Hotel was under construction so it was a big challenging. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

The hotel was filthy. The elevator had a film of dirt on the floor. The room had not been cleaned. The floor was carpeted with visible trash and dirt (a bottle cap, hair tie, cobwebs, etc.) and the bathroom had grime along with a dirty floor.

The price Roach motel!!!! The room was infested with roaches!! They were in the bathroom tub, walls, tv, nightstand just everywhere. My son found a toe nail on the bed sheets. Carpet was dirty. Please clean the top of the closet. There were socks left behind, tissues, and dead roaches.

I stayed at this property for two nights with my family! I am genuinely a fan of Comfort Inn & Suites, but this property was terrible. My room was infested with roaches and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Being that we arrived pretty late, I requested that the bathroom be cleaned the next morning and was told that the cleaning staff said “nothing was wrong with the bathroom.” I was moved to a different room and there were STILL roaches. I spoke with the management and they refused to refund any amount. Lastly, the staff manning the breakfast station was rude and turned the power off on myself and my children right at 9:30am, when breakfast ended. I understand that breakfast ended at 9:30, but I don’t understand why sitting in the breakfast area to eat past 9:30am was an issue. Do not book this property!

Our, doing with the other trucks were broken into on the first night. Two more we're broken into the next night. The staff nor the police were surprised. According to the officer, "It's a normal thing around here.

There was cat food or some kind of pet food beside the coach, the petition was dusty, and the bathroom needs a good scrub down it had pink grim all over it

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. The faucet for the sink in this particular room is placed about an inch from the back of the sink so when you wash your hands or do any other things you would do at the sink the water goes all over the counter. Kinda weird. Also I get using paper plates vs Styrofoam ones but the cheap thin ones y'all are using spill half the food on the way to the table. I'm literally talking about a scoop of scrambled eggs and two link sausage. Google maps takes you around the back to where the gate is locked.

I like that the check-in was fast. The room was big and comfortable. I did not get to go taste breakfast.

Google maps showed the address as an abandoned building, No big deal, Google was probably out dated, but when I arrived, the hotel was set against an abandoned office building complex, and there was only 4 cars in the hotel parking lot. It felt strange walking in because it looked like no one was in the building. The hotel lobby looked like it may have had recent updates, but everywhere else was worn, old & dirty. The elevator was in a tiny room & felt like a service elevator. The carpet in the halls was very worn & looked dirty. My room had not been vacuumed because there was debris on the floor & couch, and around the head of the bed and furniture edges was filthy. Behind the widow curtain was a bowl of dry Fruit Loops cereal, the ice bucket had a Ziploc bag full of water left in it, & the refrigerator had something spilled in the bottom. The shower walls did not appear clean & mildew was starting at the top of the wall near the ceiling. The bath fixtures were corroded with poor water pressure coming from the shower head. Breakfast was sparse & the food was barely edible. I had booked the room for two nights, but did not stay the 2nd night because it everything felt gross. I could have asked for another room, or complained, but given the state of the other areas of the hotel, I didn’t think I would find it satisfactory. I instead, cut my stay short & left. Overall, it was a very terrible experience. (see attached photos)

Location was good for our needs property is older entire 1st floor closed for ? Reasons we stayed 7 days had maid service one day only because I caught one in the hallway took out our own trash twice, had to get towels ourselves once breakfast was minimalistic ran out of tp last day, pool was dirty first few days and stairwells emergency exit at our end of hallway was blocked off

Parking was easy and secure, room was spacious, ac was cold, the bed was comfy, amd i was close to the highway

Parking lot was full of broken glass from previous break ins. Our vehicle was broken into as well, and we were only there for one night. No cameras on the property. Obviously they're not trying to prevent future break ins. Room was ok, rest of the property needs to be cleaned and updated.

Staff was friendly but the room was not up to par it was dirty and curtains we still dirty towels seems a little old and not as white. Also the pull out couch didn’t have sheets. And was left dirty.when we took off couches Breakfast was very simple. Not much of a verity. Just wasn’t the best for my opinion. Will not be staying there again

BE AWARE**** DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE AT ALL. WE CAME DOWN FOR THE WEEKEND AND THE FIRST NIGHT OUR VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO ALONG WITH THE TRUCK BESIDE US AND THERE WAS GLASS FROM A PREVIOUS VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE FRONT DESK GUY GURU CLAIMED THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO GIVE A FULL REFUND FOR OUR STAY. WE ENDED UP BOOKING ANOTHER HOTEL WHERE WE FELT SAFE AND TAKEN CARE OF. SAPD NOTIFED US THAT THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING AT THE COMFORT SUITES. SO SHOUT OUT TO SAPD FOR COMING OUT AND FINGERPRINTING AND TAKING CARE OF OUR SITUATION . PS. BREAKFAST SUCKED AS WELL

Staff was kind, but sheets had blood on them and the room had roaches. I couldn't even bring myself to eat the free breakfast because if roaches are in the rooms, then I imagine that they are in the kitchen too.

