Everything was good

Had a last minute stay here for 4 nights while husband was in hospital down the road. The hotel and room were super clean, very quiet even in a first floor room near the lobby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone in the Round Rock area.

The housekeeping staff was really helpful and friendly. However, the female at the front desk during the day was not accommodating and my interactions with her made me feel unwelcomed!! and uncomfortable! After washing my clothes I realized that the dryer did not work. When I saw the place online, I was excited about the pool! I packed my bathing suit and was ready to check-in and relax at the pool, but when I got there I realized that the pool had algae growing in it so I stayed there for 8 days and never used the pool. Oh, the ladies who worked at night mopped and cleaned and work throughout the night making fresh coffee, restocking coffee station and setting up breakfast. The guy who worked the night shift. The one night. Did Not mop, clean, or restock. Actually, when he came out from the back about 20mins before breakfast he was looking like he just woke up! He set up breakfast at the last minute. He didn't even wash his hands. He just pull the bagels and everything out of the bags with his bear hands Never wipe the tables down from the night before.Never mopped he didn't even wipe the counters down or restock the coffee bar. When he was all done, putting the food out about to leave. I asked him if he could. Please turn the television on and if he could.Please get me a cup so I can have coffee.Because the coffee bar was out of cups. The price was good and the location was perfect for me. But. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel ever again.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke from the 90’s. My friend stayed there as well. His room was on 3rd floor and there was a cricket in his room. My room was on first floor and the person staying in the room above mine must have had kids that were training for the Olympics until 11:30 at night and started back up at 5:30 in the morning. I was too tired to bother trying to get a new room when I walked in and it immediately smelled like stale cigarette smoke. In hindsight, I regret it because of the kids above me. But at least I was woken up at 1 trying to find a super loud cricket in my 3rd floor room like my friend.

The property proudly displayed plenty of "No Smoking" signs, which was ironic considering it smelled like someone had ignored them for the past decade. The king bed somehow managed to be less comfortable than the sofa sleeper, which is a sentence I never thought I'd write. I'm also glad I brought my own pillow. I will never understand why hotel pillows have to be so flat! The staff, however, deserves credit. Check-in was easy, and they were always friendly when we needed extra towels or anything else. Just know you'll have to ask for an ice bucket because they aren't in the rooms, and if you're hoping for that first cup of coffee before getting dressed... surprise! The coffee maker lives in the lobby instead. At least it's available 24/7. The pool was clean enough, and my kids had a blast, so no complaints there. Now for breakfast. Calling it "continental" feels generous. We took one look at the sad selection and the bananas that had clearly entered their retirement years and decided we'd rather spend money elsewhere. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for a night, it'll do. Just don't expect your room to smell smoke-free, your bed to be the highlight of the trip, or breakfast to save you from having to make other plans.

Location I did like that the breakfast bar was set up early. My husband was in the hospital. It was nice to have hot coffee & grab something quick to take with me. Very noisy all night long. Didn’t sleep at all.

Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great.

There were no disposable cups in the room for water. We were only allotted two towels (1/guest), and my husband and I showered the evening of our stay as we got caught in a rain storm, and we typically shower each morning. So the limits on towels is an issue for me.

The floors seem to be not insulated or thick, can hear every step that the person above you makes. The people above us were so loud or had kids jumping around. Even after called front office they still did it!!

It was a great stay overall

Loved the location close to the highway and near a lot of restaurants and attractions. No hot breakfast available even though it was advertised as having it. Stains found on top cover but was given a new one after going to the front desk.

Stay was good. Being that is was near two major volleyball events, would have appreciated a hot breakfast rather than a continental.

It was just ok

Our check in was simple and location was good for where we needed to be close to the Sports Complex. The staff was not rude just not overly friendly the morning desk female was the first one to greet us during our 3 day stay. Room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was prompt. Two complaints would be the beds are rock hard and you can hear everything from the people above you to the ones below you. It’s and older hotel with not very many frills but it was affordable and clean and that’s what I was looking for. So don’t expect a full breakfast but there are plenty of places around you if thats an issue. Parking was ample and well lit we would stay again if we needed to.

Person staying directly across from us tried to fight us because the door slammed shut. We went to the front desk and they did nothing about it. I honestly don’t know if they understood what we were saying as English wasn’t the first language from either front desk person. Also had just washed my car and came back out to first stacked all over due to the mowers. I know that’s not the hotels fault but just my experience with this stay.

Love the place. Rooms spotless, clean. Very comfortable and excellent service and breakfast.

The breakfast is absolutely basic.

Room was fairly clean but slightly falling apart. Shower looked a bit run down. Toilet seat kept coming off and felt too small for the toilet. The ac didn’t work very good and the room was warmer than expected but tolerable. Over all it was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was fine. We stayed a total of 3 days and our room was never cleaned, the trash wasn’t even thrown for us. We were only given 2 towels initially so we had to ask for more. The breakfast was exactly the same every day and the lobby restrooms were locked to guests even with a room key.

