Mostly quiet considering it's right next to the airport and a busy freeway... Housekeeping slamming the doors with the inside latch pulled to keep door from shutting completely then slamming down on it sounds like a gunshot or somebody breaking down the door it's way too loud this happens at all hotels they should use a soft dirty towel on the floor instead of the door latch to keep the door from shutting completely...

Our first room had a German roach infestation and they wouldn't move

Have stayed here in the past with no issues but this time the kitchenette had small roaches scurrying across the countertops. I shared the info with front desk and they did notate it. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. Haven’t had any other issues at this property.

the room had everything we need and what we did not have there was a lending locker. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were absolutely smazing especially the director of sales Monique she was amazing. Management Joanna was so accommodating and kind. Clean facilities very comfortable lobby. Good job you guys amazed us and this is hard as we are very picky and we were amused.

How clean the hotel was, and the service we received. The hotel was very welcoming to us. We walked in to the room and it was very fresh and clean. The staff here were so accomodating and very knowledgeable of the city.

Close to the airport. My room was not ready. They said that they were going to adjust the fees because it would be cheap cheaper and I did not see it adjusted.

The property was ok, everything worked properly. Only issue was it was a bit muggy even though we had the ac at 71, it was tolerable.

It was really a great experience.

Once I showed them my confirmation and the email I received they found an empty room and I was able to stay there. The hotel room was clean but the bathroom was small with an outdated tub that was just big enough to fit my three year old kid. There was only two towels and two wash rags available. I didn’t bother calling down for more because we were too tired. When we checked out the next morning they didn’t even have us register to the room. When I went to throw a piece of paper away their trash cans were overflowing. It was not the best hotel and I definitely will not choose that place again.

Really great experience. Only thing was the laundry. We stayed for 4 days but were not able to wash our clothes due to I guess people living there who had loads and loads of laundry to wash. But other than that. The rooms were clean, the pool was so fun. My kids loved it. The front desk was also helpful. We traveled 4 hours and it was a great stay over all

The next morning, I went down at 9 AM, again around noon, and again around 3 PM. Each time, I was told the new room was “almost ready” and to come back later. After being told this three separate times, nothing was resolved. The room also was not properly stocked. There were no clean washcloths or dry towels, and the bathroom only had one half-used roll of toilet paper. Between not receiving the room I booked and paid for, the lack of basic supplies, and the staff’s lack of concern, I checked out after only one night instead of staying the full 4 nights. I also expressed my experience to the manager before leaving. He continued looking through papers while I was speaking. I could hear him questioning staff about the issues, but he never addressed me directly, apologized, or offered a solution. This was extremely disappointing. I expected IHG to honor my reservation or make the situation right, but the lack of accountability and customer service made this a very poor experience.

We found a cockroach in our room on night 2. They ran out of toilet paper on day 2 and had trouble with house keepers putting towels in our room the entire time we were there.

They couldn't find our room when we arrived. I paid for a suite. We were downgraded rooms with no partial refund. The ONLY reason I picked this property was for the suite. Had I known, I would have picked a nicer place or somewhere with free breakfast.

Upon my arrival in San Antonio from Washington D.C., I encountered an unexpected issue with my hotel reservation. Despite having confirmed my booking several weeks prior, I was informed that a room was not available. I was advised to contact the booking agent for a refund and seek alternative accommodation. Following my expression of concern, the hotel staff located a room that required preparation. I waited in the lobby for approximately four hours while the room was being readied, finally gaining access around 2:40 AM. Upon entering the room, I discovered the dishwasher was operating, which continued until approximately 4:00 AM, impacting my ability to rest before the 11:00 AM checkout time. This experience highlights a need for improved organizational processes within the establishment.

The staff was excellent. My first room had roaches running around. I was placed in another room that was better, but I still did not feel comfortable the rest of my stay. I was offered a credit to use in the hotel store for my inconvenience. Overall , the stay was just o.k.

I will never stay here again. There were no towels in the room. The room smelled like mildew. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The lady at the front desk was nice and that was the only good thing.

Love the 24hr front desk for late check in, and love the 24hr fitness center. Rooms were pleasantly stocked with a few dishes and paper goods essentials. Very clean and safe!

I ended up having to switch rooms due to it looked being unkept. Luckily the help desk was more than happy to accommodate.

Room was in good condition; clean, had a full refridgerator, stove, and M/W, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Unfortunately, it's also "pet friendly", which i didnt know when i chose it, or when i regisyered, and there was a dog in the room right below me that whined for hours the first night, and barked for hours the 2nd night. My request for a different room was blown off, and they didn't shut the dog up either. The ladt 2 days were fine, the dog had checked out sunday morning.

We stayed 3wks and in those three weeks there were roaches and we have not gotten our deposit and they don't want to give us our receipt because it’s through a “3rd party app” i have called and asked several times if they could provide us our deposit back. They keep saying we need to contact our bank but our bank is saying its though their end. Unprofessional!! Wouldn’t recommend staying again!!

Let me first say the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and professional. Even when i called front desk because the people above me let their children run and stomp through the room, that was handled, and I was appreciative. What I did NOT appreciate was the roaches! Also, the air conditioning not working properly. I was creeped out. By this being a business trip and i didn't have time to find another hotel. When asked for a refund after management was told, they refused. Greed and a lack of care for your paying customers will be tge downfall. I'm just trying to be made whole with some accountability. They know they have roaches! And since they don't care, I'm sure the Board of Health will. Roaches are nasty and carry diseases. Shame on you! I do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nice staff but the room smelled really bad all 3 days we were there, the toilet seat looked like it was from 1995 (very old and worn), walls were dirty, bath tub was dirty. Kitchen was nice.

Well the room that I got was perfect I liked it the only thing I didn't like was that apparently somebody moved that night on the second floor and they were making so much noise from 7:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. that was the worst I've ever had in my lifetime but the room was nice I really enjoyed it it's just the noise that I couldn't handle thank you sincerely Maria Maldonado

Staff was amazing, when I booked I did not realise that this was a hotel for long term stay. There is no breakfast due to each room has a kitchen. They advertise 24 airport shuttle this is not correct. 7 am till 7pm. My flight arrived at 10:15 pm and when I called I was told about the shuttle times or if I waited till 11pm the night auditor would come and pick me up.

I would not recommend this hotel they had homeless people hanging around outside begging people for money we had an issue with the toilet the first 2 nights we were there when we called down to the office they told maintenance to turn off the valve because they didn’t want to deal with it then they ended up switching us to a different room which had cockroaches in it i will not stay here again and i hope they fix this issue !!!

Bad staffing, changed my room to a much smaller and cheaper room without letting me know. Hotel was fully booked and they didnt have the room I made a reservation for over a week before, they misread my reservation but took my money for the more expensive room. Rude staff, stay away!

It was very convenient and close to the Airport. Room was clean, yet needs a new coffee pot. Housekeeping kept up with clean linen! Shower was HOT, and lots of pressure! No complementary breakfast, but coffee. Seemed more like apartment living than a Hotel. Very affordable, though it was included in a package deal with round trip tickets from Maine to San Antonio, TX.
