The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, amazing hotel.

Checking was nice free cookie & 2 bottles of water. Next morning Breakfast cost us $18. per person. Thought it was comped or at least continental breakfast free, but no. bar doesn't open till 5PM, and limited selection of booze. Not really top shelf.

Everything was fine, minor little details, like the fact that there was no place to charge your phone next to the bed and the system was down when we checked in and it took timw to get a key to the room other than that everything was great

Nice older hotel, nice pool, garage parking, no free breakfast, they do have happy hour which was nice. The rooms are older but well kept. The check in in staff is polite but need to be more efficient they take so long to help people out and the line gets tremendously long.

Buy travel protection Hotel staff does not care if rooms are available and if you have to sleep somewhere else, they are not accommodating and does not have options. Service needs improve improvement.

I didn't like the fact that they did not give me my tickets for breakfast or the didn't tell me about the cookies that they bake when I first checked in . And we had to find out about the overflow parking through word of mouth i think that's something that needs to be told at check in.

Beautiful pool/hot tub. Adequqte fitness center, nice bar/restaurant. Free covered parking. Only complaint, our complimentaru warm chocolate chip cookies were rock hard (saved 310 calories, too hard to eat 😜)

Overall amazing hotel, beds were comfortable, amenities were good, on site Starbucks, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Has a parking garage only complaint is if you have a lifted truck the parking is limited as you can’t park in the garage. Definitely would stay again, we had a big group of 22 people with multiple rooms and everyone had the same experience.

Nice hotel, its old but still clean and spacious. But the parking garage is narrow, and the way bathroom is set up is weird and small. But still recommends people.

The room was cozy, great bedding, clean bathroom and very nice tv. Breakfast is cheaper if you purchase while booking online and I highly recommend eating the breakfast. It’s nice to have a place that serves it until 11 and has a noon checkout.

Clean but outdated. The bathrooms could use ventilation fans, bc it made the entire restroom wet from condensation after showers and the entire hotel room was humid the entire time. Also, they needed caulking as there were so many cracks and black mold.

I must also mention that a few of the front desk staff members were less than pleasant. Their unprofessional behavior, such as rolling their eyes and making comments about callers, left a sour taste in my mouth. The parking situation was equally frustrating. When we inquired about parking options at the front desk, we were rudely informed that we could cancel our reservation and find another hotel. This inappropriate and unprofessional response was a major turn-off. Considering these issues, I would strongly advise against choosing this location for a pleasurable experience. After discussing the situation with several parents who were visiting for the basketball tournament, we unanimously decided to exclude this hotel from our list of potential host hotels.

Great stay. Would definitely stay there again with my family! Parking was hard to find on property, especially during evening hours. But very pleased with overall!

Nice hotel with a helpful staff, close proximity to the SAT airport.

My room is as not up to standards. Mold and water damage on the cieling and in the bathroom. It was so dirty! Pillows had stains. Do not trust the brand name here.

The room was extremely old and run down. The shower curtain was ripped and full of holes. I could see through the bath towel it was so thin.

The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.

Everything was very tidy and clean, the room was very comfortable, and the bed was too. Overall, the service was very good.

Staff was great with water and cookies provided. The breakfast was a buffet style with good price. And the parking is a garage with cameras very secure

Check in was delayed, i didnt check into my room until 8:00 pm. Nothing to mad up for the super late check in, lobby was full of people waiting. Horrible customer service

Pros: Cookies are good as always. Good location Cons: Room has thin walls. Room was not cleaned well even after asking twice. They left dirty cups in our room and sheets. The front desk team appeared annoyed everytime we asked for anything. Would not recommend this location

Breakfast was buffet style, so was OK. The staff was polite, but offered no assistance. I didn't drive there so didn't use the parking.

