Then, proceeded to check Restroom toilet is loose like the screws aren't correctly or the toilet.Is then found out that most of the lights in the room do not work And the TV is not working correctly. Plus there's old furniture that looks very nasty ,plus the shower was not working correctly and that the plus some off and on switch covers were cracked.

We did not stay at this property. It was a disaster. The grounds were unkempt. The rooms were filthy. There were holes in the wall, trash on the floor, and it reeked of cigarette smoke.

nothing they were rude and price gouging me because I was a single woman i had needed to extend they overcharged me and when i told booking.com is cheaper tbey proceeded to tell me to leave either way they wont be in business and if your a single female they will not treat you and druggies and homeless lurk all night

Room was disgusting there was bugs in the bathroom and the door was broken the hotel honestly is located in an a horrible location I couldn’t stay I ask for my refund cause the room was just horrible and they denied it I wouldn’t recommend specially if u are traveling with kids

This was a bottom of the barrel type place. Dingy, ditry, moldy. Pulled back the covers and two small roaches went running. The caulking in the bathroom was nonexistent. Wobbly toilet. No lobby. Only redeeming value was that we didn't find any bedbugs. I guess that's a point in their favor. If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

Room smells musty, some of the lights do not work, staff was not friendly sheets/pillow cases are stained, Pool has plenty of garbage in it. I did not end up staying, walked into my room and walked right back out.

I had to beg for towels everyday. I would have to go to the office and literally get in a debate that no one offers me towels, this is after I returned the used ones with the GM or his wife…. The wife would wake me up and open my door and talk to me without me getting a chance to open the door. The GM on the last day told me to get out immediately and he was calling the police due to the fact that the only employee he had was discussing something with me and he fired her. That’s when I called cooperate and filed formal complaint. I have never been talked to and treated the way I was treated as. Guest anywhere…. I stayed 5 nights and it was like this everyday

General manager and his wife were extremely rude and unhospitable .

The room was clean but very old. It is a typical motel experience. We only stayed overnight as this was last minute affordable option. Parking is convenient.

No I couldn't access the property due to construction. My pet was in the room I couldn't get back to him . To top it off they wanted me to leave my car and walk to there at night. U tell I told a police officer and he gave me access to get to property.only if I did not plan on leaving again.

At first i was a little frustrated at check in but the owner i believe, at front office was very patient with me and very nice and helpful with me. I even decided to stay another night and he definitely took care of me and helped out with that while booking ordeal again . Thanks again for a great stay

The couple that runs it is very friendly & professional. The location & price are both great deals. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room didn’t work & smelled bad. I'm a traveling chef & this is typically where I always choose to stay when I return to San Antonio.

Reservation was for a king size bed but was given 2 queen beds. There was a water leak behind the toilet therefore the floor was wet. TV remote didnt work, so had to change channels manually. Towels smelled like body odor. Bathtub looked dirty but it was the paint coming off. Sheets had black stains that looked unattractive. Horrible experience.

Had to change rooms 3 times before we found one that was complete and clean enough to stay in. Freeway construction at night blocked the one and only entrance to the hotel. Nothing like the description or pictures. Pool was dirty with bird poop and feathers. Lobby was locked and house keeping was poor. Not worth the money.

Although it’s quiet in the area and the rooms are spacious this hotel needs renovation. My room has a lot of things that need to be corrected. Starting with the AC they are outdated , I understand it is dry hot in San Antonio but it is absurd that I have to wait till the next day at night time to actually feel like the room was cooler. Should atleast turn it on an hour before the guest arrives. The room had space for a love seat or any accent chair to be placed for comfort. There was no blower at all. Usually I see a set of 4 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes , this time it wasn’t the case. The bathroom light might as well keep it off because it was too dim to even use. One toilet paper used for a 4 night stay. The bed linens were stained and placed inside out. The staff was ok and amicable but honestly they need someone with a lil more spirit and enthusiasm because it was a couple I believe over the age of 70 both. I would consider coming back if I see that all these things have been corrected.

Sheets had cigarette burnt holes, towels stains marks on them! My finger could fit through the holes!

I would have given them 5 starts but the Pool was not cleaned.

I like it had a pool but they need to maintain it better I get it with the rain but still it was cool.

