The room and hotel were nice and clean. The pool was well maintained. The only cons we experienced was that the ice machine kept shutting off so getting ice was a pain. we were there for 5 days. The breakfast was okay but not great and was the same thing everyday.

Hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was just okay. There were not slit if variety and coffee was not that great. Need better WiFi. Overall I give it a good.

The lobby was very hot. The first room I was given there was a puddle of water under the ac unit with what looked like repaired wires laying in it. Second room was hot when walked in and the bath room was locked. I asked staff to unlock it before I got back from soccer tournament and it wasn’t done. I have to wait 20 minutes for that to happen and it was already midnight. There was no parking due to an event going on and had to park far from hotel. Shower was leaking water. Based of some of the reviews shown I was very disappointed

Clean hotel some cosmetic damages in the room but did. It effect the stay breakfast could have been better but overall a nice place to stay will book here again

This is a great place to stay

Check in was a disappointment. I reserved a king weeks in advance, when I checked in they “didn’t have any kings available”. Got moved to two double beds, and was told it was the same price? But the rooms were definitely clean and comfortable. All day Saturday the TVs were out but was a spectrum problem. Breakfast was good! Parking spots are small, so if you have a full size truck or SUV, good luck. Staff was friendly. The overall stay was good.

The front receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. I asked for a clean and quiet room, and I am pleased and appreciative of the good night’s rest. Breakfast was hot and ready at 6:00 AM.

The staff were really nice and made sure that I had everything I needed and being genuine about it. That I had to leave because my reservation had expired.

My room smelled like smoke and my television didnt work.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were Multiple large yellow jackets nest along the wall by the pool. Really easy to hear people on the floor above you, every step or movement.

The room had a musty/moldy smell and the floors were sticky. The hallway left my kids feet black after walking back from the pool. Outer glass on our room was shattered. Parking was ok if you could find a spot that someone wasn't using two spots for one car.

This was the worst experience we've ever had. We were moved three times due to air conditioning issues. The rooms with double beds offer zero seating. You only get a chair or sofa with a one king bed room. The pool was taken over by what looked like locals Friday night, two grills and all with about 20 guests. Pool was green. Breakfast offered very little and what was offered was cold. Coffee was even bad. To top things off there's some sort of pet place directly next door and dogs barked all night and day, no break. We called front desk out of concern due to the heat. Zero sleep. Beds weren't comfortable. Things seemed to go from bad ti worse from the get go. Staff did not care when notified at checkout how dissatisfied we were. I don't give bad reviews. Things were just truly, not good. Also, no decent restaurants near by. Do your research! Be aware!!

The staff atention is excelent

My day was OK. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were green. The sausage patties were not even cooked. They look like they just put them in the microwave. I’m not even gonna lie. They need to do better on their breakfast if they’re gonna have people come to this hotel.

Room was clean. Frig. was of lesser quality. Would not freeze ice packs. Staff were excellent. Parking was very convenient. Air conditioning worked well.

The room smelled bad

Had a great stay at this hotel. I had a total of three nights and I had no issues whatsoever. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but very clean and everybody was very friendly. For the money, I had incredible value. I would stay there again.

Unclean room. 1 washcloth, worn out towels. 220 dollars. Felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor. Bugs in the room even though it smelled like Raid.

The overall place was not clean. My room was horrible. The smell of the AC and dampness wasn’t good. The WiFi was free but wasn’t a good connection. The carpet wasn’t clean and the towels were worn or old. I went to Walmart to get some so towels to use. I made the best of the situation but will not be returning. I could have changed rooms but booked through 3rd party and my husband didn’t want to lose our money.

No complaints, busy weekend there but the stay was fair

The one hiccup was that in the first room we were assigned (on the ground floor), everything seemed clean and in order, except all the pillows were piled on one of the beds without pillowcases. When we went to the night clerk, he simply put us in another room (but the only other rooms available were on the third floor). To be honest, I think this ended up being a quieter room anyway--the only difference was the shower in the first room had a glass door, and the room we ended up in just had the usual nylon shower curtain.

Clean, smelled okay. Stayed for 3 days and same breakfast food. Fridge was decent. Could use more than one towel tho. Friendly staff. Decent hotel

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms had a very strong odor that we had to check out one day earlier.

Ok not what I expected 😌

The rooms had dirty floors, loose wiring and damp bed coverings. One of our rooms had no shampoo or conditioner and the other was completely missing its shower curtain. The staff was helpful, but neither of our rooms where prepared for stay properly. We will definitely NOT be staying at this property again.

