We had a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only complaint I had, which wasn't anything that Sleep Inn could control, but we stayed on a Saturday night and some folks came into their room next to us at about 4:30am and were very loud, slamming their door, etc. It woke us up which was annoying.

I will never book a room here again.. I booked a room for a Wednesday so when we made it to Round Rock from Mississippi after getting off work at 5:30 pm we could get our room key and crash. We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 am (we had been up working and driving for over 24 hours. I rang the bell at the desk. Peggy came to the counter and I let her know I was checking in. She stated that check in time was yesterday and next time I need to call ahead. I told her that the website doesn’t say anything about calling ahead, we didn’t know that we could not check in at just any time. I also, let her know we were from MS and we had got of work and traveled 10 hours to see my sister in ICU. I ask for my money back and went next door and stayed. The gentleman at the counter charged a late checking fee of 50.00 and gave us the same pricing as Sleep Inn did therefore we stayed our 4days there. I went back to talk with manger at Sleep Inn and she was out so I talked with Ceaser the assistant letting him know everything that was said and he basically sided with Peggy and stated that calling ahead if you check in later and that was there policy.

Staff is friendly and helpful. On second day, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Staff was very prompt to switch me to a different room. Breakfast is good and location is super and convenient to where I need to be. Room rate is one of the most reasonable rates in Round Rock area. Rate is one of the factors to select this hotel, especially for long term stay.

It had everything I needed in a convenient location. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, especially the blueberry muffins. Carpet. I would prefer no carpeting. Laminate or vinyl is cleaner.

The hot tub was out of order, but the indoor pool was heated, like bath water. Wonderful! My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The carpet in the common areas was stained. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, and the shower grout was stained.

Room was spacious, but the shower had mold and mildew on the bottom. It was clearly not scrubbed. When we walked to the breakfast room, we saw a cockroach along the hall. Hotel could do better with cleaning.

The neighbors were loud in my first room and so they moved me to another room around 11:30 PMas soon as I walked and there was a odd smell I didn't know what it was until I realized in the middle of the night that it was the closet full of cat urine. So I close the door and tried to get a few hours sleep I felt a bite or two but left early that morning a day early because the place was so gross there was a prostitute in the elevator with a guy when I went to go to my new room. The next morning I just said forget it I'll just lose a night cause I knew they were not going to give me a refund because I used a third-party app Hotels.com Yes it was so bad that I just lost a night and bought a hotel somewhere else I didn't realize how bit up I had gotten in bed until there was a row of bites of the middle of my back I discovered the next day when I arrived at my new hotel. Thankfully I keep all of my things on hard services Kids were swimming in their full clothing in the pool Avoid this place at all costs!

Very clean rooms, breakfast was great and front clerks were very helpful. Thank you for the amenities and close proximity. It was definitely worth it and will be coming back each time I come down.

I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that the air coming out of the vent was moldy. I woke up with swollen eyes and stuffed up and the room smelled a bit moldy. Maybe it is from all the rain or maybe they need to change filters. Otherwise I thought it was a very nice play to stay.

Stay in Round Rock frequently. This is my favorite place to stay there. Nothing fancy. It will need updated paint and carpet in a year or two. But it’s very well maintained and the lobby is nice. The front desk staff is friendly and competent. The multiple items on the breakfast menu don’t vary much from day to day but the consistent high quality of the cooked food is amazing. So is the Texas shaped waffle maker with two types of waffle mix that included cinnamon roll. Maid service was thorough and showed a thoughtfulness we really appreciated. The king bed was comfy and made up perfectly each night. Again, good staff matters. Traffic noise on interstate side of hotel will wake you in the morning. Get on the other side of the hotel if you can. Be careful getting in and out of entrances and exit. Entry sign is hard to see from the frontage road. Exit to side road dips so low, my rental sedan bottomed out the first time.