I had to buy lightbulbs for my room, I stayed 1 week and never received clean towels after asking, every time I used the microwave the fridge would shut off and the tv would cut in and out, microwave kept overheating and shutting off, grateful to have a roof over my head but would not recommend and will not stay again

Enjoyed the peace and quiet

Was in town to cover the Final 4 and hooked this up as a place to stay after I was sure I was going to get to go. Really wasn’t a comfortable place or near the Alamodome as I needed to be. It was like are under the area where the belt way around San Antonio was being built, so it was t a totally safe or productive coming and going.

The rooms were very unclean, we needed a quick please to stay during a layover and were with another family. All 3 rooms that we were given were extremely un-clean, bed stained, un-clean bathrooms, Days Inn should not put their name on this place. There were several homeless people on property, and we visibly saw cats going in and out of rooms. This was during the 30-45 minutes we were on property. We refused to stay in our rooms and returned to the airport to sleep, it was terrible.

They don’t have WiFi the wall was dirty all around there were also bugs in the shower and in the sink and the beds are very uncomfortable

The first room had no cable TV. The second room had a fridge that was dirty and smelled. It was nasty!!!

Room had a foul smell, shower drain didn’t drain, after taking a shower the water was over ankle high, very unsanitary. Booked for 3 nights, checked out after the first night.

We could not get into the lobby during daylight hours. So, I cannot say that the lobby looks like the one pictured in the listing. Actually, I had to take a triple-take when we arrived to the property, for it did not look like the listing. The property looked like the photos on the Expedia website were over 20 years old. The place has not so much had a fresh coat of paint since the beginning of this century. The room had a fire alarm ripped from the ceiling, and no other safety equipment - no other fire alarm, no sprinkler system, etc. The pool water was a deep shade of murky green. But the smell. Oh, the smell of the room was unforgiving and unforgivable. The mold in the air was so thick a knife would have cut it. Turning on the air conditioner did not make the smell any better. The linens were not clean. I repeat - THE LINENS WERE NOT CLEAN! Not the towels, not the blankets. The bed and its linens were coated in a sticky, gooey, greasy something. Within two minutes, my lungs began to burn. This building needs to be condemned. My daughter and I stayed in this room long enough to book a stay at another hotel. I handed the attendant back his key, and we bolted. PLEASE STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS OWNER!!! I am literally calling the health department ... ... now.

The microwave was not cleaned it had food inside and the inside top was all rusted out pieces were just falling off . The refrigerator was not cleaned as well, had dirt and hair inside. The bathtub had hair’s. The floor was not swept nor moped!

Checked in and told them 3 people like the reservation said. Got to the room and had 2 sets of towels. Room was 90°. If you’re going to check someone into a room you might turn the air on a little.

The Office helped me find the mailbox. Red Lobster is 3 blocks away but there are special instructions. I adore the location I-35 at I-410 as I go to both Sea World and Fiesta Texas. I enjoyed feeding the pidgeons at the start of my day everyday also so bring something to feed the birds with.

Person, woman, greeting was horrible & unknowledgeable about US laws & insulting to self & retired fire fighter who was obviously ailing in health. Some people should not have job in hospitality. Family or not

The bathroom was clean but the shower had a broken handle. Pool seemed cleaned as I walked by. I would not stay with my family here. Area a little sketchy. Lots of road noise.

What I didn't like about the place was that to get to the location is a one way road and the lack of maintenance about the place.

Restroom is torn apart, shower head, and knob are falling, wall is torn up. When we arrived we couldnt enter due to construction. Construction workers weren't going to let us in. I explained theres no other entrance.

The property is right off of the interstate and near a railroad which turned out to be louder than expected. They are remodeling the property right now. I will say that the woman who checked me in was very nice and they let me park my car right by the front door for safety. I was a woman travelling alone.

This place was AWFUL! My husband and I should’ve known it would be a bad experience when we were greeted by a grumpy, rude old man. If you don’t like your job then find a new one! As soon as we walked into our room we both said seriously! It was dirty, it stunk, the smoke detector, hair dryer and tv mount were all ripped out of the walls. They had toilet paper filling these holes. We pulled back the comforter which had cigarette burns on it to realize the sheets were full of holes. It was late and we opted to stay for the night the next morning we decided we were not staying here one more second. We went to the lobby where the grumpy old man told us we couldn’t get a refund. We took the hit and found something much better for the remainder of our trip. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The property as not as advertised, the air conditioner was disgusting , there was bugs flying around the sink and the walls were covered in spackle from quick patches that were never painted the bottom of the pool was full of sticks and debris and there were 2 hookers in the parking lot. and the manager wouldn't give me a refund when we decided to leave after 15 minutes of being there.

