Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak at Legacy

I just wanna let you know it’s not what I expected. It was poor service in the room. Also didn’t have no hot water did not get the days that I asked for and just it was a bad experience.

Such a beautiful place to stay, so clean, very comfortable beds, my kids loved it and having access to the lifetime fitness across the street was a plus I will definitely be staying again. The indoor pool at the hotel is not heated

Clean room, great staff, comfortable beds

The room was good with the exception of kids running around, slamming doors all morning and all night! Kids playing ball in the hallways and lounge area. I never been in a hotel where this is allowed.

N/a I didn’t like that they were doing construction at 7:45/8 am right next to my room - drilling / sawing / screaming and slamming doors. Kind of frustrating to be on vacation and not be able to sleep in even a little. I feel like them fixing another room could have waited till at least 9 am

The location is perfect for a peaceful stay and nice options around for coffee, shopping, and church.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast should be included and the breakfast choices were not great. I will likely stay at a hotel that includes the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the room and hotel was very clean.

The only part I didn’t like was the Starbucks on the property.

Pillows sucked. Super flat. No breakfast buffet! Paid for buffet through booking and there is none. Pay option for breakfast items. Limited to what i paid for before hand. Very misleading and wrong. We skipped trying to get any food or coffee. Front desk was horrible at trying to explain what and how breakfast works. There should be a buffet version and the option for premium breakfast to purchase. So this made us very mad. Another guest in line at front desk behind me also complained about the same exact thing!

The only thing that could be an improvement would be free breakfast was included in stay.

I like staying here when i come to San Antonio. The staff are very comforting and all is always good while we stay.

Excellent Stay! Everything was great from the start. The night receptionist was very friendly, and we were welcomed with drinks and chips. The room was clean, and breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The morning staff was also very kind. Highly recommended!

Parking was difficult. Maybe open the side driveway?

I went to San Antonio for the weekend, but the hotel was just a place to sleep—which I couldn’t really do since my room was next to the elevator, and the noise was ridiculous.

Excellent stay however Free coffee in the lobby would be great & Indoor pool NOT heated, for what you must pay Lifetime Athletics across the street you could heat your own pool.

Our stay was good, very pleasant and quiet atound the area. However, for thebprice you would think complementary breakfast would have been available but thisbis not the case. That will be my reason for not visiting this location again.

I so wanted to give a 5 star but took a point off for the fact that there was a fire alarm battery that went out around 1 AM with no maintenance on site that kept us up all night. However, the staff and management did do right by helping us out and not only compensating our stay in points but moved us to a different room that was more quiet and away from the elevators

At checkin Hailey was so very nice and professional, I only wished that my room was on the other side of the hotel due to the road noise ! Although, I could have asked to be moved also. Love the location of this Courtyard by Marriott.

The only complaint is that the front desk called us accused us of making to much noise, while we were having dinner....and ask us if we were doing anything funny...so then she asked if I had small kids in the room, I told her yes but were asleep...So I went downstairs to talk to her and she said not to worry about it...so it made us very uncomfortable the rest of our stay....

If you have a Ford Truck do not stay here. Came and checked in was inside less than 45 minutes day light and tail lights were stolen in parking lot. no security cameras and the security guard does not show up until after dark

Came here with my family for the first time ever. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was nice and cool, perfect temperature. The beds were very comfortable I suffer from back pain and after sleeping on the beds at the hotel I woke up with zero back pain and got amazing sleep. The bathroom was very clean, water pressure amazing. Pool was fun just a tad small but it was very clean and we still had a blast. Parking was very accessible. I’m positive we’ll return on our next trip.

The property is older and does show its age. Was not a clean as I would of liked. Did find trash on the desk in my room when I arrived. Did enjoy the Bistro they had there and the staff with one exception was very nice.

Nice hotel—clean, spacious rooms. What I’d expect for a hotel in this tier of Marriott but I also expected some sort of continental breakfast at this level of hotel. Instead, it was an awkward “bistro” with overpriced/low quality basics. Instead, we opted for a local coffee shop nearby

We were here for a family birthday. Location was great for us with plenty of area restaurants to choose from. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet (even though we were right next to the elevator).
