AC broke, no food/drinks. Had to pay for parking.

The stay at this hotel was good. wasn't expecting the parking charge but after checking this seems to be the norm. My order at the Bistro for my first breakfast was not right. But overall everything was very good.

loved our stay here at courtyard. we were well greeted by Itzel in the front who helped us & was so kind. for sure recommend and will be coming back soon!

No breakfast and no microwaves in rooms ?!

I was surprised that they wanted to charge me an extra $50 to check in one hour early. I declined.

Internet in the room is bad. You can’t watch TV its very slow.
- 2/5
We found bugs in our room, mold in shower
- 2/5
The saltwater pool was open and amazing The beds were hard as a rock, we paid extra for an executive king room with its own room just to find out they didn’t even have that kind of room. The tv in the second room we booked didn’t work properly and had no sound. We asked for roll away bed to use in order to try to help the bad sleeping arrangements we were forced into and they didn’t have any of those. On top of all that, You have to pay extra on top of everything else just for parking and breakfast.

I will never stay here again or at any other Marriot property that charges for overnight parking!!!

The property was well taken care of and managed. My only complaint is that they blocked the entrance to the property late at night by closing and locking a gate at the entrance and you had to pay to park in the parking lot via a separate QR code once in the parking lot. Kind of unusual in my experience.

Cleanliness Having to pay for parking and breakfast. The luggage carts being noisy

Location near the loop 1604 and I-10 Room was hot when arrived to it. It took an hour for 1 degree to fall. Room was 78 when arrived it didn’t get cool till 5-6 hours later. Paying for parking at a hotel you’re staying at is a first for me. Just for the parking I won’t stay anymore here.

So first thing, the front desk guy named Franco is very amazing and friendly !! He was so accommodating!! We were able to get into our room 1.5 hours early and that was great! We were on the 5th floor and the elevators were super hot inside of them, the halls were hot as well, our room was also hot!!! It took a whole night to get it cooled off. The ac unit just wasn’t blowing well. We were told they were motion censored so that’s why it was most likely hot on arrival, eh it still took way to long to even get the room cooled. The room itself was nice and clean! That night after a full day of walking at fiesta Texas we decided to take a swim, their outside area is very clean! Pool was clean as well, hot water but it’s Texas what do ya expect! After our pool time we were getting one of the kids beds settled with the pull out couch/bed. It didn’t have sheets or a blanket, I had to phone the front desk and they were immediately putting me on hold without even letting me know I was on hold, so I was unsure for a while if my call was even working, Franco was no longer on his shift and it was a woman. Explained I needed a sheet and blanket for the extra day bed, she stated she was sending someone yet they never came. Luckily it wasn’t cold so one of my packed blankets did the trick. Still a bummer. The parking lot is pay to park. Their Starbucks is nice and cute , pricey. Overall it was ok. Again Franco was so nice though! Kinda eh about everything else.

The room. The bottled milk that was sold to us and our grandkids were out of date, expired, and bad when we purchased an expensive breakfast.

The staff was very welcoming as I checked in. The room was very clean, we didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool and outdoor games , but everything looked very nice and well kept

. The sofa has a wood piece on the side that’s a hazard. Needs to be removed. It makes the space between sofa and bed too narrow and a Person walking to the left side of the bed can hit it with the leg right in the bone, specially in the middle of the night with low light. It happened to me
- 5/5
The outdoor pool and courtyard was perfect way to relax. Mosquitoes were out full force but the staff was accommodating by letting us sit in the lobby area

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Very tidy and clean rooms. Great stay!
- 4/5
I’d actually give them 4.7 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The most important thing, that I greatly appreciate, is the staff. I needed assistance 3 times, from 2 different people, and they were both SO nice, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had been emptied and filled with water, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I was already in the shower. The toilet was also slow to flush and I had to hold it down for a while. However, as soon as I brought it to their attention, they relayed the information to the appropriate person to get it taken care of.
- 3/5
The person who checked us in. Ogo was her name. She was not friendly and had no customer service skills at all. The room temperature in the room fluctuated and the temp gauge did not seem to be working well.
- 1/5
The front staff is horrible. If you need help with anything, you are met with an attitude. The young man at the front desk got into a verbal altercation with me, accused me of breaking into a room, and called the cops on me. Then he said he would charge me the $100 incidental just because of our argument. I never even stayed in the room. I cannot stress enough: DON’T STAY HERE
- 1/5
First of all, as soon as we entered the room we noticed it wasn't the same room type we paid for. We immediately notified the staff member but she was no help and gave us the run around that we should not book with expedia and it was out of her control. She told us to contact expedia. After contacting expedia her explanation changed. The hotel was experiencing some renovations and the room type were over booked. I contact the general manager and never received a reply.

