Breakfast was OK. Food was in the warmers but still seemed to be cold, except the sausage. Eggs and tortillas were cold. Also the orange juice had a dark color to it and tasted bad.

Had no issues other than the mini fridge was not working/not cold. Staff was polite. Stayed with several small kids, they enjoyed the pool and Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the mattress on the trundle was not cleaned very well, but we ended staying anyway.

Marvin, at the front desk, took care of our needs right away. He put us in another room because the first one we were assigned to had stains on the sofa. Unfortunately, the mattress on the trundle was not cleaned very well, but we ended staying anyway.

Lots of mechanical noise in the room, the AC leaked all over the carpet. There are no black our shades amd the parking lot light was pointed right into the room. Other small stuff, there were 2 shampoo dispensers in the shower and no body wash

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The location is great, many restaurants in the area. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. There were many great options, but I did not like the taste of the eggs and bacon. Also the batter for the waffle machine took a long time to dispense. I'm not sure what the problem was.

I check out. I did not receive an itemized day by day receipt. It would be great if you could send me my May 31 through checkout date receipt that has all three days and the price per day. My business office prefers it this way or may end up garnishing my own money. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The front desk went clerk went beyond her pay grade to help me. She’s the best front clerk I have ever met. She helped me 3 times. She should get a raise. I hope to stay there again and have her help me again. She told me her name but I'm very bad at remembering them.

Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled.

Awesome stay

Rooms were clean, but when we asked for extra blankets for the pull out, the worker was visibly annoyed and could only find a couple extra sheet sets (not a blanket). Our room was over the courtyard, and at 2:30 am, we were woken by a very rowdy group who was smoking weed. Since the room has window A/C units, the smell was overwhelming in our room. The staff promptly told them to leave when I called, and there were no other noise issues. The bathroom sink was completely clogged from the moment we turned it on, and we heard a plumber trying to clear the line from another room as well. There was a spill in the hallway outside of the elevators that was not cleaned for the two days we were there, which just shows general lack of maintenance. Very average hotel stay.

Professional and courteous staff, clean and spacious room with a great layout. Not surprisingly, the breakfast selection is chock full of healthy foods both hot and fresh with plenty of protein, nuts and fruit as well.

Front desk and the regional manager said they wouldn’t remove the charge. She said they check for quality assurance and there were no issues with the mirror before. I find that hard to believe since I found trash behind a lamp which was in plain sight. Our stay was great until this experience. It’s very disappointing.

The room was clean, but pillows were extremely soft. And one critique is the placement of the television made for uncomfortable viewing from both the beds and sitting area. Otherwise very friendly staff and good stay.

We had problems with the plumbing the restroom, the toilet overflowed, and the sink was clogged. There was no maintenance man on site. To help. my husband had to unclog the toilet his self and try to fix the sink, after explaining the issues nothing was done,The next day there was a maintenance man available we explained what had happened & He was sweet. He apologized to us. But that was all that was done, no one asked if we could switch over to another room, or even help out.. after all it was a very stressful state

Great front desk help by Nikki. Room had broken dark out shade. Otherwise very good and breakfast was excellent with a selection of nice real food options.

The staff was excellent even for a holiday stay. The room was clean, spacious, dark for sleep. The sink and toilet area being separate is helpful. The couch worked for a child to sleep on without having to make the bed. The indoor pool is heated but the room is not very warm, so plan for a cover-up to have when leaving pool area.

Property is clean and staff are so nice. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of food. This hotel is conveniently located near just about everything. I extended my stay by a day.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, they are large rooms. Breakfast was good and hot, plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and quick on check-in. It was only one night, we will keep this location on our list.

I don’t appreciate being given two different prices for bringing my dog to a pet-friendly hotel. I especially don’t appreciate being charged for my dog despite giving my Marriott Bonvoy member number and after being previously told by the front desk that members wouldn’t have to pay a pet fee.

We stayed for a week. The room is very cozy has everything you need it for longer stay. Breakfast is good for the price. Convenient locations. Has nany restaurant around and ouutlet in mins. Close to university too. Pleasant stay.

We had some issues with our room initially but the staff was so accommodating, the manager gave my girls a gift package with crayons ect. They were so nice!

Everything about my stay here was phenomenal from the check in to check out process. The staff was awesome. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel and don’t have not 1 complaint.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty on both beds I called the front desk and there was no one on duty to change the bedding and no one to bring any clean bedding to the room. Said if I wanted to come down and get clean sheets he would give them to me.

The manager seemed rude and racist to me. He didn't treat me well.
