Comfort Inn & Suites Near Six Flags & Medical Center

In the first room the restroom was dirty when we arrived then in the next room the lock on the door didn’t work and the third room was dirty overall

This Comfort Inn smelled musty and moldy. Humidity pervaded the room and clothes that were laid out felt clammy when worn. The WiFi was terrible. Used my phone hotspot because the WiFi was unreliable and spotty. Breakfast was okay and the staff was helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t ever stay there again.

You go to have a good time and plans change and the day gets wasted trying to find someone to replace the window. Sad, Sad. Their security was a joke.

The hotel is tucked away from the main road and 10 freeway, so it is quite. The rooms could use a touch up in paint, but overall clean. And it was nice to have a pool and gym. I thought I may have problems with a room located next to the elevator, but I did not hear a thing during my stay. Three mile from the amusement parks and I believe I paid $63 a night…what a steal.

El staff súper amable cuando llegamos , estaba limpia la habitación pero con mucho olor a humedad , el desayuno pasable , el parking fue lo que no me dejó dormir a gusto , ya que al llegar al día siguiente por la tarde había muchos vidrios de camionetas quebradas por todo el estacionamiento y tuve que ir en la madrugada a bajar hasta lo más mínimo para que no le quebrarán los vidrios de la camioneta cómo otras personas le pasaron que les ocurrió este fin de semana que pasó , pero la persona que nos recibió muy amable la verdad , al entrar huele a limpio

Security in parking area nonexistent. Several break in that night.

Great breakfast the staff are nice. The only bad thing they don’t have security mondays- Thursday and we got break in into our truck. There were several cars with window broken. The hotel are not responsible so if you plan to stay there don’t stay when there’s no security guard.

The hotel is in a great location. Ut the owner who ever he is needs to be pulled from this franchise....28 vehicles got broken in too...some lost a lot of valuables...other just damage to the car...all 28 vehicles with broken windows...and the staff did not provide any sort of help in anything, manager was not available to talk to he was always to busy to talk to the customer never showed his face. A refund for a night or two would of gone along way. But they provided no answers or any help. I do not recommend this Hotel to any one. Im sorry but as a paying customer to get treated with no attention and no respect, is a prime factor on why people should not stay here.And I hope the pull the owners franchise so he can get a taste of how you should take care of people that feed his family.

Entire parking lot was broken into

The carpet in the room was damp and the room had a weird smell but we barely were in the room for the Rollercoaster Rodeo weekend event so it wasn't the end of the world. The bathroom has definitely seen better days with wear and tear.

We switched rooms, and the second one was certainly better. The hot water in the shower was at best lukewarm. For both rooms, the WiFi only worked when it was in the mood and you had to sign back in every time your phone turned off (no guarantee it would work either). On the day we checked out, we saw that a few vehicles had been broken into with smashed glass everywhere (luckily not ours). Likely not the hotel’s fault but just a warning to not leave any valuables in your car.

The room was dirty, I split water and wiped it up and the floor was so dirty. The furniture in the lobby was old and very used, the rug was so dirty, had visible large dark stains. Breakfast, the counters had food split all over and no one bothered to wipe any of it up and there were staff there. We have stayed at Comfort Hotel before and it has never been this dirty. You have a great location, clean it up!!

When I arrived there was no staff. Waited for 40 minutes for the staff to come out. He was inside the office with another staff. Had me waiting. They need a security guard. 4 vehicles were robbed, crashed, and broken windows.

We had a helpful staff member, however the room was awful. There was a white line from some water damage on the carpet which isn't a big deal realistically. The real problem came with the three insects we found and killed, as well as a moldy roll of toilet paper. The bathroom door interior was pretty gross looking too. The bed was uncomfortable. There was even a spot that felt like there was a golf ball in the mattress. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and annoying to connect to. I had to connect to it about every hour, I gave up on it.

Close to my work event. Price was good. pool being closed the whole time. I requested a ground floor room got put on third floor!!!!

The swimming pool was green. It had particles floating in it as if somebody had a barbecue and threw it in there like cold ashes, and you can tell it was definitely not being cleaned at all.

Well, the pool was chemically unbalanced, according to the note on the door and was a swim at your own risk dark green colored water, not suitable for the kids who were looking forward to swimming one day at least and room had a wet musky smell upon entering on first day other than that everything else was as expected staff was very friendly

Room was clean. Shower looked like mold was growing overhead on the ceiling but was painted over. Handle to hot water in the shower had to be turned all the way to be warm. Shower head was not very good. Ac could be serviced. Pool was green and not usable. Weight room had broken equipment and not climate controlled. Good location but lots of construction in the area.

