Shower didn’t have cold water only warm. Painting on the wall looked like someone squirt on them not very clean. Breakfast area fridge did look clean.

The location is super good. It’s walking distance from main spots like the River walk, the Alamo and downtown. The hotel itself is good. The size of the room was pretty good and big. Overall it was a good experience

I love the hotel, great location and very well kept. The only problem I had was the foreign lady who check me in. She put everything on the counter rather handed to me that included forms, pen, keys everything. That is rude 😒 so I told her that. I stay there for every time I visit San Antonio. I hope this won't happen again.

Hôtel propre, un peu vieillot, très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de Fort Alamo, de la riverwalk et du centre-ville. Chambre propre mais vieillotte, avec literie confortable, un frigo et un micro-ondes. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. Le petit dejeuner inclus est simple mais efficace (baggel, pain, gauffre, café, jus…). Parking non inclus, environ 15$ +taxes. Le seul bémol c’est le wifi, il est d’une lenteur… impossible d’ouvrir des pages de navigation sans attendre plusieurs minutes… Sinon je recommande cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité/prix, sa situation est idéale pour visiter San Antonio à pieds sans avoir à utiliser sa voiture.

When I arrived I seen people walking around and smoking weed .Homeless people asking for money and started washing my windows without my permission! Someone was talking to the valet next door about his car getting broken into. Asked manager could I cancel due being uncomfortable about the issues and told me I had to get another hotel and had to pay for the night that I didn’t even stay there ! Terrible do not stay there avoid this place PERIOD

Hotel was clean, comfortable bed, bathroom door stuck a bit but was in a great location

The restrooms are tiny & shower easily overflows. The water pressure is decent though. Beds were not comfortable at all.

There was no telephone in my room for emergency communication.After several request they failed to response on first night.On second day they send a person but he was not able to fix the problem in telephone line.They do not even provide a single bottle of Mineral water and no toothpaste and brush.

The hotel amenities were misleading. The front desk staff was condescending. Also i was never given keys but i was checked in and not refunded. They stole from my account!!

And maybe an ice machine on that property. Had to walk across road to other property for ice machine. Breakfast has good choices. Very convenient to downtown. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Good deal for the price , very nicely remodeled, love the Alamo decor. Only two negatives I would say bring your own pillow they are very thin , bed is not very comfortable either. The ac was off when we checked in at 5pm in this Texas heat at least have it on before check ins

It was at a convient place but even if you stay for more then three days you should check to make sure their is clean towels and at the second day should go ask to clean the room sweep and mop fresh and change bedding sheets I had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels and then the front clerk she is well the cleaning lady is out there why don't I go ask her ..lol that's not my job in the first place wow and when they went in they just drop off the towels in the room they didn't even check if it needed mop & swept or not even made the bed wow I don't know if I will recommend it again the front clerk she is like a Indian American I think not very nice lady

People please do not book this place , it is straight garbage the pictures are nothing like whats on the expedia website. Expedia should drop them off their list to be honest. And the staff was not friendly at all especially if you need to cancel all together.

Don't stay here, choose another place instead.

Upon check in the first room AC was not functional, second room was not cleaned after use overnight.

Worse location bad smell in the room, they charge for parking and pool was in another hotel but they advertise that the hotel have pool, we left they did not want to return my money back but I prefer to loose money but able to keep my family safe.

I booked 2-3 weeks ahead of time, chose the pay at the property option, when I arrived at check in I was told my reservation had been cancelled because they tried to run my card, which was locked, at around 11, 4 hours before check in, front desk was very rude and not very helpful at all, but we dodged a bullet, place smelled bad and wasn’t very nice or clean, the red roof inn across the highway was way better and staff was very nice!

In the morning the room door would not close. Apparently the guest is expected to know to pull the latch out from inside the door when it gets stuck. Room had a musty odor. Breakfast was included but there was no water unless you buy it for $2 a bottle. Pool was open but did not look clean at the bottom. I will not stay here again.