Room was very clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast wasn't bad but it got the job done. I liked it. The staff are very nice and considerate. Pools and amenities were clean and comfortable. I recommend this place :)

When you don't break the bank to stay at a clean property with great staff, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a large delicious breakfast spread...it's a nice feeling.

This was a great find! The bang for the buck is definitely worth it here. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and had plenty of room. The weight room was a great for a light gym day. Although I did not use either, the pool and hot tub were indoors and both were operable. The icing on the cake was the breakfast spread. While there were small changes to what was served each day, there was a nice assortment to choose from. The eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, bacon and biscuits were the best I've had out of the last 5 hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend staying a few nights at The Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock!

Clean and comfortable room with couch, some muted road noise, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. We stayed four days and were quite comfortable.

Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces was all over the place and in the ice machine. The cookies they put out was way under cooked and they see people coughing over them and would not change them out. Light in the bathroom kept flickering needed a new bulb asked for one and never got one. Over all it was not worth’s money and Expedia you need to stop with the half pictures show the details of the room show the bathroom . I won’t be staying there again thanks for the piss poor stay.

Horrible pillows and very firm beds. The pillows were basically old pillows that had all the stuffing stuffed to one side of the pillow and folded over to form a square brick like pillow. The staff was kind and informed they didn't have any other pillows

This is the cleanest hotel u been to. Austin was so sweet and attentive even it being 4 am in the morning. The breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was the elevator made a creaking noise everytime.

Best place in the price range I’ve found. Nice amenities, good location close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful, overall very happy with my stay.

Towels got replaced only 1 towel left even though the room was booked for 2 adults. Keys got deactivated the first night when booked for multiple days…not too happy with the stay

Breakfast was good and cleaned up frequently. Staff was nice. Ac was cold. I ordered late checkout and asked to not have anyone knock on my door because I am night shift and needed sleep. I have the marker on the door and of course they woke me up at 1130.

The front desk was super friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom lighting wasn't great for getting ready in front of the mirror, but it was clean with plenty of linens and soap, shampoo, etc. The whole place was clean and well maintained, even the stair well (which we used to get our steps every day).

I had low expectations coming in, but I was a bit surprised about the property. It was clean and didn’t have foul smells; the breakfast was as good as any normal hotel breakfast. The indoor pool was extremely warm, which was great, and the hot tub was working perfectly. It's definitely being maintained; I saw them mopping the floors and consistently taking out the trash.

The breakfast was good but some were complaining this morning about there weren’t scrambled eggs. The chicken was very tender but a little too much salt on the potatoes. The coffee was awesome

Pool broken. Charged credit and debit card. Other people trying to check in when I had a question and there was no front desk staff for 45 minutes at check in time.

The wall air conditioner has dials that are broken and fall out when used… we complained and were told that there was a separate wall control for the unit The bed pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable On the other hand everyone was very nice and breakfast was great

Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be tomorrow. We were leaving for an outing. I had to demand that I needed my room cleaned. I will never stay here again and will be contacting the manager.

Decent value. The breakfast received rave reviews but was very limited and the staff could not keep up with the number of visitors. Numerous times the eggs, meats and potatoes were gone and had to wait a while for the one man show to cook and refill it.

First time staying but everything was very well kept and the staff were more than welcome to help in anyway. Will most definitely be staying there again in the future

The entire facility was worn and dated including the lobby. The lobby was , however, the bright spot. When we exited the elevator the carpet was torn. There was an odor in the building. In our room the odor, much like body odor, was much stronger.We were in the room 5-10 minutes and decided that we were not going to stay there, so we grabbed our things returned to the front desk and asked to cancel our stay. we were denied a refund, at least to this point 3 days later . I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again It is a very low level hotel. I am very surprised that Hotels.com has this place rated at 8.8?

Staff was amazing! Let me check in early, rooms are spacious, clean, the hot tub was actually hot. Pool was clean, breakfast buffet was really good too! Will be staying here again
