Valet parking is 54 us dlls daily. the beds and pillows are not the best.

Well, I reqlly wanted to like this place, since it's a Marriott property, however I feel it did not meet their standards and my expectations weren't high to begin with, however one thing after the next was just going wrong...

Property was in a good location. The room we got was not great. Lots of noise by elevators. Water in our sink was always warm/hot never cold. Ice machine did not work on our floor had to search floors for an ice machine that did work.

Staff was kind and helpful with suggestions. And location was convenient for the Riverwalk. We booked online. However was charged an additional $50+ i understand paying for the parking. But we were charged for late day check out. We didn't ask for that. As we were leaving at 9am. Also the pillows in the room were horrible. And our room was pretty warm. Even though we turned the AC all the way down.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. However, this hotel doesn't offer any amenities. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby. Definitely no complimentary breakfast. Valet parking is around $54.00. For the price we paid, we expected better. We had a noisy dog next door.

Is a very quite place to stay, the only thing I really didn't like, is there is no parking in the hotel, we had to pay Valet Parking.

Right downtown! You have to valet your vehicle. Be patient if it’s the weekend. It’s a great hotel!

It was very expensive for a small room that didn’t even have a microwave. The balcony view of the river was ok but I’ve stayed in way bigger and better hotel rooms with great views of the river for allot cheaper. There was nothing special or awesome for over 400$ a night.

The property is located on Riverwalk, and all of the staff was very helpful. The pool was not inviting as it was extremely cloudy.

* Have to valet your car, $54.00 * Small entrance and so it made for a busy arrival and exit. * TV in the room had the TV mounted toward side of bed. Very bad angle for viewing. * Hotel convenient to a lot but better options out there for the price.

The tv was hacked and it peeled turing on every hour with a message saying "are you there?" Which was a bit weird. The valet parking people were very nice and helpful. Also Avion was very helpful when we needed help to bring down our luggage.

The rooms were clean, but dated with a barely functioning toilet and no hot water in the morning. The lobby and breakfast/bar area were fine, but pool was disgusting. We refused to use it as the water was almost green and there were questionable stains in it. It would have been nice since it was 90 plus degrees our whole stay. I will probably find another place to stay next time.

Everything was excellent. There is public parking by Hard Rock Cafe for those who don't want to vallet.

Great location and comfortable room/bed. Pool area was underwhelming and a bit run down. Room size was on smaller side and oddly didn’t include an in room safe. Bistro hours were odd as we had to go to another hotel to grab a drink in the afternoon. .

Awesome gem of a hotel. Convenient to the riverwalk, I almost hate to give a good review, cause I don't want it to be booked up next time I need it. LOL. Would stay there again 100 times over.

I took an hour for the staff to bring us blankets and sheets for the pull out bed at 12am. We had to call 4 times to find out where the sheets were and if they were coming at all with the sheets.

The property and location both are great, depending on the room some are showing a little age. Our room had a constant dingy and/or marijuana smell but that was most likely from the guest next door. The dingy smell.

I had the room with the balcony facing the river didn’t particularly like the balcony wasn’t spacious enough. The view was not that great either the room was clean and comfortable and quiet though room service was good housekeeping was great. The area was convenient to get around to the Riverwalk. I didn’t get to try. The bistro didn’t seem like it was open whenever I got hungry, but I was close enough area to restaurants and bars that it wasn’t a factor. There was one night that I did get locked out of the main door which they had let me know that after a certain hour they lock the front doors. You have to let yourself in with the key. I wasn’t aware of that other than that it was OK.

Property was within close walking distance of many of San Antonio’s attractions. Staff was great and facilities were clean. But be aware that there is valet parking only at $54 a night and if it is an oversized vehicle it is even more. One morning we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our vehicle. It wasn’t that they were that busy it just took the valet that was retrieving our vehicle that long.

We got there to check in our room when we got to the room unpacked the room smells like wet dog once we woke up the next morning the bathroom was flooded. Spoke with the housekeeper. They came up several hours later we had to put towels on the floor for the water once they came up we asked to be moved, which took them hours before they moved us for the price I paid that hotel is not worth it then they charge $54 a night to park then they leave your car on the curve housekeeping staff very unprofessional call down to get towels they kept asking me. Are you sure you don’t need nothing else? Are you sure constantly very unprofessional

Had trouble finding a working ice machine had to go to three different floors before I could find one that worked. Also, they should’ve let guest know that you have to scan in after midnight. I’m not sure what time because the door is locked.

Parking definitely not good help. Valet parking was to expensive for one day, and also the jacuzzi was not enough hot, … but everything else was very nice clean perfect close to river walk. Front desk so nice and kind. Professional.

The AC worked great! The Bistro had great food and bar.

Spacious room with great amenities…fridge, microwave, balcony facing historic St. Mary’s church. Complimentary water bottles at Valet. Convenient location on Riverwalk and great restaurants nearby.

Too old, not Marriot at all.

No hot water until complained. Ran out of soap and asked for more. Never received . Asked for box tissues twice and never delivered. Otherwise, good location.

Went on Valentines Day expecting a great room but the curtains were all torn apart. Have pictures to prove it but I can’t put it here for you all to see.

the hot tub had a film on the water. It was cloudy and dirty. Was looking forward to enjoying the hot tub which did not happen. Lobby needed vacuuming.

Starting off with your page. You had put me down for 2 rooms. Then i had to call Marriott and confirm it was only one room. The after letting them i wanted the Towers of America view. They put me on the backside. Why do i want to see the river?? Also you have posted on your site free parking. Bulls***t. Not booking with Marriott or using your app.

I have to say the staff here are the nicest people, they welcome their guest with a warm welcome and they have good customer service. The room was really nice balcony looks down to the riverwalk nice to watch when the cruises are going. Even the housekeepers are very nice they smile and greet u! Good job to all the staffs!

Staff was great and hotel was clean and great location. Only issue was the swimming pool was dirty. I booked this hotel so we could enjoy tje pool for labor day but it was too dirty so we couldn't use the pool.

I wasn’t available to meet much of the staff but front desk lady by the name of Kat was the definition of high quality customer service. I can’t wait to return to this hotel for my next stay.

Our room was not large-small king. But was in good working order. Air conditioner was quiet-room was very quiet, didn’t hear people in other rooms around us.

Perfect place to walk around the river walk

We have stayed here at this location twice in the past year. The staff are friendly and our stay was pleasant. We love that we can walk to all the restaurants and sites we were visiting for. We will be back!.

It has obviously been renovated, and it is nice and clean with everything functioning. It was a very comfortable stay.

The view of the city was nice but that was the only good thing about it. When we arrived at our room it smelled like mold and the elevators reeked of urine, dont know why because pets are not allowed. Not worth what we payed.
