The room was decent and for the most part clean, the AC worked but didn't cool to the temperature we were comfortable at. It works, for a quick night stay.

the front desk was nice The room we got was not the one pictured in my room selection with a separate sitting area. I chose it specifically for that, and had other similar choices at the price and better with a seperate sitting and kitchenette but chose Crowne and higher price for the brand name. Almost half the floor in my room 317 was soaked, maybe the ac was leaking and the room had a smell, but we were too tired to go back downstairs to get it switched. There was a big odd stain on the sofa and i didn't want to sit on it. My husband had to go back down later anyway because all the ice machines he checked on seveal floors were not working. i remembered a lady complaining to front desk that hers wasn't working either. All around poor experience (front desk person was very nice though),Please lower the stars for this one until the property is better!!!

Poor maintenance in most public areas, specially elevators and room corridors. Elevators never work properly and public room areas are dirty dirty dirty, room entrances full of dust, definitely requires cleaning.

First of all the water temperature took a long time to warm up and even when it was warm it was still a little too cold for my liking. The room we initially were put in had a broken television. maintenance was call but seem to known a little to nothing about tv’s on top of that the main elevator was unresponsive at times with waits over 10+ minutes had to use the staff elevator once. The air conditioning in the second room seem to be semi inoperable due to the room uncomfortable temperature . But on the bright side the staff were helpful and the bed was very comfortable

My room was very clean There really wasn't anything that I disliked.

That my deposit of $50 still pending after a month and I have not gotten reimbursed

Rattling air conditioner. Hit rooms. No a/c in hallway or downstairs. Larger suites are next to t he pool which is loud all night. It's hard to get into the parking lot

The hotel is very old but renovations have been made to make it appear up-to-date. The A/C was broken downstairs but our room was also hot. Reported it to staff and someone was going to notify the person or persons in charge but I never heard anything back either. The television stations were limited however, the channels never matched the networks. It was a mess. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us the rundown on times that things were open and closed. The restaurant was hands down delicious! Turkey club was great! Drinks were tasty. The stay overall was a 5/5. I’d definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was not impressive at all. Tables were dirty, no clean silverware, and food was bland and greasy. I didn’t get served any water or coffee even after I asked twice. I will not get the breakfast again. I wasn’t impressed with the hotel in general.

Great place for a night. Close to the airport. There is not much to walk to for food and the hotel restaurant is only for breakfast. Online it said breakfast and dinner.

Be mindful this is a super busy hotel and your initial hotel selection might not be granted. I was given a handicap accessible room and after night one it was too much to change to a standard room. The staff were professional and helpful.

My niece toilet was overflowing in the morning about 1:30 am and the receptionist told her to come downstairs to get a plunger and it was broken . The security guard went upstairs with her to assist.

The images describe a tv room with a sleeper sofa, but that is not accurate to the room I was given. Mostly clean but tub was not clean. Okay stay. Good enough for one night.

I was only at the hotel overnight after flying my granddaughter to her dad. The hotel was clean but definitely needs updating. Only 1 elevator worked during the July 4th weekend. The area outside of the elevators on the 7th floor is heavily stained on carpet. The ice machine made me question using the ice. And the AC in my room hummed all night but I was so exhausted I dealt with it. A number of chips on my front door and closet door. Rust in the shower. Bed , covers and pillows were very comfortable and the TV worked well. The airport shuttle was clean and the driver was very nice. Check-in was quick and convenient.

I booked the reservation based on the picture of the pool area. Unfortunately it was nothing like the picture. Actual size was a lot smaller. Also, yellow caution tape sectioned off the hot tub. Before going to sleep I saw a large beetle crawling under the table. I was hoping my girlfriend wouldn’t notice. However once she woke up in the morning she found ants in the bathroom and another beetle. We requested a 12 o’clock check out which they approved. Only thing is they forgot to notify housekeeping who began asking us to leave before then. I stay in a lot of hotels. Will never be going back to this one. I never leave reviews but I found it necessary to do so this time.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But only one elevator was working,the ac in the room would only cooled ,the rest room would get hot because it didn’t have a ac vent. Not all the floors had ice machines.Comfortable beds,cleaned room , well spaced parking lot. Breakfast had many options.

Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly in either the hallway or the room, making the stay uncomfortable. The hot tub was also out of order for my entire stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. To add to the disappointment, breakfast was not included. I was hoping for a cleaner and more comfortable experience, especially after bringing these concerns to staff’s attention. Unfortunately, the issues were never resolved during my stay.

Everything was good but the mini fridge is not working well. There's also some stain on carpet and beds. Also the comforter is not good. We stayed there after 6 years but 2026 experience isn't that good as compared to 2021

The King suite I stayed in was immaculate and spacious. I was there for three nights and slept well in the comfortable bed. It’s a quiet hotel, the staff is friendly, and the location is great. I’d definitely stay there again!