Staff was friendly… the Hotel itself is in disrepair. Non-functioning stairwells (safety/fire hazard), cosmetic damage and shelving ripped off of walls… the shower is absolutely horrible. Better to take a bath…. The bed is nice and comfy… if GPS takes you to the back road to enter, don’t bother… it’s all gated and locked… the entrance is poorly signed and easy to miss. The breakfast area looks like it’s meant to serve breakfast and coffee… it doesn’t and the coffee machine doesn’t work. It appears that someone who knew the Hotel Industry set the hotel up and then sold it to someone who doesn’t have true Hospitality Experience or a Partel which is the TEMU version of a Patel.

Checked in basically was given the key and was told “elevator to the left. Had to ask for details in regards to breakfast, etc. breakfast was very limited to hard egg as if it had been there for a while, cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker no one was there to refill the empty batter on the machine. Room seemed very cozy. Slept good but throughout the night it was really hot. Our smoke detector was covered in plastic bags. Other than that, a very quiet hotel there was a sign in the front that said “if you do not like your room within the first 10 minutes, bring the key back and leave.” Will not consider staying here again.

The microwave inside the room wasn't that clean but the staff was very courteous.

Our stay was very restful because of it being so quiet . Management respected our desire to not have housekeeping clean our room each day, and gave us towels as we needed them . As with any stay in Texas, it would be helpful to be able to communicate in Spanish .

Breakfast was imitation type scrambled eggs and turkey sausages everyday, cereal was generic captain crunch and fruit loops i think it was, waffles maker, no juice, milk, and bread and yogurt. Nothing special but better than just bagels and muffins i guess. Had yogurt too. I think they are remodeling. So hopefully it gets much better. But it's still a bandaid on an older hotel in the rooms.

Hotel being renovated, our room was very spacious and quiet. Shower head nozzles clogged so not much water was coming out but having a sewing kit I had a needle to unclog and shower worked great. The room was clean. Parking a bit cramped due to parking lot on other side had large equipment for renovation and was blocked off. Breakfast was good better than the standard continental ones you usually get. Beds were very comfortable. We will book again this was a weekend shopping expedition.

They have roaches. Sink stopper didn’t work in my room. Room needs airing out. Smells a tad bit musty.

PICTURES ARE DECEIVING, this is no where near the reviews posted recently. I had booked my stay for 10/29 - 11/4 and the rooms were filthy. Food crumbs every where, dusty, flithy floors and bed sheets were dirty. Requested a 2nd room and that one was even worse with paint splattered around the room bathroom walls and sink area. After speaking with management they denied changing room or giving a discount for the stay. They preferred to reimburse then fix the situation. Save yourself the headache.

There were roaches and my husband & I needed to leave, as soon as he saw them. Unfortunately it was at 5am. And we have no clue if they got in our belongings.The front desk didn't even seem to care when I mentioned it. They said okay.

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the a/c worked good and the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, it was pretty ghetto. Big roaches all over the pool area, the pool was cloudy and no towels provided. The carpet in the rooms is dingy and many other things that were pretty cringe.

Stains on the bed linens and some of the furniture. Room was not prepared, lacking several housekeeping items. Slow service on housekeeping even though they only did it every 3 days (we were there for a week). Tissue was the cheapest. Damaged room windows (many) need replacing.

The pool was dirty and needed cleaned and the breakfast was very poor the eggs were hard and not good.

Our remote didnt work half the time, carpet was filthy, couldnt walk in socks, long hairs in tub when we arrived and still there after cleaner came in, stunk in room like something sour. Microwave filthy so we didnt use. Only thing good was sheets and bedding clean as smelled like bleach.

The lack of knowledge the staff had about the pre-charge I was given when I asked about the time it would/ if the money would even be added back to my account at all. Was a little nervous when the front desk said they didn’t even know about it at all.

This was a horrible hotel. I had to request a refund because the rooms were infested with roaches and bed bugs. The beds had stains that appeared to be bodily fluids and as soon as you walked in there was a bad smell to the hotel itself. We had to leave to another hotel and had to wait for the money to be refunded to our account. Will never stay at a comfort suites ever again!

