However, our room was not very clean. It had tile flooring and it was filthy dirty. Our socks and bare feet were black after walking on it. Also, the towels, washcloths, hand towels and bedding were visibly stained. I don't think I would stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was close to Lackland Air Force Base which was very convenient. However, the cleanness needs attention, specially I also could not enjoy breakfast because there were not scramble eggs available, potatoes potatoes taste awful and I only have a waffle breakfasts. Beverages are fine. The pictures was not realistic, and did not match the actual condition of the property, which was disappointing when you arrived.

Nothing like what is showed online in the app. The outside appearance look like a motel not a hotel. They don’t give you clean towels unless you take the dirty one to the front desk. Horrible stay.

Overall a good stay. Only thing I recommend for cleaning staff and guest to check AC filters. Ours was super dirty looked like it wasn’t cleaning for years. Worst one I’ve seen in my life. Sheets had couple stains nothing too bad. First time I’ve seen a room with 2 king beds, that was amazing!

I liked it was close to the military base and the location was convenient to fast food and grocery. The sheets were dirty and the environment wasn’t enjoyable. I only stayed because how close it was to the military base.

This first room they gave me had trash and dead roaches on the floor. The second room they put me wasn’t too clean either there was blood stains on the cover and pieces of hair on the flat sheet when we pulled the covers back Also they didn’t have towels

We asked for cleaning services and they never came in the four nights that we stayed there. My boyfriend asked for clean towels and they told him they were gonna call us and they never did.

We stayed here for two nights. We had three rooms for our family, all of which were bare bones amenities and passably clean. The floors looked swept, but definitely not mopped. Towels were very hard to come by, we had to wait for the staff to speed-wash swim towels from the day before going to swin the next day. Breakfast pickings were slim and the staff looked stressed trying do too many jobs at once. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and did their best to help me out but the rooms are terrible. My hot water didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush. 3 rooms later I finally got a somewhat decent one. Sheets were stained. Unknown substance on the headboard of the bed. Roaches crawling on the walls. I got chased down by someone at the gas station next door. The environment around the hotel is very dangerous. Would absolutely not recommend to a woman traveling alone

It’s an okay space to stay, bathroom had some mold and there were bugs around the room. It was fine but not really my next choice.

The stay was great. The biggest thing that aggravated me is I asked for the smallest thing to be fixed which was a freaking light bulb in a closet and for some reason it was a complete inconvenience for them to come up there and change a light bulb. Also, as a female, if you don't have proper lighting in the bathroom, you cannot put your face on the way that you would like it to look when you go out and about. So other than that little stupid hiccup, the stay was great.

The room appear updated on the website but it was not very clean and the bugs added to the unkept feeling.

We immediately asked the front desk if we could cancel our reservation, but were told they couldn't issue a refund. We then contacted the booking company, who advised that the refund decision was up to the hotel. We also reached out to hotel management but never received a response. I can't comment on the rooms since we never stayed, but based on our arrival experience and the lack of communication afterward, I was very disappointed with the customer service. I hope management will do a better job responding to guests with legitimate safety concerns.

Stayed 2 Nights. First night check in room had a toilet leak which went almost into the room, room was next to the pit and grill area which people stayed up playing music and talking was not a good night's sleep. Second night had to move to a different room due to my first night's complaint. Opened the door swelled like smoke, no wash cloths and the ice machine was not working. To many people walking in and out of the property from the streets and to many road workers with their vehicles. Pool was not clean, and algae in it as well.

The hotel is older, but the rooms have been completely remodeled and were very comfortable. I really appreciated the smart layout with both a kitchen sink and bathroom sink, plus a good-sized refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds were huge and super comfortable, which mattered a lot because we were traveling for basketball. Breakfast was also a big plus for us. They served the traditional waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, apples, oranges, and yogurt, which was perfect for my crew. The coffee machine was automated and a little watered down, so I would plan to buy coffee elsewhere. The ice machine was broken during our stay, but I’m sure they are working on getting it fixed. There is also no laundry facility on the property. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I would recommend locking your car and being mindful of your surroundings. However, the staff was very thoughtful and provided excellent customer service. They checked in to see how our stay was going and even allowed us to check out an hour late so I could catch a quick nap between games. All in all, this is what excellent customer service looks like. The staff truly made the stay better by simply caring and trying.

Decidí acudir a la recepción para expresar mi queja y me ofrecieron otro cuarto. Sin embargo, este nuevo espacio presentaba las mismas deficiencias, por lo que solicité que limpiaran y cambiaran las sábanas y toallas. Durante este proceso, tuve que llevar mis maletas para facilitar la limpieza. Aproveché para comprar sábanas, detergentes, desinfectantes, chanclas para usar en la bañera y una alfombra para el baño. Después de incurrir en estos gastos para mi familia (somos cuatro), regresé al hotel por la noche, esperando encontrar todo en óptimas condiciones, pero no fue así. The room was clean. Fridge was very cold so much so it froze our drinks but it was ok. Parking was well lit.

The air conditioning did not work all night so we had to move to a different room on the second night. The room smelled of mold . I also booked it as the Baymont by Wyndham but was told by the staff that it was half and half and was placed in the Days Inn which I never would have stayed at.

Staying here was far from what we expected. Rooms are run down, pool is nasty, ac is questionable. Reserved and 2 bed room and got a one bed.

The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst. The pool looks nice, but the cleaning standards are not up to par. Many areas looked dirty. The beds were comfortable, though. The surrounding area does not feel safe. You can clearly hear people yelling and making loud noises late at night. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this hotel. If you want a good experience, even for just one night, I recommend going elsewhere. While we were staying there, there was even a murder at this location, which was terrifying.

Room was not cleaned prior to our stay. Found stains and hair all over our bed it was completely disgusting. Went to report it to the front desk and all he did was have me walk to the laundry room with him and gave me a sheet and blanket. Tub was filthy, toilet looked like it hasn’t been clean in days. We had to beg for towel and wash cloths and the guy at the front desk asked that we bring the dirty towels down to the front desk.

We chose this hotel strictly for its location, as it was only about 10 minutes from the military base, which was convenient. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. The room looked nothing like the photos online. The drapes were broken, the toilet seat was broken, and we ran out of toilet paper and towels during our stay. We also did not feel safe walking around the property at night. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The staff was extremely helpful! The room had some issues along with housekeeping. One issue with the room was one bed light did not work. Second issue was the tv. When turned on it did not have any channels pop up. So I had to call the front desk and he proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the input button and space over to the left until you reach the tv button and press enter. Had to do that every time the tv was turned on. Third issue was the white vanity sink which would not drain or seal up to hold water. I pulled the sink drain center up and cleaned the gunk off and replaced. It drained perfectly. It still wouldn’t hold water. Fourth issue was the refrigerator was set very cold which I didn’t know. I put food leftovers in the night and they were frozen solid in the morning from being in the refrigerator. Fifth issue was the ac split unit when the compressor kicked on it sounded like a freight train very loud. The issue with housekeeping was that the sheets were not changed. Had the same stain on the bed for three days. Lastly the coffee is awful. The staff was friendly.