Ugly restroom, the room smelled bad and the fire alarm made noises all night.

Well first of all I'm a traveling nurse so I just finished up a job and I'm here to rest because I'm flying out tomorrow when I first got here well actually as I was walking up I guess the manager or whoever the person is at the front desk come out in the parking lot and greet me I'm assuming because it's a lot of homeless people in this area he assumed I was one of them I'm very irritated at this point I feel like I was profiled when I mentioned something to him about it he was like oh I just seen you had bags you know and I said okay I didn't see anything on the app that said a $50 deposit but as soon as I booked the room I paid for the room right then and there I had to give him a $50 deposit which I didn't have $50 in cash I told him to use my car never in my life have I been asked to show someone proof that money has came out of my account the only reason I am staying here tonight is because I've already paid for the room and it's too much of a hassle to get my money back so that's my experience so far which is not good and I will not be staying here again. as for the room the room looks okay I don't know if anything work or not cuz I haven't tried anything I'm very annoyed and whoever read this profile over this establishment right here I would like for them to get back with me thank you

Very dirty, my towel had black stains, the toilet had someone else body hair. One of the pillows was dark white look liked the clean the floor with it.

We had a good time enjoying the pool, the water was excellent, very clean.

Surprised at how unkept and the state of rooms. Repairs needed, doors didn't close right, tub handle fell off, no lampshades on lights, one had a literal hotel cup covering the bulb which potentially could be a fire hazard. Just not good at all. Only good part was how polite the office staff was

The hotel mentioned they had free breakfast included, but actually isn’t. The price for the room is not worth it. The property was so dirty; the floors were tiles instead of carpet and it was so dirty that our socks had to be thrown out.

No coffee making equipment in room or fridge as was offered. No coffee at reception. Room floors so dirty our feet were black. Blood stains on sheets. Connecting door could not be locked. Front door had been kicked in and all trim wood was split. Pool had lots of trash floating and water was not clear. Very dissappointing as we had 3 grand-daughters with us, and we had planned to eat breakfast and swim, before leaving - neither of which were we able to do Don't offer "Free Breakfast" when it has not been available for over a year. Deceptive Trade Practice!!!

The place definitely needs some renovations inside & out. Room was big enough for my family. We had clean sheets & towels. The couple in charge of the hotel made sure we had everything we needed & we even got an upgrade on the beds. They were very polite.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. So glad it was for one night before an early flight. No service whatsoever. Called for towels 3 times because there was none and never came. Called the office and he said he'd be right up, never came. Rumor has no batteries. Walls were disgusting. Bathroom was filthy. Outside was very dirty and in desperate need of repair. I would never recommend not stay here again. The first room we got was still occupied, then we received the second which was all of the above. The sheets were the only thing that seemed clean and we checked for bed boss and didn't find any traces. So that's is the only reason we stayed. If we find evidence in a few days, i will update the review. I would advise against staying here!

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. No hot water. Bugs in room. Parking lot torn up! Toilets are too low. Room felt dirty. The decor is outdated..Cracked walls, paint, just not clean. The whole place should be condemned and rebuilt. When I first arrived there were 2 men outside of the office openly having sex…I cannot unsee that.

Service was bad room was nasty and the lobby was closed the whole time of stay. No coffee or breakfast in the morning, I will never stay in another one of your motels!!

But in cleanliness topic, the most we didn't like was the way to access to the 2nd floor room; hall, parking, stairs were very dirty and ugly for us. Additionally, we have no breakfast My point is no to do a review; it's basically a note for the administration to improve in general its business.

I checked in around 9:30pm. I awoke around 2:30am to a pain in my arm. I got up and found a bed bug. I reported to the front desk and she basically blew me off. I asked for another room she just said no and shrugged. Ive taken video of the bug and will gladly turn it over if requested.

Went to check in and the Man at the front desk was rude. Not only to me but to a guest that had already checked in and was trying to get coffee. Lobby was closed due to COVID restrictions but there wasn't a sign staring the lobby was closed. Hotel room was dirty specifically the floors and bathroom door. There was mold on the ceiling and the ventilation fan did not work. The bath tub wouldnt drain during a shower and the handle broke off during the shower. Will not be booking another hotel room with this specific location. This specific hotel needs alot of work.

Could use a little more cosmetics on the exterior, i.e. doors needing to be replaced or painted over, stairs repainted and patched up, new roads - overall infrastructure could use a facelift. Other than that, only saw one tiny cockroach. Experience was indubitably pleasant, thank you.
