Beautiful amenities very clean

no room service. beds were not done, said they do it every 3 days, we were not told that when we registered.

It was a nice hotel close to where we needed to be.

Room dis have a faint smell of cigarette but not something that was a bother honestly. Parking was perfect and everything was close by.

I do appreciate that she suggested I park my truck in an area covered by a security camera so it could be monitored. She also mentioned that she had already brought the safety concerns to corporate but felt that her voice was not being heard. I understand that the employee was trying to be helpful, and I appreciated her honesty and suggestion. However, guests should feel safe and comfortable while staying at a hotel. I hope management and corporate take these concerns seriously and improve communication and security measures for their guests.

Have stayed twice here and I liked the first floor better than the second. But it was still a good stay.

The staff were very helpful and nice, but issue is when I got there the first room had a leak in the ceiling and was spilling on to the bed, luckily they switched my room easily but then there was small like pubic hair on one of the towels in the bathroom also small hair strands under the sheets in the bed and the couch was stained really bad. Also A/C kept turning on and off. It’s not like it was refundable so we had no choice but to stay. But Breakfast was good and all in all wasn’t the worst stay it was decent.

Had my vehicle broken into and also 2 other trucks next to me. Police said they have alot of break ins there. House keeping that was outside said they had 7 vehicles last time and 5 before that!!!!! So never again will I stay there!!!!

I did not like anything whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Other than that, the whole experience was horrible. Customer service was disgusting. AC in the room wouldn’t go lower. It was hot overnight.

I really enjoyed the bed. It's was super comfortable and the sheets smelled so fresh. It's didn't have many options for breakfast. But the breakfast was fresh and hot. Always had fresh clean towels and washcloths every day. I wished the pool wasn't heated. Because it's was over a hundred degrees every day I was there.

Good proximity to sea world. Several guest drinking and loud at pool, made family nervous.

The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing! Clean, perfect temp and the room was not hot.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again!

The rooms didn’t look very clean the bathroom had hair all over the floors when we pulled the sleeper sofa out there was food crumbs all under it. We had a 2 day stay and house keeping never came to dump the trash in the room.

The front staff was very friendly and check in was fast. The beds were so comfy that I missed breakfast every morning, I did NOT want to get up. Will definitely stay again.

The smell in the first level rooms were horrible, smelled like mildew. Also we found out that the cards kept deactivating because we put near our cell phones… wish that would’ve been explained at check in.

I would consider the Comfort Suites more of a motel than a hotel. While the lobby was well maintained, the remaining facilities showed their age. The Exterior property was very poorly maintained and did not appear safe, given the surroundings. Beer cans, bottle tops and cigarette butts littered the parking lot. Very small rooms for 'suites'; insects in the tub/bathroom. Peeling linolium/carpet in the hallways/elevator. While some areas had a fresh coat of paint, the building appears very old and poorly maintained. Ultimately, the rooms stayed cold and are car wasn't vandalized or broken into--but we will not stay here again.

the key card to the room had to be put like 9 times before the door was unlocked and i went to the front desk and the came to help to say that it worked fine when he did the same thing

Room was clean and breakfast was good. The coffee in the lobby was not good. In-room coffee was fair. We stayed four nights and would be willing to repeat the stay if needed. Not a bad place to stay at all for the price.

Room was perfect. Shower can use more pressure and pull out mattresses can use an upgrade on comfortability

Would book again if I was staying on this side of SA.

The check in was prompt and the room was clean. Breakfast was as you’d expect for a lower priced hotel. I had no issues, the hotel is 10 minutes from Seaworld, with quick a few places to eat close by (a Texas Roadhouse is very close).

One of our bed sheets had a few stains, we didn’t realize it till we were leaving the room to check out. Other than that everything was great. My kids also loved the pull out sofa bed. Loved that the shower had shampoo and conditioner bottles installed.

Our stay was pretty good. My only real complaint/issue was that when we checked in 930pm with 3 teens and went to use the pullout there was no bedding and when I called we had to return to the front desk to get the bedding and the tub was very slippery all of us almost fell in it at least twice. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We had called 2 months in advance to confirm/request they had connecting rooms available. We were under the impression they had secured it for us and until we got there, they told us they didn't.

Clean and great location

There were a lot of "renovations" going on, hot tub jets didn't work, 1 washer was not working and had to lift up the dryer door to get it to latch. Room was clean but carpets could used a cleaning. Dumpster area looked kinda like a mini landfill. Key card would not open the back parking area door.

Very pleased with the size of the room Good size for me and my wife and three kids. It had a separate room with two beds a door to shut bathroom in the middle separating living room area with pull out bed. Pool area was nice with hot tub. Gym was under construction at the time. Breakfast was offered, good selection, fully stocked. Will be a first choice next time I'm looking for a room.

I love the hot shower, but the shower rod was damaged and water kept spilling over. Also,a section of the carpet remained wet the entire time so there's a leak somewhere. The air conditioner is excellent and I loved having two TVs. I will stay here again when I'm in San Antonio. The breakfast was pretty good. The only other thing is I am a platinum member and I wasn't acknowledged and there is no late checkouts or early check-ins.