Great place to stay at. Would stay there again.

Angel at the front desk was very helpful and courteous!

Hotel is located within a new shopping area that has plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The massive amount of road construction caused confusion when arriving and departing.
- 4/5
Great property. Close to shopping, dining, theme park. Our room A/C unit was loud, otherwise, great stay!
- 4/5
Hotel is perfectly located and kept spotless. Very nice place. My only beef is that it charges for parking. Why? ... this isn't a downtown facility. It does not matter that its only 10 usd. Plenty of space for them to charge.

The staff was very friendly . Room was clean will stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and all the staff were great. But after paying $200/night for the room, I still had to pay for parking. This is San Antonio and there is plenty of wide open space - charging for parking is just greedy. Will not return.
- 5/5
Property was nice and clean, only down fall was paying for self parking but it was only $10 a night
- 4/5
Nice front desk staff clean comfortable rooms. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned both nights we were there. Also the shower design creates a lot of water leaking onto the floor. The bath mat wasnt enough to keep the floor dry so we had to use another towel to keep the floor dry
- 4/5
There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom sink. Also the shower door didn’t shut completely and water leaked onto the floor. Bed was comfortable and otherwise the room was very clean. The other thing I didn’t care for is we had to pay to park in the parking lot. If it was a parking garage type situation I could understand but just outside the hotel entrance is a little much to ask for.
- 2/5
The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems.
- 3/5
Had an ok stay here over the weekend. The staff was accommodating in helping me change dates after I mistakenly booked the wrong ones, but at this price point any property that charges for self-parking looses a grading point. Paid self-parking is listed in the property details, but this is unacceptable IMO. The largest deductions in my score, however, came when I banged my shin into a wooden trim piece sticking out into the only walkway around the bed in the middle of the night, and when the room AC switched itself to heat & became unresponsive the morning of check out.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel, up to date, incredibly friendly staff, feels safe and easy to access. I would stay here anytime.
- 4/5
The property was good, except that the WiFi was very slow in the room at the end of the hallway.
- 5/5

Was good

Pool was dirty and there were a lot of gnats outside around the pool.
- 3/5
I guess I should’ve read the fine print but we stayed at other hotels in the area and they all have free breakfast and free parking. Not this one! $10 for parking is not crazy but still annoying. And free breakfast seems standard nowadays. And it’s not like this was a cheap stay, it was $200 plus for one night. Also, the wall between our room and the adjacent did not hold sound. I thought the people next-door were in the hallway because I could hear them so clearly and it turned out they were in their room. I would not stay there again.
- 1/5
A disgusting blood filled bed sheet
- 4/5
Perfect spot for a weekend stay, our shower head kept coming off when showering but I managed. Paid to park car in hotel parking this should have been included since paying for more then one night.but over all was clean, quiet and next to everything and had Starbucks available in lobby nice place!
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff
- 2/5
I gave the hotel another chance but shouldn't have. The room I requested was not available when I arrived because it hadn't been cleaned. Keep in mind that I called upon my arrival in San Antonio. Several wake up calls were scheduled to no avail. I observed a couple who'd asked to access their luggage being told, "This is the last time" by the front desk agent. It shouldn't have mattered if they'd asked 100 times. I've grown weary just writing this. I'll not stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Six Flags at The RIM again.

Really tacky to charge for parking at a suburban hotel
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy. Great for staying while visiting six flags for a day. We could see the SF fireworks once we left out of our bedroom window. It did take them 2 tries to get us some linens for the pull out bed right but otherwise was a great stay.
- 5/5
Very nice people at the counter. Felt comfortable and my kids enjoyed the amenities. Loved that the stores were there.
- 5/5
great stay, everything excellent and clean

Games and outdoor area, fun! Room, not as clean. Shower had hair in it. Room didnt smell the best. The ac made a loud squeeling sound as well. Staff was friendly. Good location.

Coffee shop and breakfast closed both days we were there. No room cleaning for two nights. Had to pay for parking. AC in room not working. We won’t be back.
