The staff was incredibly friendly, very clean and extremely comfortable rooms. Elevators were confusing. Doors on both sides.

Bathroom wasn't very clean. It looked like it was ignored or brushed over after the previous guest. There was even still food from the previous guests left in the fridge. Makes me wonder about a few other areas.

2nd year in a row I have stayed here. I will always return anytime I have business in San Antonio, especially at the convention center. Very nice boutique hotel, friendly, clean, spacious room, extremely short walk to the convention center, and short walk also to Riverwalk area.

Love this hotel! Always so clean and smells great. Customer service is excellent! My new favorite place to stay near the Riverwalk.

The hotel had a nice feel … trying to be sort of upper class and funky, but it really is still the best western. The worst thing about the property and I will be calling about this maybe even the city of San Antonio - there was very loud drag, racing right out our window all night long. Neither one of us got any sleep. If you guys wanna keep this hotel afloat, you need to work with the city and the police department to get a stop to this.

This was our second time staying at this resort. Hotel is in a convenient location and room was nice. We did find a find a few old stains on the sheets, however, and tiny little ants on the bathroom towels. We requested new sheets and towels for this reason and received them promptly. Staff was courteous and helpful, valet was quick in delivering our vehicle. We had been weary about vehicle break-ins in the city, but thankfully this doesn’t seem to be an issue at this hotel.

The hotel has a valet service and the front office staff will tell you that you can pay cash so that you don’t have to pay taxes. When you insert your card payment for incidentals you will still get charged for valet even if you paid cash. Easy way for staff members to pocket “cash” valet payments and double charge you for a service. They also do a terrible job at responding to their emails. Will not be staying here again.

We arrived a few hours earlier than the expected check-in but we were able to leave our vehicle parked and dropped off our bags with front desk. Front desk clerk and valet were incredibly helpful and nice, appreciated their help and attention. Hotel is located within walking distance to Riverwalk, mall, Alamo and other major attractions in downtown area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There were a few stains on the walls in our bedroom and we did have to ask for sheets for sofa bed, but front desk had those sent up pretty quickly. One drawback was how loud traffic is at night, we could hear emergency vehicles throughout the night and vehicles racing by on and off all night which was annoying, but that all comes with the area. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend to others.

Took my 86 year old mother on holiday and staff at hotel accommodated all of our needs. Great stay! Staff is great including room cleaning staff!

I love this hotel. Very convenient when going to the riverwalk. The bar/lobby area is so neat especially when they have a special guest play music. The staff service is very friendly and they make you feel very welcomed.

This is a very clean modern hotel close to major downtown attractions. Unfortunately, my room had maintenance issues. The toilet never stopped running, so I had to turn off the water or listen to the pipes whine. (If you have 100 toilets, shouldn't you have the basic replacement parts on hand? They wear out periodically) The refrigerator was not working. Fortunately, the guy who came to look at it found some sort of breaker on the back that just needed to be reset. Still, it shows cleaning staff didn't pay attention to it being room temp inside. Finally, there was no handle on the shower to turn the water on. I had to wrap a wash cloth around the bolt where the handle was supposed to be to turn the water on and off. Still, it would have been a nice place and my results were probably the perfect storm of things going wrong in one room.

The beds were comfortable and the close proximity to the Alamodome. The ac unit in the room was leaking water, made the carpet wet. The breakfast in the cafe sold out every morning.

Would have rated 5 stars, but about 3Am our sleep was disrupted by our neighbors. Loud music and talking, banging etc went on for hours. There was also a weird smell like old water damage through out the hotel, I pray it wasn’t mold. Otherwise staff was pleasant and hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable that’s important!

Nice and clean. Bar was cool and the live music was a real treat. I'd stay here again. Rooms are larger than normal hotel sized rooms. Great staff who are eager to help. Love the later check out time (12 noon).

The days that house keeping came they did not make up the bed and they left the trash bags in the room. The tissue holder in the bathroom was also very unstable. But the front desk staff and valet services were pleasant.