Good location, 10 mins from Seaworld, 15 mins from Riverwalk, 5 mins from HEB. Loved the room had living room area. Staff were very helpful. Pool was not cold at all which was perfect for my kids. Variety of breakfast item with warm scrambled egg and sausages. If we are going to Seaworld again, we probably pick this hotel again.

The stay was ok.

The room seemed to have a damp smell. The hair dryer had to be replaced, it was not working. The hot tub jets weren’t working.

Room - clean. Pool - not great. Weight room - closed.

The breakfast was good for the price point (waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, biscuits, yogurt) and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. There was an extremely loose tile in the sink area floor, but the room was clean. It was also a plus to have a working ice machine on the 2nd floor. Staff was friendly!

During our stay the workout room was closed so that was a bummer and the pool was great but the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. I was a little disappointed that the heater was either off or broken. Either way they staff was marvelous and very accomodating, I recommend this hotel and will definitley book again if I'm in San Antonio. I was very please despite the inconveninece with the amenities. Thanks for an overall wonderful experience!

The towel rack had decent amount of rust on it. The head board had stains, the bathroom lights did not work in the shower area. The ac vents all of them had large amounts of dust. Pool was not green but not blue either it was dingy. No body wash only shampoo and conditioner. The outlet the hair dryer is connected to has no gfci protected circuit and the sink was directly underneath it. ( not only is that a city, and State code violation) it’s down right dangerous and negligent. Breakfast was subpar watery eggs over cooked sausage. I stayed 3 nights and all three nights I had to get new hotel key cards they wouldn’t work. The shower also had broken pieces. 0 star don’t stay. I also have photos.

The pool was closed down. The refrigerator took very long to get cold. There was no sheets for the fold up bed and couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi

The cable machine was broken in the fitness center. There was no working pool. The breakfast quality was terrible. Only thing nice here was the staff- they were very friendly.

Room and accommodations were excellent. The first night there, our vehicle and nine others were burglarized. The thieves also hit the vehicles at the body shop behind the property. Hotel did call the police but the peeps were gone before the officers arrived. After reading the reviews (which admittedly I should have done before booking) the same thing occurred in October.

It was horrible peoples cars were getting broke into at night, and when I brought it up to front desk they just asked me do I own a truck cause that what they target. So they knew about the break in’s and wouldn’t do anything about it.

Always greeted by front desk staff. Rooms are clean. My family and I really enjoy staying at this hotel!

The room itself was spacious, with 2 TV's, comfortable bed, was clean, and I enjoyed using the jetted tub for hours over my 2 night stay! The same man who checked me in let me check out at noon which was appreciated too! There was a disgruntled guest at the front desk when I was leaving, who was shouting at him, and he remained calm and professional and tried to address her concern, although she seemed quite irrational! The water pressure in the shower was amazingly good and I was mostly pleased with my room. Plenty of soaps and towels. There were a couple of issues, including both curtains having large holes in them and some squeaks from bed, but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The breakfast was somewhat lackluster though, the lobby coffee machine was horrible, I didn't like the eggs, sausage a bit overdone, although the Texas shaped waffle was cool! No flavored batter here though. Breakfast was until 10am on weekends which was great so I could sleep in! Not far from Sea World!

Room had coacharoches. Spiders in the bed. Pool had a wire hanging out of it with a light all the chairs in the pool area are rotten was told the pool was heated and it was freezing the jets in the hot tub did not work.

Room was in good condition, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only main thing was that our shower was leaking and partially flooded our bathroom.

We try to book at Comfort Suites once a month to visit my son in college. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast each morning is on point and the ladies who work the rooms are all so very respectful and hard working. I won't name any names but thank you so much for keeping our rooms nice and clean while we stayed. Looking forward to coming back to experience the indoor pool and hot tub that's open 10am to 10pm. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort to keep these rooms and hallways clear and sparkly. Best place yet in regards to cleanliness, hospitality, housekeeping, and breakfast 10/10 stars.

Initially started off ok however, there were wires sticking out of the pool with no circulation. If it hadn’t of been for my daughter’s father identifying the hazard we could have been electrocuted since my daughter was splashing in the pool. The front desk was downplaying our concerns. Did not try to compensate or rectify the issue. The last day of our trip the power went out, it was dark in the room, elevators were not working of course. The front desk at that time said they would help us with points to get another hotel near by however, when we called back the gentleman that answered said he didn’t know anything about it, refused to call the previous staff member, was unsympathetic and was not helpful at all.

We were fairly pleased with our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who prepared breakfast made sure everything was clean and sufficient. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was the noise from the street. Surprisingly, it didn't come from the Loop nearby but from the few cars that fed into it in the early morning. I believe it was due to the very large windows. We travel with masks and earplugs but I made the mistake of not wearing the earplugs that night. We will definitely stay there again.

Rooms and were clean a saw small roaches at the cafeteria, i told the person who was attending the breakfast and she just ignored it. The pool was not my favorite part at all, an indoor pool but no Ac it was more like a sauna.
