Superb

It was clean and a quiet stay but it’s a bit run down and paint is chipped or missing. I’d stay again for its proximity to the things we wanted to do.

I saw the first german cockroach in the sink area. Killed it. Went back to where bed is they were on the walls, nightstand, desk just crawling around. Got a new room still had roaches so turned down the ac to 60 and they didn’t come out.

Never seen a location offer a granola bar and coffee for breakfast. The room is a little outdated

Staff was very polite and helpful. Only downside was there was no elevator. And if you needed an early shuttle to the airport it wasn’t available without a fee.

It perfectly met the minimum for what I needed, which was simply an overnight stay to catch a flight out. Parking was easy, the room was clean. The ac worked and pool was nice. The Price was very affordable.. if I have to nitpick, the breakfast was a coffee and an oat bar. I'd say the outdoors could have used blower and pressure washer every six months, but I would stay again. honestly, I'd rather keep the price the same. Then, pay extra for a stale, muffin, or something different.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not the best presentation as they stated breakfast was but, really its granola bar and tea or coffee. They did not have breakfast as they stated they did. So, I feel it was a bit misleading.

Close to airport, bed was comfortable No places to eat nearby, must have a car to get food or order delivery. Breakfast is no longer offered, only coffee, tea and granola bar. The room had carpet that looked pretty old.

i have been trying to get in touch with staff since i left and they wont answer. my room was DISGUSTING. pubes in the shower, looked like there was dried blood on the door, the floor boards and floor in general was absolutely disgusting. my socks were black. all throughout the night people were slamming doors and yelling down at my end. truly a terrible stay. we’ll see if i get through to someone bc this is absurd and i want a refund.

The common areas were decent. My room, however, reeked of industrial cleaning solvent - something you might use to clean up a major biohazard. But the bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh.

Customer service was great, but I think they could work on roach infestation. I had to switch rooms 3x and even still the room had roaches ( of course they don’t travel alone, so where there is one there are many.)I just won’t be going to that hotel anymore, But overall, staff did try their best to accommodate, and I can at least appreciate that.

No elevator so if you have several 50 lbs luggages you need to bring it up and down to 2nd floor with more than 20 staircases. We got fire alarmed at night because someone put a lighted cigarette butt on their collection stand that is placed near the hotel door. Smoke came inside the hotel.

There’s no breakfast, just a coffee machine. We just stayed the night here because our flight arrived at midnight and the hotel that we booked for the convention downtown was super expensive because of the conference. The front desk dude picked us up from the airport for a $15 fee because the complementary ride is only til 11pm. Having spent only a few hours here I could say it was well worth it. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Appreciate also that the dude put us in a ground floor room because we have luggages and there’s no elevator. Def recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

The guy at the checkin was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was supposed to be breakfast but when we got there, there was only a bowl of granola bars. Disappointing.

had a few granola bars and coffee no juice or water for children we traveled with 2 young children and no iron in the room had to go ask for one staff friendly.

Really enjoyed the stay

There was a street light that was shining straight in to the room and the curtains did not close enough to block it then the door for outside was so loud that it would wake you up in the middle of the night

The cockroach that crawled out from behind a baseboard was not. But hey, it is Texas, and this is their home, too. I was on a ground floor room, fwiw. "Breakfast" was very, very, very minimal- basically a granola bar and coffee offering. Still, I needed an inexpensive place to stay last minute, and it fit the bill.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were great. The only reason I did four stars is because I flew in at midnight, so the shuttle was done giving rides at 11 PM, So I had to pay $15 for an Uber. And they also don’t start doing shuttles till 6 AM. So my next stay when I leave, I will have to get an Uber again because I fly out at 5:30 AM. So $30 can be added on for my hotel stay. They should advertise what time they do shuttles!

The listing photos showed what appeared to be a breakfast area with cereal, fruit, and other normal breakfast items. In reality, “breakfast” was a granola bar and coffee only. No fruit, cereal, milk, juice, water, protein, or hot food. A granola bar and coffee is not breakfast included; it is a snack. When I asked the owner/manager about it, I was told their website says “breakfast on the go” and that Hotels.com was not their problem. That response was rude and dismissive, especially since I booked based on the listing I was shown. The beds were comfortable, but the floors had visible stains. The room was extremely hot when I arrived because the A/C was off, and in South Texas heat it took over two hours to cool down enough to sit comfortably without sweating. The pool was also misleading. It is very small, about 10 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 5 feet deep. If anyone is already using it, there is basically no room left. There is also no elevator, so if you are on the second floor with heavy items or have trouble with stairs, be prepared. Overall, the comfortable beds were the only real positive. The breakfast, pool, stained floors, hot room, no elevator, and management response made this feel very misleading.

Everything was in my room was clean , the staff was super helpful they helped me carry my bags to my room, Air Conditioning unit worked great it kept the room cool all night, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

They say they have a breakfast but granola bars and coffee barely is one. My husband thought the room smelled like puke but I did not smell it. It did have a really nice walk in shower. The reason such a bad rating is for the "advertised breakfast" and the smell. It seemed clean and I did like the shower.

The parking was not good. I got back to the hotel and there was not really any parking at 10:15 pm. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Dirty room with boogers in the walls. Pillows and sheets smelled dirty. The pool area did not look like the picture. Bugs flying around in the pool area. Floor was very dirty. Never again!!! Checked in and left an hour later. Disgusting

We were late-night arrivals and early departures. The staff was amazing every time we interacted with them. The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a quick stay!

Room/carpets/etc. generally just felt gross - paid 350+ canadian (still $275+ in USD) I travel for work all the time and for YEARS have been booking through hotels.com - to pay this much for a hotel of this poor quality made me consider exploring a different service

Good location and convenient stay close to majority of places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was limited but stay was good overall.

Aside from the one time I didn’t bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash,they had only 1 small shampoo and two of the smallest bars of soap, overall stay was good and convenient to shopping and downtown

It appeared clean. Staff was ok. Waited an hour for the airport shuttle. Came to find out, the person that picked me up was running the front desk. No breakfast the next morning. No coffee in the room. The hall carpert looked nice, but the room was run down. I would've stay there again.

Didn't have a coffee maker in room. No clock. I don't mind leaving a deposit but I wanted a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. I left room at 3:30 am so I couldn't do their breakfast.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. The only downside of this stay was how dark the room was; it felt like a cave. Not enough lights, and one light switch seemed broken...alternatively, two broken light bulbs may have been the culprit.

Did not use the shuttle

There is an airport shuttle but they charge more to keep your car than the Airport Security Parking across the street (which has a free airport shuttle). Also, the ASP parking is much safer than this hotel’s. The room was relatively clean. The staff was moderately friendly. I did not feel exceptionally safe at this hotel but nether did I have any incidents.

Went to room. Smelled like stagnant water. Room 214. Wife didn’t feel safe and we didn’t stay there even after paying. Management was outside talking to cops.

The staff were very helpful and kind. However, the hotel did not have laundry facilities, and the breakfast selection was quite limited.

Don’t stay here. No room key available, roaches inside, smelled like cigarette smoke inside, when I asked about why my non smoking room smelled like smoke. They just replied with we can spray it. Crack heads outside the place and it’s dirty inside. I had to rebook another hotel elsewhere. Pay the extra buck somewhere else!

Th room was paid but we arrived at 6 am after we drop off our son at the airport and they wouldn’t let us in because they had given our room to somebody else…
