Just ok , AC definitely doesn’t keep up. The room was constantly damp , the towels never dried our stuff felt damp and it smelled like mold.

We really liked the room layout, the house keeping made sure to respect door signs and kept the room tidy as needed, we loved the super cold AC especially since my boyfriend and I are furnaces! The pool was also great and staff was amazing! No complaints once so ever!

A/C was quick to cool the room perfectly! I will say I think the carpets could use a better cleaning. I have a crawling baby and it was annoying that his clothes got so dirty after 10 mins of crawling around and I would have to wipe his knees and feet too when his clothes didn’t cover those spots. But other than that the room/bathroom were clean.

Only stayed for 2 nights durong July 4th weekend. Walking into the lobby smelled musty. Didn't look dirty at all but had an odd musty smell. Noticed it the second day also. We had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa in our room. The pull out bed was not usable. The mattress was so thin, so we just left it folded as a couch. If you're a grown adult, it might be a little uncomfortable but fine for like a teen or child. Coffee maker worked as intended. Mini fridge was very cold for our drinks. The ac could've been better but room felt fine. Shower and restroom were clean and stocked well. The bath towels were extremely rough. I'd suggest taking your own if you can. Luckily we brought our own but the towels were thin and rough. There's only one elevator and in mornings/evenings it can take a while getting up and down when busy. Didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled good saw lots of others enjoying it. The area also has TONS of places to eat close by and multiple stores. Really good location. Parking was good also. Full lot being a holiday weekend but no issues. Could use a bit better quality items in the room, but overall happy with our stay. The staff was nice, we only needed an extra comforter but it was provided without issue. Beds were comfortable. Tv worked. Wifi worked. The water downstairs and coffee machine was always ready and working. Overall would stay again if needed to.

The cleanliness is fantastic! Newer build so thar was nice. The swimming pool is perfect for the little ones. When asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not. Asked for extra towels, told there weren't any. If you get in late, there is no parking spots, you have to park by the fence. Breakfast was completely a disappointment eggs sausage yogurt cereal bagel toast muffins and waffles.

And the sausage was just heated like on microwave

Always a nice clean option when we stay in San Antonio. Used this hotel 3 years in a row. Will be glad when the road construction out front is finished though. Ask for a room in the back if you can get the choice.

Our three-day stay was enjoyable overall, but the breakfast options were a letdown. The tavern served the same hot breakfast with eggs and sausage every day, which got monotonous. Additionally, they were out of orange juice one morning, which was disappointing.

Great experience overall. Clean rooms, nice amenities, and friendly staff.

Room was very clean. Very accommodating for a family of 6. We had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was ok for 2 days. Also, no fan in the restroom after hot showers. There is construction and a train close by but it did not bother my 2 year old at all. Breakfast was decent, the lady that takes care of the breakfast was sooooo nice! Definitely recommend for families.

The staff was great & my check-in was seamless! There really wasn't a huge breakfast selection, however I'm not a huge breakfast person anyways. The room was very clean & spacious, and the air conditioning was very accommodating. It actually got cold & stayed cold the entire night. Which made for a good's night rest.

We arrived at 2am the property security let us in and we got our key right away the front desk guy was pleasant and quick. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are always a plus. Other reviews express the lack of towels. We had two bath towels and two hand towels. Which was ok. It doesn't deter me from coming back. 👍

Wasn’t sure we had the right street at first, the location is wide open but there were plenty of places near enough to walk to if you wanted to eat out. Lots of construction going on so getting there changed from day to day, and there was a train track close enough to hear and see the train, but we slept very well, so if it came by at night, we didn’t hear it. Just saying in case you have a light sleeper or a baby. Overall, we enjoyed staying there, the train or construction wasn’t so significant that we wouldn’t stay again. San Antonio is growing, there would be very few places you could stay that you wouldn’t encounter some kind of construction. Well worth the money, we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was as expected, not huge but provided something for everyone. My room was big and clean. Towels were kind of thin and very hard & scratchy.

The towels in the bathroom were very thin. You essentially needed two of them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the greatest location along the highway with construction and lots of dust and noise. However, the price was right and we were not at our hotel very long.

Parking was available to free park anywhere, hotel could have been better especially the shower. Staff were friendly . Breakfast was gross and they barely served anything. Over all 7.5/10

This trip was a little different because we were traveling with one of our son’s friends, so we booked the larger room with the pull-out sofa bed. During check-in we were given sheets and a blanket for the pull-out bed, but we were told the hotel does not provide pillows for it. Since our son’s friend is only 11 years old, we weren’t comfortable having him sleep without pillows. Unfortunately, the only solution was to go to Walmart later that evening to buy some. Aside from that situation, the stay was fine, but it was surprising that a room designed for an additional sleeper wouldn’t include pillows for the pull-out bed. Hopefully this is something the hotel considers improving in the future, especially for families traveling with kids. We do appreciate the hotel overall and hope this feedback helps make future stays even better.

My family stayed here while visiting during the holidays and this was absolutely perfect but their breakfast selection was slim and the only thing I got was a muffin that was hard as a rock.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your Comfort Inn & Suites location and to request a reimbursement for one day of my stay. Upon entering my room, I observed red stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation. This should never occur in a hotel operating under the Comfort Inn brand. Additionally, the internet service was down for the entire two days of my stay. Reliable internet is a basic amenity that was advertised and expected, particularly for guests who rely on it for work or communication. No resolution or adequate explanation was provided during my stay. To further compound these issues, the room above mine was excessively noisy throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to rest. Despite the expectation of a reasonably quiet environment, the disturbance continued without intervention. Due to these combined failures—cleanliness, lack of advertised amenities, and ongoing noise disturbances—my stay fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. As a result, I am formally requesting a reimbursement for one day of my stay. I expect a prompt response addressing these concerns and confirming how this reimbursement will be handled, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. Staff was amazing. Amenities were nice. The water pressure was a bit weak on the first floor & the smell of chlorine from the pool lingered near the room. Otherwise a good stay.

One of our missionaries stayed there and there was no complaint they said it was a very comfortable

The room initially had an unpleasant odor, which I believe was due to the air not being on. Once I turned it on, the smell disappeared. The beds were decent, but some of the pillows were dirty, and it seemed like the covers hadn’t been changed. Unfortunately, the worst part was discovering cockroaches in the room. Although the front desk offered to move us to another room, I no longer felt comfortable staying there.

Breakfast was missing some things and there wasn't anyone around to ask. The room was very clean and comfortable.