Give me the room I request or give me a refund, I through the app I booked a king size bed and got two full beds instead that were not very comfortable.

Overall smell of the hotel was terrible. Showers are outdated.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The air conditioning worked well, which made the stay comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom sink was leaking. I reported it to the front desk, and I hope it gets repaired for future guests. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room above 223 kept the family up, they had children running around the room at night and as early as 6am i know this is not the fault of the hotel, but I was thinking it be nice if family with small children are to stay on the 1st floor. Breakfast was great.

One of the bed was broken and made loud noise when you move. Other than the receptionist, no one smiles or acknowledges you.

This property is in need of renovation. There was mold in the bathroom. The facility overall is not I good shape. The pool water was cloudy and most of the poolside chairs were broken. Two of the ice machines were broken. I would not stay here again

The room was clean, had enough toiletries and towels. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was nice, my kids and I enjoyed it. The only thing that was not so great but we survived was we stayed in the 2nd floor and the people on top, you could hear all their footsteps.

This property needs maintenance. The dining chairs are peeling. Property smells like mold. Everything is old and peeling. I was surprised when I walked in to see the poorly cared for property. I would not recommend.

The smell was bad in the room like mold. And the hall ways. There was dust and hairs of others everywhere. The sheets had holes and stains. Just not a place I would recommended to stay with kids.

Polite front staff. For breakfast , the coffee machine was out of order- very unfortunate. The breakfast didn’t start til 7am on Sunday - too late. The floors in the first floor hallway were sticky leading up to the elevator. Our room was clean, however above the window, in the ceiling was an old dried leak in which part of the stucco was stained and was openly exposed. Not a good look for the comfort inn status.

This hotel was pretty outdated. There was a pool but it didn’t look maintained well enough to use. AC didn’t work very well. Breakfast was decent and beds were comfy. I personally wouldn’t stay again but I’d say it’s good enough if you’re on a budget. Close to UTSA which was the purpose for our trip.

Hallways had a pungent foul odor. All but the 1st floor Ice machines were broken. Thankfully, Room & bathroom were clean, and a/c worked great. Front staff were courteous and check in was efficient. Free breakfast has many options, including hot items (eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles) and fruit. Do appreciate the large mini fridge and microwave in the room. They are helpful in minimizing food costs while traveling. Coffee machine in the room comes in handy if you’re late to breakfast- they stop refilling items *way* before the end of the breakfast shift. Be quick- they close up shop promptly! Didn’t use the pool, but saw many guests enjoying the outdoor pool. Overall: a very cheap convenient location, and a good value.

The room above me was extremely loud, big dogs barking and I could hear the footsteps of everyone up there - that wasn’t good for me- I felt like I was at someone’s apartment ! I’ve never experienced that in a hotel. Other than that is was clean and a/c worked pretty damn good for having heat index at 110 in San Antonio TX.

I was greeted respectfully, given towels when asked and used the dryer at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Would stay there again. So worth the price!

My stay was okay, but the place is a bit old and smells bad as soon as you walk in. It needs a proper cleaning; it looks clean but isn't—the walls and floor edges are dirty...

The location was great but the room was not good. The door had a big gap in between it look like the door was open, the restroom sent was lose. The sofa bed was so bad the mattress was all dirty.

My room is kinda smelly. The whole hotel is really smell. Everything else was okey but the smell t bugging me so bad. I couldn’t sleep when I stay here. I have to buy the room odor spray to fix the smell. But I couldn’t change anything.

The room was clean, cold, and the king bed was so comfortable. Also the t.v. was clear and lots of channels. Very good experience. And breakfast was great. Just that alone saved us 50 bucks.

Walked in instantly made me sneeze. Hotel feels old. Location was okay didn’t get my car broken into which is nice. Sheets had a red stain on them and the front desk guy made me go get new ones. Bad customer service

The 1st room we received didnt have sheets nor blankets! We were offered another room and it smelled like spices. Our friends' were staying in another room and their A/C didn't work so they were moved to another room also. Overall, it was not a nice experience with a price similar a beautiful Hilton nearby. Hilton would have been way better.

The Hotel was older but ok on cleanliness. The issue is the safety. Cars were all broken into over night. When police came they said it happens all the time there. I would not stay here again due to this.
