoming and attentive. There was some construction during our stay that triggered the fire alarm but they right away handle it and made sure the process was quick so it wouldn’t be disruptive to the guest. My family loved staying there! Staff was friendly as well.

One of the best hotel staff I have seen

Breakfast was pretty good, but the evening Kickback reception was awesome! 3 free alcoholic drinks, salad, soup, nachos, and hot fresh entrees buffet style was great. Saved a lot of money not having to go out for dinner. Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot and Whataburger right next door if you wanted to go out. Marcos pizza also delivers!

I will suggest and my family and I will stay at Drury property again

We honestly can’t figure out why other reviews are so high. The place is really outdated and small. Rooms are very small for a hotel in Texas. Again, can’t understand why this place is so highly reviewed.

We’ve stayed at the Drury on the Riverwalk and this one, and definitely saw the difference with the overall hotel spaces, funky odor in the rooms and food served. It was a decent place to rest at night and the staff were friendly, but we definitely wouldn’t rebook here. The Riverwalk property was definitely better value for money.

We had to bring in our own big blanket only a sheet on the bed but other than that we love our stay and will recommend and stay again. It is very convenient besides all the construction but not hotels fault for that.

I was very very impressed by everything overall. Great full breakfast choices, free yes free evening snacks , sodas . Free yes free again, light evening dinner, hot dogs, sliders ,fries ,mixed veggies, popcorn and the finality three complimentary alcoholic drinks per person each evening, not to mention the staff were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Hotel was actually cheaper than other places that we checked and compared prices. This is my new go to hotel from now on . Oh yeah room was very large and clean, two n half rooms, sleeper sofa with tv in it’s own room ,very comfortable bed .

Loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was best we have had that was included. The afternoon/evening apps could have been considered more of a dinner they were so good. And the free "happy hour" drinks were much appreciated! Will be back!

Overbooked hotel and my room was sold to another guest without any notification. I drove 6 hours to stay at this facility and when I arrived I was told there was no room for me. No phone call nothing.