I liked that it was really close to the convention center and that the room was nice and big. The staff was also really accommodating and kind. My room was really humid, like my baby’s formula was sticking together.

The place was nice but the room was so moist and the dry setting on the thermostat did not work. Made for uncomfortable sleep.

Great location, clean property!

My stay was extremely disappointing. I paid for valet parking because it should provide added security and peace of mind, yet someone attempted to break into my car while it was parked inside the hotel's designated parking garage leaving my window shattered. To make matters worse, the hotel staff simply stated they don't cover theft or vehicle damage. Paying extra for valet only to deal with a broken window and no accountability completely overshadowed my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay at!

The place is really nice. The room was great. Location prefect. The only reason I gave them low stars is because at 9:45 pm I tried to get a drink. Night cap style after dinner to watch the end of the soccer match. But the bar tender rather rudely responded with, “you can only have a shot out of a plastic cup because I cleaned up already.” I took my $15 shot an retreated to the solitude of my room to watch the end of the game.

The bathroom was the best among the few hotels that we stayed in San Antonio. Water pressure is good, shower space is large and air conditioning is working great. Room was spacious. The location is good too, only a few minutes walk from the convention center and Amtrak station.

It's at a perfect location... 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk.. it looks retro from outside.. and very modern inside... Loved it... Staff was great.. I loved that it had a bar and a really nice and clean 24/7 fitness center... The vibe was on point and our room was clean and perfect... I will be staying at this hotel again my next visit to San Antonio 👍

Lovely boutique hotel on the outskirts of the Riverwalk area. The room was large, very comfortable, and clean. The staff was helpful. Quiet oasis close to everything in central San Antonio.

The place is very fancy and pleasant, the customer service is always excellent, and the valet parking is very friendly and efficient. As for the room, it's very cozy and the bed is wonderful; I slept with the air conditioning on and the temperature was perfect.

Aiden was agreat place to stay. The staff was friendly, the shower was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and was very clean. The oly thing I would change is that it is very loud becasue of traffic.

The parking was limited but the valet was pretty reasonable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The bar was nice, and the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great drink. Great environment. I wish I would have gone to the speakeasy. The room was really nice but a little dusty. Maybe there is room for improvement in that area. But over all love this little spot. Will be going back.

There was not very many amenities but the hotel was very well maintained. The staff was incredible.

Overall, this was a great stay for the price. The hotel was not well kept as far as little things falling apart like the knob on the shower and certain lights not working. But it was clean and the bed was decent. I wouldn’t stay here again but if you want a quick little day trip or only need a place for the night it’s great!

All was good. Nice hotel. The only thing i will say is the carpets need a good cleaning. We had our grandbaby crawling all over them. When we picked him up his legs were dirty. But everything else was good.

Rooms were cute and clean. Some staff was nice. Parking was $30 or street parking was free after 6pm and free Sunday. After checking out I was told I’d get an emailed confirmation with a receipt but didn’t.

The Aiden is my new go-to spot when coming to San Antonio. The artwork, music, and decor in the lobby made for a fun vibe. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great and very close to the convention center, or a short walk to the River Walk. The Aiden provided me with everything I needed, and I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Walking distance to the riverwalk. Valet parking was $30 a day. Bar is nice but a little pricey. Paid $16 for a small margarita. My family and I got woken up at 2am. Someone was running up and down the hall or up running around in the room above us. Check on was easy and staff was friendly. Bed felt more like they were full size beds and not queen size beds. If you want to be close to the riverwalk and expressway then this is a good hotel for you. I’d say it’s perfect for families with 2 or 1 kid.

Good location if you want to be a few blocks away from the Grand Hyatt or González Convention. Parking is tough, &25 for valet parking in their small parking lot, street parking is limited.

Location is the best! Located right off of the main highway, no need to hassle with traffic. The staff is always extremely helful and willing to accommodate in any way. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Excellent choice.

The property was nice for the price. The pillows on the bed were small. I wish that they had microwaves in the room and free water available. The staff was very welcoming though.