The stay was overall good and decent, but when I was booking they told me I had free breakfast on them but when I got there, I realized I had to pay a couple days in the morning when i went down to eat.

Hotel is an older property and the rooms and common areas reflect the age. Property/rooms need a remodel. I did like the location and found it easily. Elevators are sketchy and needs some maintenance. Staff and housekeeping were most helpful and very polite. The property is okay and I would stay again if I found a good daily rate.

The hotel was great, the location was close to everything, and the front desk staff was incredible! So sweet, welcoming and helpful!

Overall, for what it cost, it was decent. My only real complaint is the a/c wasn’t working and the lack of urgency to come up with a solution, was horrible!! It took until day 2, in order for our room to get changed and even then, the a/c still was an issue. Was told by management I couldn’t get a discount bc I booked ahead?

Great time

I prepaid for parking but did not receive any information on how or where to park. Very confusing.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and polite. The restaurant was great to have a good breakfast and dinner too when the day was to busy. A couple drinks at the bar if you need to unwind. The shuttle drivers were great and having that as an option took some stress of driving in a new city off my plate. Made the stay more relaxing. Definitely recommend.

We did have an issue with the elevator not coming when ready to leave and catch our plane. Front desk staff had to get us down from 9th floor with all our luggage in the service elevator. But very glad staff available 24/7.

The help was excellent the Breakfast was very good. Sadly we thought they needed upgrading. The location was great for flying. All in all it was nice.

The experience at the restaurant and bar was atrocious. Anything i asked for that was on the menu was "out". Basically a burger, fries, and beer. Sad thing is i came home with a stomach bug. Will never stay here again

The staff make this hotel a cut above. Chef Mark was amazing breakfast buffet was absolutely prefect. There was a wonderful waitress I think her name was Carrie? She was so very attentive.

This property needs serious attention. It was filthy and very unsanitary. The pillows smelled like a sweat shop. The bed covers were stained with dirt spots and smelled uncleaned. The carpet smelled like stinky feet throughout the building.

The menu was great but the kitchen had no food to offer, so the menu was very limited. Anad again zero beer on tap. That was the same in Houston and San Antonio. I hope Dallas is better

The AC systems were out so our room & the hotel was hot. Made it hard to sleep. Towels were thin and small. Hall carpeting looked old and faded. No placard in the room to tell us what channels were available. When we asked the front desk for one, a man who didn't speak English, came up & showed my husband his cell phone. No information in the room about the in-house restaurant. Restaurant was out of many menu items. The food we got was good - actually, the best part of our stay.

Staff was amazing. Room was modern. Everything was top notch at this hotel.

I was not happy I paid for amenities that I was not able to use. & Staff doesn’t give you their real names.

Staff was excellent and helping me work through that and calling the police for me. However, that was a bit unsettling to have as an experience for my first time in San Antonio. My suggestion, is to park out front where there is a clear view of the road.

I wouldnt recommend anyone staying at this hotel we stay their for two nights and the second night broken into maybe 30 cars on sunday earlier morning about the time coming out we had guest complainting about vehicles getting broken into and their didnt care the staff and we had call the police that their was alot of cars that got broken into the earlier morning so please dont stay here plus their rooms were very nasty too dirty sheets and comforter and also pillow case plus little mosquito and gnats flying around the rooms and restroom and stains on the carpets like blood was very disappointed in this crown plaza hotel ...

The staff was AMAZING, the property was close to the airport an the shuttle went above and beyond to help us find our way around local attractions.

Overall good experience. The staff were VERY nice. I appreciated having free parking and being so close to everything. The room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The rooms are a little worn, dated paint and chipping tile. The cleanliness was medium, I did feel the need to wipe things down. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom counter and a piece hanging on the wall. It's right next to the freeway, but we didn't hear any noise and it made for an easy exit when it was time to head home.

Over crowded with young sport teams , creating noise and nuisance. Eating all the food faster than the employees could keep up. Employees were working hard to keep control but understaff for the amount of kids.

The room could have been cleaned way better. The bathroom smelled like pee, and there was a huge water stain in the cabinet where the refrigerator was.

Came on vacation with my wife and kids and our experience was TERRIBLE. Bathroom floor was DIRTY. Bed had bugs & crumbs on the sheets. Omg the tub was DISGUSTING asked if i can could be moved to another room i was Denied by staff. I recorded Videos and took pictures of room and showed staff and they told me that they didn’t see an issue with the room and that all of the house keepers are gone. I will NEVER book at this hotel again.Definitely not worth the price they’re charging for what you get this is unacceptable. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

My room was clean and everything worked properly. The staff was helpful and attentive. My only concern was one of the elevators. I was in rough shape and seemed to need maintenance. Besides that it was a great experience.

Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken and kept opening on floors people were not located. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub at hotel and when we went to get in hot tub was broken and not hot. So was the handicap equipment around the hotel. Notified the staff of the broke hot tub over a two day period which they said they would get the maintenance man to take a look. He was never seen working on the hot tub at all.