I checked in and left for dinner, but when I came back it was so humid that the clothes I had out in the room were damp. We told the front desk and they offered to switch our room so we did. There were two instances though in between the hours of 2am and 4am where someone had a key and opened the door with the only thing stopping them from being able to get in being the small door stopper latch ok the inside. We could also hear two men talking outside the door but of course we didn’t walk up to it. In the morning when we checked out, the lady in the front desk told us that one of the overnight staff was trying to get in the room because they accidentally double booked the room when moving us from the humid room. I honestly still questioned our safety at that hotel, the staff was very nice though they had good customer service.

Finally, breakfast was cold. I showed the staff the circuit breaker (One was used) kept tripping, therefore food was not being kept at a warm and essentially unsafe temperature. If you're looking for a bed and warm shower at a low price, this was ok. I stayed at the exact same brand hotel a week prior in Florida, was like staying at 2 different hotels.

The window seal must have been weak, there was water on the window where ac seat in and the room had a musty/mole smell.

We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side.

They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. Shower head would not turn off all the way and was hard to get to an acceptable temperature. The bar was only open one night while we were there which included a weekend. Don't think we will stay there again.

Air conditioner was not working properly and was leaking water on the floor. Toilet ran all night. Wallpaper was pealing and the building smells like a combination of musty and bleach. Conditioner and shampoo was out in the room. Saw a few roaches in the hall and around the elevator.

Desk clerk wasn't as concerned about the issues that was reported when I first arrived concerning the room...

No complaints!

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair was on the bedsheets and in the sink. Ice machine didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and food was all on the floor outside my room.

We had stayed here before and it was fine. This time, we paid the 25 dollar early check in fee but they put us in a room that had not even been cleaned yet. The room had sheets everywhere and trash still in the bins. We went to the front and they moved us to a room that smelled like cigarettes. Just terrible this visit. It is terrible to pay for the early check in and get a smoking room not asked for.

Staff was pleasant and rooms were good. Breakfast was good but our last day they didn't keep up with the coffee. We did not use the pool or other amenities. We had hoped the lounge would open but it didn't.

Decent room for the price. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. There is an option for free breakfast. There is a pool and lounge area for guests. Parking was free.

If I could leave a -5 star, I would. The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were definitely not clean. There was stains on the sheets stains on the bed. There was stains on the walls. The shower was disgusting. I wouldn’t even shower in the shower. That’s how nasty it was. I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. I didn’t even get under the covers cause of how gross the bed was if I was not extremely tired I wouldn’t have even stayed here. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

We stayed in room 101 right by the lobby. With all the cheerleaders and their families it was WAY too noisy. It was more like a children’s playground than a hotel. The staff should have been more involved.

My check-in experience was smooth and quick. When I got to my room, the highway noise was so loud I thought the window was open. I went to check the windows and they were closed. Then I noticed that the room smelled bad, like pee. I decided between the noise and the smell, it wasn't worth trying to stay. I immediately went back downstairs and checked out.

There was hair in the sink when we first arrived and the sink didn’t drain at all. There were also crumbs all over the couch in the room… do not recommend even if you’re trying to go cheap.

My room was decent. Although the curtain looked like there were spots of blood and dirt on it. My friend had to move to 3 different rooms because of the cleanliness. The room she ended up in was awful as well. The man at the desk handed her a febreze spray. When walking in the hotel it had a strong smell of febreze, telling us that they may be covering up a different odor.

The pool area also looked nice and clean, even though we didn’t end up getting in. It definitely gave the impression that they take good care of the property. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the breakfast. There weren’t many good options, but the waffles were actually really good. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was positive. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place with great staff, and I would definitely recommend it to others

Available when we arrived despite my reservation. They ended up placing us in the handicap room in order to accommodate us into a double bed. The room had a smell the hallways also had a bad smell. Overall not very impressed.

The place was adequate

I was working from the room so did not have the staff come in and clean for the first 3 days. When I left to go to a meeting I saw them cleaning down the hall so I asked them to come in and clean. I had towels ON THE FLOOR in the bathroom. They DID NOT change them, hung them back on the towel rack-disgusting. I also had taken a pillow case off because I had spilled on it and wanted it changed. They put it back on the pillow! Over all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled like mildew. There was black mold on the side of the air conditioner. This hotel needs to be updated. This location is ideal for an overnight stay.

This is a very old facility that, in my opinion, should not be rated 8.2 as stated online. There was a strong smell of cheap deodorizer or detergent throughout the property. Overall, the hotel felt sketchy and not very secure. The monitor at the front desk displaying all the surrounding camera views gave the impression that extra surveillance is necessary, which made the environment feel uncomfortable rather than safe.

It was so so stinky. I went downstairs and asked if they had a candle or something and they gave me some cherry airspray. That just made it smell like musty cherries. It was nice of the front desk to offer. However it did not get rid of the smell. I barely got any sleep. Couldnt wait for the sun to rise ao i could get out of there. A
