Inexpensive and clean. No issues with location or status of room. Would love coffee in lobby or in room. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was really clean and fresh. It’s an older style hotel, which I like. No bother, just pull up unload feet from your room.

There's no coffee.

Room was spacious. Need more variety on cable channels. Shower head needs more powerful spray. Water does not come out as much. It’s slow. No breakfast available. Not even coffee. A banana/muffin. Found a cockroach in the morning by the shower curtain. But as I guess it’s as best as it gets with the price you pay for the night. BUT the roach definitely has to go!

One night stay room was clean decent for the price. Some restaurants are at walking distance. Easy access to the freeway to get around the city.

Just to stay for a night or 2 is ok just getting your own stuff like towels and soap and comforters is better.

From the outside, it's not the most appealing place to stay, however after 3 nights during 4th of July weekend, I couldn't have asked for anything more from a clean, minimalistic mindset. This place is affordable, central to everything in SA & safe. The room itself was clean and no bugs of any sorts. It is limited in certain things compared to high end hotels, however be mindful, if you just nned a place to secure your stuff, sleep at night peacefully & not get your vehicle broken into, this is a great place to stay! 10/10

Given that there is no mention of a double call for supposed confirmation, and that I never received said calls or voicemails concerning my reservation, I'm going to go ahead and say what needs to be said: To unilaterally cancel a reservation because you don't want to deal with a disabled person is going to not do so hot for how many disabled people will continue to visit your business.

The hot water took for ever to come out, the shower pressure was awful. Cockroaches everywhere. Not really a place to go and relax, it was more like a motel that was rented by the hour.

Room was good for the price. And staff was nice. But they have a guy living there and he was weird. Made us feel unsafe. Everytime we arrived he came out and just stood there staring until we went in the room. Just creepy.

Won’t call this a hotel. It’s a motel you find in a trashier side of town. Think I’m harsh? My front window is cracked all the way and fixed with packing tape. Neighborhood feels unsafe. Thankfully I only stayed one night and slept for 3 hours with one eye open. Would not stay here again nor recommend.

We booked our stay late in the evening, hotels were booked for events in the city. Our room was smoking allowed the smell was so overpowering, the front desk person left a can of Lysol with us. The room did not feel clean, the bed felt unsanitary we didn't sleep and left the property. The staff did their best, they were helpful but no amount of hospitality was going to save the foul odor of stale cigarettes or the gross conditions indoor smoking leaves on beds,sheets, walls or furniture..

For the price, it was a good stay. No bugs found, room was clean, and checking in/out was easy. I will note that the hotel is old, the surroundings are a bit noisy, the bed was springy, and it could use more pillows. There was also no outlets by the bed which was inconvenient. However, I would recommend this for a short stay.

Room was updated. Tile floors and nice furniture. Shower was great. No tub which is good to me and tons of space. Nice hotel in a great area. Bed was kinda noisy only complaint. Staff was really nice.

The stay was nice. Hidden just off thr highway. Staff was nice. Place is quite. Only downfall was the parkin.

If you stay here be sure to pay the extra $9 for insurance. Trust me. You'll want to leave. Roaches and mystery stains in the bedding and on the walls. Burn holes in the comforter. Should I go on? There's more. The shower makes you want to wear slippers like you're in county. Didn't even stay there the full night and now I'm out 60 bucks. There's no way I was sleeping here!!

I had a great stay at this motel! The room was spotless, everything was fresh and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and made check-in smooth and quick. I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was too—perfect for a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this spot!

Very nice room upon my arrival the staff was very kind and friendly. The furniture and appliance were up to date. The area was very quiet and room service was available to clean and make sure I had everything I needed. 10 out of 10 I recommend America’s Best Inn San Antonio to travelers.

Overall, this was a great room for our needs. It had all the basics. Fridge was bigger. Nicely laid out. Only complaint is that most of us are digital nomads to one degree or another. Table too high/chair too low poor office ergonomics.

The room was horrible it had a smell so horrendous it gave me a headache just being there for Less that 5 min the bed made a noise when u laid down once I saw this I asked for a refund that has still not yet been processed

Sheets were dirty and stained .. u can tell floor hasn’t been mopped in a while. Would not recommend staying there

Clean, comfortable bed. Mostly quiet stay except the adjoining room had a snorer that was audible. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, no coffee or breakfast but the room was adequate and comfortable for sleeping and hygiene.

Do not judge this property by curb appeal! It was clean and the staff was wonderful. We felt safe. The staff gave ua complimentary waters, as we kept forgetting to stop our uber in the way. I would stay there immediately, again. Thank you for an amazing and extremely clean room, with great Air Conditioning!

The price and close proximity are why i chose this place. That being said, the bed was most likely older than me and im 42. The box springs in that mattress creak like an old wooden ship. I was unable to sleep at all. If the beds were to be replaced with ones from the ladt 10 years or so, this place would be great!

You get what you pay for obviously but he did upgrade our room from a smoking to a NON smoking make sure you book the right room because if they don’t have any space you get what you pay for! Super nice guys! Only complaint is the deadbolt didn’t lock BUT I was with me husband so I KNEW I was safe, door itself locked and you can’t enter without a key! Great quick night to stay!

They charged us more when we got there and we were not told when we rented it. The place was not clean, we can see smears on furniture, roaches everywhere. The sheets gave us rashes. The restroom was very dirty. The door wouldn't close fully. Very Dirty!!

The layout of the room. It was quiet and the lady at the desk was super nice and friendly They are doing a remodel and there was a hole connecting into the room behind us so we moved the nightstand to cover it no biggie... The bed wasnt very comfortable kinda like sleeping on a sofa bed.

the staff was friendly, the beds were clean, & it was affordable there was a hole in the wall to the right of the bed, and there was a lot of space in between the door & the ground, meaning lots of room for bugs to get in. there was also no before mention of a deposit fee, and the entire place is obviously understaffed.

The shower would shut off if you touched the hot controls the wrong way, and the floor still had shoe prints. I had been camping for a week when I got here, and I still didn't want to lay in that bed, so I went elsewhere. What a sham.

No phone in room. Paid for 5 days to get my brother in a location where he could search for a job. I made him meals and groceries. He left to look for a job on his second day and when he returned,all his food was gone. No forced entry. Someone had a key

The staff and owner were friendly and attentive to my needs. Guests who went over the 5 mile per hour speed limit.The shower stall was a little moldy which affected my sinuses.