Our room had no cups or Kleenex.

Had to ask them to clean the floor. Wiping a rag across the floor turned it black. Hatching bugs (termites?) hanging from the ceiling. Cost to park was $17 per night. Price kept going up, depending on who you asked ($16-20) Pool water wasn’t clear at all.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters even worse, when we arrived, they didn’t want to let us in, even though we had notified them in advance that we would be arriving late. Then, at checkout today, my husband tried to explain what was happening with the water and the cleanliness issues, but they didn’t even let him speak. The staff was very rude and unprofessional.

El hotel no incluye estacionamiento, debe pagarse adicional por noche, la recepción tiene un olor raro, el desayuno era bastante pobre, solo pan blanco, wafles, mermelada y queso crema, había mini muffin pero ya estaban viejos, las camas aunque pequeñas eran cómodas, las toallas estaban percudidas por mucho uso

Lo mejor mejor que tiene es la ubicacion, pq queda bastante cerca del Alalmodome, y Riverwalk. La limpieza de los cuartos es fatal, las sabanas manchadas, no había hielo en la maquina, la recepcionista que le hable de la situacion fue bastante desagradable. De verdad no lo recomiendo

The fridge was broken and had a wet towel underneath it. It also had white fuzz coming out of the bottom of the fridge. There was black hair wrapped around the shower curtain. The first room we were put into smelled like chemicals or strong cleaner, we asked to move as we were getting sick from the smell. The next room had an issue with the water draining in the tub. We'd stand in a foot of water every shower as it didn't drain for at least 30 mins after we took showers.

Breakfast a little better than continental breakfast with choice of cereals, yogurt, waffles, and pastries. Room floor was not swept. Mattress had strings of hair on it. Staff members were helpful and courteous.

The receptionist was RUDEEEE!

Buena ubicación

The room was clean enough, but a couple of few sockets weren’t secured into the wall, which is a potential hazard, and the bathroom had damage to the floors, as if there had previously been severe water damage. The pool itself was fine. I didn’t like having to cross the street to get to the lobby for breakfast, but that wasn’t the worst. You do have to pay for a parking permit, but since towing is enforced, it provided a little bit of peace of mind, knowing only other guests or in the parking lot.

The rooms had a bad smell, towels and linens were not very clean smelling. Due to its location, there were many homeless individuals on or near the property. Would not recommend for families. Staff was friendly enough, but I would not recommend for families.

Close to the river walk and down town

The check in- which was on another street separated by a Hilton hotel (they have 2 sections to the hotel) was quick though the advertisement said they help with getting tickets to local events and the “help” we got was to go across the street to The Hilton on the way back to our room and ask them for coupons. Overall basic stay. Not super expensive and we felt safe. Close to lots of attractions.

This place is great for the price given it's location! Is it the best for comfort, not really. Will I stay again? DEFINITELY. This has become my go to spot. They may or may not ask for a deposit. Parking is $13 per night. Walking distance from Riverwalk.

This was the first motel I've ever stayed at that did not provide the small guest soaps. They did have the little shampoo and conditioner tubes but that was it. There was also no internet access that I was told about. The bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were these tiny almost sofa pillows but I didn't use them anyway cuz I brought my own pillow. Overall not terrible but I've stayed in better. For a budget in the hotel, I would rate it four stars

Truck got stolen from the parking lot

My room (216) did not have internet connection. Need more routers/extenders/repeaters.

Parking was tight, the rooms were a bit run down, staff was nice and it was good walking distance to downtown attractions.

Air conditioning was being controlled by front desk. It wasn’t getting cold enough.

All good, for one or two nights will be ok. Staff was ok, quick check in and basic classic breakfast of bread and waffles, cereals. Location good enough to be walkable and just tale a bus from across street.

The room that got very smelly

Rooms are filthy with roaches, i requested a 2nd room cause of dirty floors, and a person fake press on nail, on the floor along with dirty desk with dust and a white powder like personal make up. The second room had a musky smell and at night i stepped on a roach that had ran out of the seat that i sat on.

