Was real clean and real good location....good working people

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very clean.

Stayed for 2 nights. No issues with the room. Water power was a little weak but still manageable.

Bed and pillows were great. Nice large window. Needed more towels; they came super fast. Our room door was hard to open and close, but I forgot to let them know. Water pressure was low. Elevators were slow; only one was working. Electricity/AC went out overnight. The ice machine was working slowly. Wish they had ice on each floor.

Very clean, friendly staff. Several state troopers were also staying there so I felt extra safe.

This place is super minimalistic, and honestly, it’s one of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, but a couple of things kinda dragged down my rating. The pillows had this weird smell, it didn’t go away even after the room was cleaned. Also, the road noise is pretty noticeable. If you’re a light sleeper, definitely pick a room on the opposite side of the highway.

Nice area had a few restaurants within walking distance! The pool seating area was nice. The breakfast options were slim. $5 for a Coke which was a little high in my opinion. The elevators had a weird smell. The walls were thin I could hear the people next door talking on the phone.

The two ladies at the check in desk were super nice and helpful. We arrived when their system went down but they managed to make our check in process easy.

Room was small. Due to I35 the room was very noisy when trying to sleep. Ice machine on 1st floor.

Excellent hotel for its price range. Styling is great. Wooden floors are nice and furniture is modern. The only thing is wooden floors doesn't absorb sounds as well so we could hear sounds from the other rooms. But it wasn't anything bad. Still great place.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed. The a/c was cold. The refrigerator was also cold. No microwave in the room but they have one in the dining area. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Continental breakfast was good. They didn’t have waffles but did have mini pancakes. They have coffee all day and night. They even had decaf, which I’m thankful for since I can no longer drink regular coffee. They accommodated my request to keep my room and my family’s rooms together. If there were other people staying near my room, I didn’t hear them. They had a Peloton bike in the gym! The pool area was nice but I didn’t have time to swim. I will absolutely go back. Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing stay! We had a bit of a tough drive while traveling but once we got there the staff was amazing, room was clean and it felt so welcoming from the min we stepped in the door. The breakfast was so good my daughter asked to make sure we were going to eat before our last morning there! I will definitely stay her over and over and will be looking for more TRU hotels when we travel!

My check in was a little hectic, but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean and the staff was good about providing additional linens when I requested. Would definitely stay here again!

his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it.

It was a lot more noise the last night, slamming on doors,kids running back and forth.

Didn't indulge in the breakfast. Wished there had been a microwave in the room and an actual closet. But the room was clean, and the hotel was very quiet.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and budget friendly for the space. The bed is nice, shower and bathroom amenities are great. Easy access to the interstate and convenient to restaurants.

The hotel staff cleaning crew would not stop knocking, every 20 minutes or so and we kept telling them no thank you. I’m glad they are that attentive to cleaning the rooms though, it was just aggravating in the moment lol. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We loved our stay! They were very generous, friendly and helpful. We were there for a basketball tournament, we had a total of 10 boys with us. Their lobby area was a perfect hang out spot to keep them busy. The breakfast was amazing, simple and good. The gym had enought equipment to get a perfect workout. We definately enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely pick a Tru hotel in the dudes. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. It was in a nice quiet area.

This our favorite place to stay when visiting the Austin area. The facility and rooms are very clean and the staff is great. The location is really convenient. Within walking distance to several restaurants and gas. Will stay again!

The handicapped shower is very nice except. water gets all over the entire bathroom floor. It is a pain in the ass to use one of the limited towels we have to mop up all the water. My last trip there left me angry and tired.

Didn’t realize that they don’t have coffee makers in each room. I don’t love having to get dressed to go get coffee from the lobby first thing when I wake up.

this was my first stay in a hotel by myself, (i’m 21) and it was such a great experience. the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Ms. Terraye! she went above and beyond to help and be there for me when i hit a little snag in my plans! seriously that woman needs a raise!