It was good for what we needed. Only thing needed will definitely cameras for the property or security. Had our truck vandalized.

This hotel could use a really good dusting. My grandkids suffer from allergies and the moment we walked in that room they started sneezing really bad and it was like that the whole time we were there. There was trash under the pull out couch and the mattress looked very old and rusted.

Once we enter the room, we found 4-5 small cockroaches roaming all over places on the side walls. Few are on the table and one tiny roaches found on the mattress as well. When I compliant it to the front office, they offered to give alternate room with reduced bed count as no other availability. The new room also has roaches and we decided to stay back to our original room. As the roaches were all over the place, we did not have good sleep at all. Also shower knob did not work properly. A lot of issues and I definitely say this say is not worth as we did not sleep and we could not take bath well. Breakfast not enough things to handle.

They need a better cleaning staff. The rooms weren't cleaned when we arrived the bath tub was dirty with a red substance and there was also a used bandaid in there. The room had wet carpet smell throughout our stay and both the towels and bed covers were stained, when we asked for cleaning services to be provided we were told the cleaning services are provided once every three days. Once our room was "cleaned" we noticed they only turned the bed sheets over since the same stains remained they were never switched out. While we're not expecting the room to be perfect, after bringing up these issues to the staff we would have appreciated it being corrected

They didn't want guests taking breakfast back to their rooms, which I have never seen at another hotel. There was a loud machine/motor noise droning all night, and the room made me feel sock, like some kind of allergy. There was dust all over, and even a used fork on the floor. The staff was fine, did their job, and was pleasant, though forgettable. If you want a nice, affordable place in the same area, I recommend The Pear Tree Inn instead. Stayed there a month ago, and the price was comparable, but it was immaculate, and the staff were friendly. I rarely give low ratings, but this one did deserve it's score.

Property was OK, but the included breakfast was a total joke

I think what stood out the most was the front desk clerk (Sandy). We had a large group and he was ready for us. The check in was quick and seamless, but mainly the customer service was next level. Sandy was very kind, very helpful and super efficient. He genuinely made the stay awesome, start to finish. The facility was clean, nice and a great place to stay.

We booked the room for medical appointments, and the AC was not working, the room was so hot. They did not clean he room and I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet papers. What bothered was the heat, did not sleep well at all. The breakfast is the one thing I go for, and they did not provide a good breakfast and the lady with the breakfast was not friendly at all. They had no varieties and that itself was disappointing. That is the reason I like to book at Comfort Suites for the breakfast. This was very disappointing.

There was roaches in our room

Room was not clean properly. Even after informing the front desk. They order housekeeping but due to work load of housekeeping they did their best. They need to hire more housekeepers to ensure they have the time to clean.

Like the fact there was a selection of frozen food. But the cable stopped working. Had to call to get the internet working. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The beds are comfortable and that was all. When we got to the room the chair that’s on the desk had crumbs on it and had something all over the back like if they sprayed it and didn’t go over it. The trashcans were also super dirty. I took the bag off to replace it and it had so much gunk stuck like if they NEVER clean it. Also had a really bad parking experience. Our car was broken into along with about 8/10 other cars along both sides of the parking lot, they broke windows and stole belongings. They don’t have a single camera outside so nothing was recorded. They also stole a truck and they ended up finding about 20 min from there. Overall was just not a good experience.

This property would only clean your room every 3 days and if you needed clean towels you were required to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to retrieve clean towels. Internet did not work 3 of the 5 nights I was there.

Beds were extremely comfortable, staff was friendly. The room didn’t have a weird smell and the ac worked well. Breakfast was not very good, waffles were so so but the coffee was good. Overall experience was good and would use them again but would make plans to eat breakfast else where.

They kept changing the room, first room stinked, second room was btter, but still had an old room smell. Not my best choice, but their pictures showed something much better than really.

But I still had to spend a whole night in a room filled with the smell of mildew, black mold in the bathroom and a white/gray mold growing all over the inside of the window. I had a terrible headache the next morning. It’s obvious that the hotel has a humidity control problem. They tried to cover the mildew smell by placing air fresheners on the AC vents, and there were silica containers on both rooms filled with water. When I got home 8 hours after checking out the clothes in my luggage felt damp.

The first room we got put in had live roaches . They tried to change our room just for that night , got into the new room and that room had roaches as well!

Room was old and dated. Beds were actually very comfortable. Pull out couch/ bed was NOT. Room was rated for 5 or six guests, yet towels and soap barely accommodated three. Room served the purpose. Breakfast was barebones but adequate.