Very basic amenities (no protein for breakfast, just coffee and starches). Staff with little effort (eight people waiting for coffee to be made but attendant wasn’t responsive). Rooms without air conditioning on in Texas in middle of summer, (need to start upon entry) and finally cooled be midnight. Location is good, but split between buildings means you need to walk between buildings if you need a new key or want to check in/out. Three bare linens are clean, water is hot, parking is convenient, TV easy to operate with many channels. I will stay at Tru by Hilton next time and see how it compares for same location.

Hotel was good for price and location. The young lady who cleaned our room was very attentive and nice. Location is honestly great, but there were 2 problems that made me give such a low review. 1st there free breakfast was cereal and a couple pieces of fruit, maybe they could have put a few more things and secondly and the worse of all. BEWARE 16.00 A DAY PARKING. This is so where on the service fees on the location. And there reasoning was everyone charges parking. Which in theory is correct, 5.00 almost anywhere near there but 16 a day is way over priced.

The only thing that I like that was OK was that the hotel was right around the corner from the convention center for the women’s convention but other than that everything else was poor the room had a smell that was coming out the bathroom so I had to go to Walmart and buy fabulous and beach spray so that I won’t smell the terrible smell that was coming out of that bathroom in that hotel room and the rooms do not look like what they put on the Internet. The room was very poorand then when I checked out, I’m still right now as I’m writing this trying to get my deposit back from the hotel. Do not recommend staying at this hotel and I will never be back at the days inn by Wyndham in San Antonio, Texas on 400 Bowie St.

Hotel is located in two different sites. Had to pay $16 to park on site. The room we were initially given was not ready, with an unmade bed, stained comforter on the dresser and pillows throughout the room.

Nickel and diming for parking was unfortunate. I got to “breakfast (that was not a breakfast) at 9 am and there was no coffee and I was too late for some. I did not enjoy my stay there.

This was like 2 blocks from The Alamo, boy 5-6 minutes walk to river walk. Perfect spot. Mall and movie theater across the street. Mexican food restaurant right down the road and dennys couple blocks up behind . Staff friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Breakfast very slim choice. Go to Dennys

Everything is so good.

At check in we where notified about a daily parking fee. Then my husband opened the room door and took notice the door was left open! Then in the room it smelt weird, there was poop in the toilet, the door to the other room was open! Then my husband checked to make sure our key card worked and it didn't, goes to tell the lady and she gave us a different room. Overall won't ever be staying at this place or any other Days Inn! So bad we ended up changing hotels. The lady needs better customer service skills.

The rental was as expected for the price. Was decent however from my experience the shower was not cleaned properly and the towels had stains. When checking in their is a $19 fee for parking. The area is fine and I felt safe so the motel over all is a good stay. I would stay here again because it's value.

My door did not have a bar lock. It only had the bar, but no swivel to secure the door. My door key also unkeyed every day so I had to walk across the street to the office each day to have it rekeyed. Did not feel safe. Staff was always nice though.

The smell of the room, the peeling paint, lack of upkeep of the hotel. Parking is an additional 15.00 my security lock was broken off.

The smell (smells like gasoline) in the room. The noises from the ceiling (a child, or children running and jumping above) was unbearable throughout the stay.

The room has a smell of humidity, but doesn't bothers a lot.

The bed was a little hard for me

Nearly all the linens had long black hair on them (towels, sheets, washcloths). The floor was quite dirty and when I stepped into the shower having walked barefoot on the floor, copious amounts of dirt filled the water as it drained into the drain.

Had to pay for parking

It was too much money for the type of hotel. Was charged Extra for parking and with a high deposit. And did NOT know about it till we check in! You could hear All the loud noise from the street and side walk. I will remember so we will NOT go there again!

The location was the best! They didn’t have breakfast even tho the website says it included breakfast. The pool wasn’t open, the room was totally different than I expected. Paying for parking is stupid!!