Very nice vlean facility. Comfortable bed. Clean vathroom. Liked that they had shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.

The power was out when we arrived but was resolved quickly. The building looks old but appears to have been renovated. Not the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in but it was fine for the night.

I had a good stay at Sparks Hilton. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although I did get up with my back hurting. The bed may have been too soft. I like that the TV was on and said welcome Twana. That was sweet. I was disappointed in the breakfast though. There was not a hot breakfast only bagels and muffins and bruised apples along with cold cereal. There was instant oatmeal and cold yogurt. There was not even a Belgian waffle maker.

Quick overnight stay had me looking for an affordable hotel. This place was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the check-in process easy. Breakfast looked good, however mostly carbs so I didn't partake. I understand the hotel had previously been a Comfort Inn before the Hilton brand acquired it. Lots of Hilton touches. A good experience, I will look for this brand for a budget overnight stay when I travel.

The breakfast was just apples and muffins which is fine however the apples were rotten like literally rotten and I know they knew they were rotten before they set them out. That’s just gross.

We enjoyed our stay, nice, clean, quiet hotel. Only complaint would be a better breakfast selection, not a deal breaker. Will probably choose this hotel in the future.

Everything was excellent

They advertised free breakfast. There was bagels, yogurt, coffee and cereal available. No protein such as eggs, bacon or sausage. I purposefully chose a hotel room that offers breakfast included with the stay. Extremely disappointed in the breakfast options.

The Hotel is freshly redone. The room was very clean and roomy. They even have a shower mat in the shower which never happens and you always slip. So they have thought abought safety. Check in was easy. The room was quiet from outside noice even being close to the freeway.

Staff was friendly and prompt with an issue I had. Would definitely stay again!!

Good stay, good location for Round Rock Donut Shop

The premise was very clean, nice breakfast area, spacious room and toilet.

I would highly recommend. I don't know my stay at Hilton chain because I'm not a fan of the sort of austerity that I normally find, but this was a nice surprise. Everything was very comfortable, good quality linens, plenty of towels and lots of room. I will definitely stay again.

Noisy and staff appeared illiterate

First off trip was prepaid and hotel checked someone else into our room so he had to hunt us a room. We got one of 3 of the last rooms that were clearly meant to be empty as they were remodeling. Night clerk was very helpful and apologetic and all we needed the room for was sleep so were were satisfied with their hotel. I would give them another try

Beware the hotel tacks on a $100 contingency fee when you check in. Not sure why hotel offers nothing extra except movies on tv. No restaurant or bar. Think it’s just a way for cheap unskilled manager to cause travelers more headache.

I think we were in a "remodeled " room. I can't believe what a horrible job they did on paint and hanging pictures etc the toilet paper dispenser had one end the wrong way🙄 and the bathrm tile which didn't look fresh is actually loose and if it isn't fixed properly the tile will break. I took pictures of someone wants to see. I really can't believe that room "passed" inspection. Other than that it was a decent stay. The doors slam a bit too hard and I'm quite certain it was disturbing others..

Horrible, it was under construction. When we hit back from our tournament, we got our floor and immediately was overwhelmed by fumes like goof off or paint thinner. Family was coughing. No way we were staying there with that. We decided to leave and was still charged full price. Never again.

Perfect room for us . A sink in the bathroom and the small kitchen. Plenty of space to lounge and exercise indoors. Breakfast was plentyful. Friendly staff and good cleaning staff.

No pool open, speed bump too steep, short time frame for breakfast.

I didn’t like that the the woman serving breakfast was very rude and acted like they didn’t want to work. They also had a Oder problem in the rooms it was really bad . I wish I would get refunded for how terrible everything was but that will be my last time booking that hotel .

Sheets had stains on them as if they hadn’t been washed properly.

Front desk not too friendly

The first morning I had a shower head shoot off and hit me in the head because it was broken and someone taped it on with scotch tape. We had to move rooms which was disappointing, because the air conditioner made the whole room smell musty. I wish there would have been some restitution but you could tell they weren’t interested in that. Besides these things it was an ok stay. I would pay extra to stay somewhere else next time.

Beds were comfortable & good breakfast, but the property is very dated & there was a chair in our room that was in pitiful condition with holes in the material & needed to be thrown out.

I like the fact that it was easy access to the highway. I didn’t like so much the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. There wasn’t very much signage letting you know directions you could park or get into the parking lot being that I’m not from the Austin area I’m actually from West Texas, we took a six hour ride, but overall my state was good .

Pictures do not match the interior currently. It appears that they are under going renovation. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping staff are excellent.

Physical property is a little dated, but very well maintained and clean. Great customer service.