The staff was excellent, very professional and willing to help. There was a person giving away extra rewards in the lobby. She asked me if I wanted prizes and points, I wasn't sure what they were for as I've never stayed as a Hilton. Her response came across a little snotty to me when she answered. Parking was in a garage and free. Purchased food in the bar attached to the restaurant to take to my room and the bartender had the whole room, but there was someone (possibly a manager?) helping him. Food was good. Pool looked beautiful, but we didn't have a chance to swim. All in all an enjoyable stay and would return if ever in San Antonio again.

The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is the parking. We arrived back at the hotel after attending a concert, and there was no parking available. We ended up having to create our own parking spot, hoping my car didn’t get towed.

This place is severely antiquainted. Can still lightly smell smoke and some of the halls reeked of urine. Too much 80's wallpaper, dark paint and mimimal lighting. The staff was great though.

Airport shuttle is convenient along with daily parking, shuttle staff can be not friendly at times depends who you get and especially if late night pickup. Check in staff was nice. Room ac made a loud rattle noise all night after a long 14hr travel day, just wanted a wink of good rest and not have to change to another old room. For the high price I will stay at a newer marriott brand for alot lower price and get those points

Arrived to check in and they didn’t have any rooms available. We had to wait for approximately 2 hours for us to get out room . They didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience

The only thing I can say that was stressful was at check in we were required to check in at 4pm we get there and our room was not ready and apparently from what we saw nobody room was available. We didn’t get our room until almost 10pm we had driven in a wanted to rest but we couldn’t we had to take a nap in the car while we waited. We had somewhere to go so we killed time in the meantime thankfully it was ready when we came back to check. That is the only bad thing. But other than that the food there was delicious the staff was nice. We did get accommodated with free breakfast but I feel that isn’t enough

Just ok for the rate we paid. Convenient with long stay parking lot and shuttle to the airport.

The shuttle was very helpful to us. The breakfast buffet was a rip off at $18 per person. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were dirty (spots all over mirror, dirty carpets), bathtub would not drain while showering, and telephone jack was disconnected and would not plug back in. I left the property early.

When I first got to the room, I noticed that my sheets were stained with blood, and I called down and asked for a new bedsheets to be fixed and I would be gone for hours got back. The room still had blood sheets after calling them again somebody came to change it and then noticed that comforter was stained as well so they changed the whole bedding. Then my second problem encountered the first night was so hot in the room, even though I had it at 60 I felt that the hallways were better place to sleep. It was extremely hot. I called down to the front desk and had them fix it. The second night was decent, but those are two huge problems I encountered at the very beginning.

The front desk personnel was very helpful and generous! Of course we received our warm cookies, plus he gave us complimentary waters. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very clean. The Asado bar & grill downstairs was lovely and delicious! Their happy hour was on point with the best sever, Peter! All in all, very pleased with everything

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Until a major water leak was taking over the first floor. This made me feel a little unsafe

The room was nice, staff was friendly and attentive. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and someone was sent to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. This is my second time staying here and will always be my go to when I’m in town

Upon check in at 8pm, clerk continued to ignore me at counter while she laughed with coworker and answered phones. When finally addressed, they couldn’t find my room ready even though I already checked in and selected a room on the app. Clerk didn’t provide breakfast vouchers which we learned about after eating. In the room, the tub was chipped, everything metal had rust, the entire 12th floor smelled of marijuana, and we only had 2 towels for 4 people in a 2 night stay. Parking was not explained and a bit of a nightmare to figure out. Next morning service wasn’t better when I had to show proof of purchase for breakfast even though it was clearly called out in booking. Food was watery eggs, sausage or bacon, cream cheese and no bagels, and some fruit. The bacon was good though. This definitely didn’t check the mark for a Hilton property and as a Hilton Honors member, didn’t get any type of additional perk or acknowledgment. Our friend in another room as a Diamond member had an even worse experience with room quality, parking, service, and honoring what was booked already.

I loved how they had airport shuttle and also greeted us with a smile. The cookies and the water was perfect as we had a long flight.
