Clean nice room, breakfast good but could only use 1 morning. Other 2 mornings early rising to go to lack land base for ceremonies, would have been nice to have eaten, should be open earlier on Wednesday and Thursday a m. To occomodate the base arrivals. Pool cloudy, no jets on whirlpool working, gym room closed, no clean towels in pool room.

Staff was not friendly, bedding was filthy.

The manager is extremely rudeandunhelpful. We needed an extra blanket yhe first night. He said they were out with no apologies or anything.I called at 6:00pm the next day to have someone pickup our trash and bring fresh towels. I was told I had to return the dirty towels to front desk in order to get more clean towels. Manager guy said housekeeper was gone for the day so I had to keep the trash in the room. Disgusting!! So my son brings the towels to the front desk and the manager said he's going to charge my credit card because one towel has a red stain. A small amount of fruit punch spilled in the room and there was nothing else to clean it up with so what choice did we have. He is charging my card $52 for a small spill on a small towel!! Ridiculous!! He also said they had no wash cloths. So what are were we supposed to bathe with? And for 4 people he gave us 2 big towels. Ridiculous!! Unprofessional nightmare!! Wouldn't let my enemy stay here!!

They had zero vending machines and wanted to charge $1 for every item purchased on card. Would only swap out towels refused to give extra towels . Rooms were not cleaned throughly between days we stayed.

Noisy bed with metal skirt made seriously loyd booming noise everytime we moved. Room echoed, inadequate lamp light in poorly designed eating area; needs a couch or something instead. Charged $25 for early check-in of 2 hours at 13:47 in afternoon. Man at front desk very unfriendly & hard to understand. Wash & dry is $7, why? What is the +plus.....had better experience at Motel 6. Would like my $25 back since it was after 12 noon and shouldn't have been charged.

The room was dirty not well clean, it look like the blanket needed a wash, the bathtub had hair and a dirty towel in it. The a/c leaking water. No water, soup for hands. No bending matching for us to get a drink, elevator not working. A lot more and I have pictures to prove it. Noisy bed, toilet not clean.

The man at the front desk was very rude and racist. My boyfriend came in around 30 minutes after me (he is african-american) and he refused to let him upstairs into the room. It was an insanely ridiculous experience. I got my things and left immediately

The elevator did not work. The hotel was under construction and was not giving a warm cosy feeling like I expected no tables or chairs in lobby just an open space not very inviting. Over all it was a good stay and very clean and quiet.

It seemed as the property was possibly being renovated.

TV did not work, AC took hours to cool, dead roaches around the room, elevator didn’t work.

Bed is squeaking and AC conditioner is sneaking water inside. Shower gel is all out. Other than that overall cleanliness is okay.

The beds were extremely stained, the pillows were yellow and had hairs, and the restroom had pee stains. We just stayed because it was 12am and we were going to sleep for a couple of hours before heading home. Extremely bad experience.

I checked in for a certain room. We were asked if we could stay in a different room. Told the front desk, that i have reserved the room for a reason. Then she said it is not available. So she moved us to certain room. Beddings are folded but it is super dirty and had stains. I told the front desk about it, she said she is nit aware of how the room is clean or not. She moved us to different room but the beddings has visible stains and even the table is not propoerly wiped off. At this time we were so tires to mive to a different hotel. I picked this inn due to the great reviews. Lesson learned. Also my security deposit over charge of 2 dollars that hasnt been credited back.

Elevator wasn’t working, room was on 3 rd floor

I reserved this accessible room a few weeks ago and yet I never received an alert stating that the elevators were out. Getting to our room was beyond difficult and we requested assistance but none was offered. We requested a room on the first floor due to the situation but were informed it would be a lot more. The 2 shower dispensers were not connected to the wall. The refrigerator didn’t chill our drinks so we’re not sure if it was functioning properly.

Easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean for the most part. Plenty of parking. Soft towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Secured facilities and the area felt safe. Traffic noise minimal. Overall, the price is reasonable and we would stay again.

They never came to clean the room while we were away for the 3 nights we were there. we had to ask for new towels each day.

They don't have pool.

Overall experience was okay they could clean the rooms better and have them smelling good instead of the weird smell the elevator has been broken for months and still broke the won’t you to walk up the stairs instead of offering a first floor due to you having a lot of baggage

Elevator wasn't working, noisy beds, and they got strict about 3 persons per room only when we are a family of 4, poor service, gonna avoid indian staff next time!

Wouldnt recommend this hotel. Check in was easy but the room was disgusting. I dont even think they change the sheets and blankets when cleaning up the rooms for the next guests. We also had to change rooms 2 times! First time was because the room too dirty so we asked for a new one and the 2nd was because THE ENTIRE RESTROOM FLOOED! They put us in a room that needed maintenance. So for a 2 night stay we had to stay in 3 different rooms. Upon check out we waitied in the front to check out for 30 minutes before someone arrived to give us our deposit we still were forced to pay!

Didn't look like bathroom had been cleaned in either of the two rooms reserved. Stains on comforters. Elevator, guest service and vending machine out of order. Very basic room, glad it was just a quick stopover.

Elevator was down. Handicap mother had to be walked up to the 3rd floor. AC wasn't on in the room, it was like 85° in the room. Couldn't sleep because of how hot it was. When i asked for a fan. The desk guy said it will just take time for the room to cool off, that they didn't have fans. Shower head was horrible. No pressure and the stream ls were shooting all over the place. I expected cheap but didnt expect things like this.

He then threatened to kick me out with no refund, i messaged hotels.com and they didnt even provide any assistance then i found blood on the comforter. 0/10 you have been warned Property is owned by shreeganesha inc so that should say alot as well

Room was clean and well laid out however shower valve handle was detached and soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the lotion dispenser was full but faulty. Disapointing for what was a great room.

The front guy told me the First night I was there saying I was going to full refund never gotten the refund restroom was fill with water everywhere
