police were on site when I arrived and when I left I was leaving an abusive relationship and staff member was not sympathetic to my situation

The hotel itself is old so from outside exterior, it needs some fixing such as peeled wall. Room was mostly clean but there were few spots they didn’t clean like tissue behind the tv and inside shower room wall was still dirty. Other than that not much to complain. Bedroom were mostly clean. Staff were excellent. Showed professionalism.

Everything was great except the non working ice machine in the 3rd floor.

The only issue for me the shower does not seem to be cleaned much.

I specifically told the front desk attendant that I fermented the room number for some reason and that I didn't think it was good. She assured me it was fine. It turned out to be the room at the end of the hallway near the storage room and some other room; it was so busy, it could not get to sleep.

Very clean facility, pool was in business a d it was nice, peaceful and quiet.

This hotel is one of my favorites. We have been going back in forth to UT Health with my husband. This place is just wonderful. So close to the hospitals and doctors offices. Super quiet and really convenient to great restaurants. Love It and the staff are wonderful!

Clean room

The outside looks a bit run down but the inside was good. Not sure what happened, but there was some kind of leakage or water damage. The property was nicely tugged away from the busy road. The place was very calm and quiet. Not far from Riverwalk. The only thing was that we didn't get the exact room we paid for, but overall this place was reasonable for the price paid.

The suite was great and on the first level with a patio door to the courtyard straight to the pool

Great location, very clean

This is my absolute favorite place to stay. They have the most comfy cozy beds that I love and the staff is always amazingly friendly!

Most of the staff were great except the desk clerk onThursday evening. She was quite rude even though I only asked for towels. She made me feels as if I was bothering her. All the other desk clerks were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance man had superior customer service.

Location was hidden away and quiet. Loved that our room was on the first floor and our patio door lead to the pool. Our room had a door to the bedroom which was nice so we had some privacy from the kids who slept on the sofa sleeper in the living room. It was my fault that I didn’t read in more detail about the breakfast. I assumed it was a typical breakfast buffet. Instead they had a bistro and we booked a package that included breakfast meals for two adults and two children (we had 4 children with us.) The food was altogether delicious but we had to order extra meals to feed everyone. Again, mostly our misunderstanding so just not what we were expecting. Also, the room looked very nice when we arrived, however our children immediately went exploring and found a half empty water bottle behind the curtain, a jumbo marshmallow behind the sofa, a can of sprite behind the dresser/tv stand and a cup of chamoy which was a fruit cup on the floor behind the bedroom door. Nothing major, everything else was clean but obviously housekeeping missed a few hidden spots. Honestly, not a deal breaker, just a little more attention to detail needed.

I liked the location. I liked that you can get Starbucks 24 hours a day. The staff was super friendly. The refrigerator was making noise and keeping me up half the night. The electrical outlet next to the bed didn’t work

Nothing on the menu was available for dinner and it was 6pm. Other than that it was fine

Requests for ADA accessible room and early check in were not received by the hotel per hotel staff. My booking.com emails would not open to allow me to confirm. They did eventually get us a handicap accessible room as requested but took 2.5 hours. My 91 yr old father was exhausted. Ice machine on our floor was broken, They did not have a complimentary breakfast as expected.

The building looks very old out side but really nice on the inside I was not able to check in as early as I wanted. All my items and food had to stay in the car until later.

Nice hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. The parking is easy and the Bistro is really good. Although I didn’t use the pool, it was nice looking and was lit up with different colored LED’s. It was a cool effect at nighttime. The room was overlooking the pool from the balcony. The staff is extra helpful and made my stay exceptional. I would definitely return.

I like how clean it was. How hot the rooms were! Even with turning down the AC, it was still so hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. I tossed and turned majority of the night.

I have stayed here a couple times now, because I needed to be at the hospital for appointments. It's convenient to the hospital, tons of parking, you can walk to a bunch of places for dinner (though the Mexican place that's closest is mediocre at best), the staff has been fantastic every time I've been there. Really no complaints! The only "complaint" I can come up with is that the TV is set up to be watched from the couch. So if you're in bed and want to watch TV, you can rotate it... but it's still at a weird angle. That's literally the biggest issue with the rooms!

The location and the staff were so helpful. No complementary coffee. We had problem with the toilet not filling up, so we had to take the top off and fix it.

IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!

Very courteous staff, quiet area, excellent bed and amenities, convenient location for medical care, easy access to shopping and great restaurants.

Only the location of the hotel. Was charged a smoking fee $295 even though i didn't smoke inside the room. There was no Safe Vault in the room. Housekeeping attendant did not cleaned the room properly and the bathroom had moldy smell. I was also charged for a bottle a water $6 that I had NEVER consumed.

First time staying at this location. Beautiful property, Great location, lots of restaurants close by. Rooms were super clean and very very nice. Staff was super friendly at check in and checking out.

Was charged a smoking fee and didn’t discover it until a month later since I never received a receipt or was advised of such charge. When I called they advised me housekeeping supervisor had documented the smell. (We are not smokers) called to speak with them she was never available since she was the one I had to speak with. Still having to fight about the charge.

It was good ! The mattress was a little soft! But everything else was good!

The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas!

I had to leave

The staff was nice and the bed was comfy The room was outdated! In the bathroom looked like paint over mold, hair in the shower and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine.

Clean, helpful staff.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a good stay. Need firmer pillows. Other than a large dog barking and howling a few doors down at 8am not a bad stay. The man running the Bistro was great. He was by himself and very busy, but clearly communicated with us about how long food would take to come out. He had great customer service. They probably should have had help for him seeing as it was spring break. Rooms were average but the price was good for 2 nights.

Staff was very friendly as always, room was clean for the most part. Only thing to critique would be the shower head. It definitely needed a good cleaning or possibly replaced. Location seemed to be a safe environment with restaurants and gas stations all in reasonable distance. Overall had a very pleasant stay at a very great value. Will be returning in future

ROOM WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR BLACK MOLD ON CORNERS OF SHOWER. ADVERTISED FREE BREAKFAST BUT WHEN I WENT OUT 2 MORNINGS AT 6:45 THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AND ONLY COFFEE WAS FROM THE STARBUCKS THERE. ALSO DROVE BY AT NIGHT AND COMPLETELY MISSED THE TURN AS NEITHER MARRIOTT LIGHT ALONG THE ROADWAY WERE LIT.

The girl at the front desk at check in and at checkout was amazing. She made an effort to get to know us and was extremely respectful. We stay here every time we have an appointment at the transplant hospital. This visit was a very short one but as usual we enjoyed it.

The bed was great! That’s the important thing. Staff was great as well. The in-house Starbucks is good but limited - all in all a great value for the money. Whenever I’m in San Antonio, I will I’ll stay there.

Easy check in process

We sat in the bar and had a drink. A group came in from a work conference and was enjoying themselves, not making much noise at all. A staff member approached us all saying we were too loud that they had a noise complaint from the 3rd floor. We went to our room around the corner and could not hear any noise coming from the bar area. We later found out there was a sleep study going on, on the 3rd floor so the staff member just wanted us to be quiet. We were all paying guests as well and found it rude that we were asked to be quiet

There was a recent wet stain on the floor. I reported it and they said it was the fridge but it was far away from the fridge it didn’t see like it would be possible. A dirty bandaid was washed with the linens and when we pulled the covers back the washed bandaid was in the bed. I did report they
