Everyone was helpful and outgoing. It was always clean. Free drinks, dinner and breakfast was amazing.

Found the front desk staff to be excellent.

We had a great stay at this Drury location! With both of our vehicles being broken into on prior visits its hard to find a good hotel you can feel safe at, and I think we just found it! It was our 2nd time staying and we'll definitely stay again.

One of the best surprises was the complimentary dinner and drinks offered every evening. It was an unexpected perk that added so much value and made our experience even more enjoyable. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the spa hot tub was amazing—the perfect place to relax. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, from the excellent amenities to the outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I booked the room and upon arrival they told me they overbooked, called every I mean every hotel motel and no one had any vacancy, after driving 8 hours from El Paso, now had to drive back 8 more hours. Sad thing the trip was for my granddaughter who lost her mom in a mass shooting here in El Paso, to meet her friend who came in from Hawaii. Worst experience ever! Not to mention the cost of it all.

My experience at the hotel was great and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The check in process was easy and loved being greeted to the smell of popcorn. We were on the second floor so taking the stairs was a breeze. The pictures online were the same. The dinner and drinks options were awesome. There is a limit of three alcoholic drinks per adult within the dinner hours of 530pm -7pm. Breakfast was yummy as well. Overall it was a great stay. The housekeeping was friendly and so was the staff serving dinner and the receptionist for check in and check out. My only complaint was no fan in the bathroom. Overall loved our stay and will book again 10/10

The room itself was disgusting. The rug was torn up, the mattress and box spring were dirty and stained, and the entire room felt filthy. I tripped on the damaged rug and hurt my knee, which made the stay even worse. For a hotel carrying the Drury name, this place was a huge disappointment and far below acceptable standards. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that others avoid Drury Inn Stone Oak entirely.

The only issue is the dinner is not as good as the regular Drury in. Other that that perfect hotel.

Drury inn has never disappointed. The lady working breakfast was super friendly and upbeat. She added to the experience.

We had a very comfortable night and the staff was excellent. I enjoyed the treatment we received while at breakfast.

Pool and hot tub were perfect. The food and servers were very good. We recommend the property to everyone.

Even when the places under state of emergency due to flooding they still won’t refund!

I love that they offered free alcoholic beverages and free dinners.

The room was spacious comfortable and clean. There’s a coffee maker too and that’s a bonus these days. Beds were firm but comfy and the pillows were fluffy and squishy. The shower was great. The sink is on the outside but that works great when two people are trying to get ready. It was all very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A fantastic stay.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and waiting to help with any concerns. The room was beautiful and large and clean. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was juts what I needed. And we ran late and they were able to give us late check out to finish getting ready.

Probably the quietest place I have stayed in, in awhile. This was the 250th 4th of July weekend too. Typically my first night in a hotel is restless, not here. Comfy bed and pillows.

Everything was good except the pool had too much chlorine.

Towel replenishment and room care was not up to expectations. We had to go down to front desk for towels and washcloths twice. The Kleenex box was empty for our last two days. They did not refill coffee basket for our last night! However, the breakfast attendant was amazing. I never got her name, but she was short in stature, but tall on service and friendliness and customer service!!

Excellent experience. Everything was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Availability and quality of morning and evening meals was a big plus. Price was amazing. Will check to see if Drury is available for future stays.

Good place to stay, our room was very clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning was out on first 2 floors and it affective the gym. The guest washer was broken and the bathrooms by the pool out of ordrr.

It was great and the family loved Mrs.Linda!

Hotel was very clean

We had a medical emergency back home on our arrival day. They were very polite and understanding. And didn’t charge any of our reservation. From the outside, it’s a beautiful and well kept hotel. We definitely will reschedule this hotel next time!

I had a very important surgery the following morning and I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM. I did not sleep all night. There was a woman screaming like crazy. Worst hotel experience and worst night.!! I will definitely not be back. And the worst part is when we told management there was nothing that could be done.

Best Hotel stay I've ever had! The hotel is clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the hot tub was perfect.. not to mention the Kick Start hour! 3 complimentary beverages AND a dinner! Breakfast did not disappoint either! We will definitely be back. Drury is our new favorite hotel!

Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice. Absolutely no USB plugs in the room! Tons of a/c plugs so bring a plug in charger.

The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest I have encountered. The hotel is clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. The evening meal and drinks is a bonus!

We had a reservation to check in on Sunday at 3 o’clock. We arrived around 10:15 in the morning. I asked if we could have an early check-in. The lady said yes we got in around 11 in the morning. The room was excellent, the beds are nice and soft. The pillows are soft. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And their breakfast is amazing, and they little kickback evening stack is great! Staff is amazing. Definitely will be coming again.

We were turned away late at night despite having - prepaid reservation. The property was overbooked.

The hotel needs to renovate bathrooms the rugs are old and smelly and a lot of stains in rugs .I dont think were coming back🙁

The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we did not have any issues. The breakfast was good along with the food and drinks served at the kickback hour. The thing that really impressed me was "Linda" who was in charge of the breakfast. She was very friendly and made you feel like if she was part of your family. You can tell when an employee loves their job and is good at it. I will definitely be staying here again.
