It was a very nice room and a good price. I did smell cigarette smoke when entering my room and the floor i was on. Other than that Staff was helpful and the room was great for a good stay and was near where i needed to go.

The biggest disappointment of it all was the mattress and pillows. The mattress was not comfortable at all. I had severe back pains from being in this hotel. The pillows were terrible, my shoulders still hurt. I had to get chiropractor’s services upon my return from the trip. I wouldn’t book this hotel again!

The location was great. The staff was good. Parking was safe. The breakfast choices were not great. The bathtub stopper didn't work. The water drained out while taking a bath. I had to extend my stay, and it was higher than when I booked on Booking.com

Hardworking housekeeping staff keep this property in great shape. A little less so the maintenance staff. Worn and torn hallway carpets, spotted and sagging ceilings. Somewhat hard and lumpy mattresses and pillows are offset by an otherwise clean and well appointed room. Breakfast buffet isn't lavish but it's perfectly adequate. All in all an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The blow dryer didnt work. Shower water was coming out from top and bottom so filled up the tube and took for every to drain. Also vending machine took my money nothing came out and charged my card twice

The bed was very hard and the bathroom reeked of weed. Other than that it was decent place in a safe area.

The room itself was clean, and no bugs spotted. The amenities were nice too. However the room reeked of a dead animal or skunky weed smell, and the vending machine looked like it hadn't been stocked in forever. In fact, the entire hallway reeked as well. The interior was peeling off pretty bad in the bathroom, though it was still clean. Lots of thumping noises and voices kept me up all night, though that's not the hotel's fault. The morning staff were very friendly.

The smell of marijuana coming through the walls was overwhelming for me, which definitely interrupted my sleep.

Stayed for a local dance comp with my kids and it was great. Super close to everything we needed, breakfast was fine, room was cleaned every day and with the whole.hotel being non smoking there were no weird smells either. Loved having a fridge and microwave accessible as well. Could use some updating in some areas (bumpy carpet and water stains in breakfast area) but there was a large area full of new furniture and boxes that looks like they will be updating in the future. Would definitely stay again.

The room smell like someone was smoking dope or a vape smell, the couches had stains that I wouldn't sit on, the pillows are made of cut up little sponges and the bed just not comfortable. The staff was okay and I didn't recognize a breakfast I seen snacks. Air condition could not keep up with the size of the room.

Would I stay here again? Hmmmm...The price was right and the staff were kind. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet even though it was close to a busy road. But, the place is dated and a bit run down. The walls are brown making it feel pretty dark. Wifi is weak. It is safe and priced right. If you're just there to sleep and get a quick bite to eat for breakfast, it would serve your purpose.

Housekeeping did do a good job of keeping the room clean daily.

Carpets were very dirty on first floor and just as bad in the room. I had multiple stains on every part of the bedding. I lifted up the mattress to examine, and was grossed out. I just turned the lights off so I couldn’t see how dingy the room was and passed out and couldn’t wait to leave. I would have absolutely checked into another room if I wasn’t completely exhausted.

Only complaint is: there was some shouting from a couple down the hall in the middle of the night and even early AM. A bit difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel was little outdated they definitely need new carpet the bed was little stiff and the pillows were not great at all but other then that it was decent room and quiet if you get the 3rd floor. The staff was super nice and very helpful whatever you need.

I was in a non-smoking room and the first thing i noticed when i walked in the room was the smell of smoke... it was faint but noticeable. I almost asked for another room but decided, against it because i checked late evening and it looked like it might be full. The next thing that was disturbing was the carpet in the hallway. It was torn, ragged and wrinkled which could have been a hazard. The 3rd thing i noticed in the hallway was a rancid odor. It was almost nauseating.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sofa had stains other then that is was ok

Flexible and accommodating!

The experience we had here felt very poor. The rooms had lackluster effects, including poor lighting and furniture with questionable stains. For the price, I’ve stayed at nicer hotels. But it provided us the very basics: shelter & safety.

The room carpet and furniture was disgustingly dirty. The sofas throughout the hotel were stained and dirty. The carpet in the rooms and hallways were extremely dirty. The room had very poor quality bedding. I’m 51 years old and has traveled and been in many hotel this was by far the most disgusting. This place needs a really good deep cleaning.

The rooms are always clean & the staff is always friendly & pleasant to talk to. Whenever given a choice of where to stay, I always choose Microtel bc I KNOW it's going to be a peaceful, pleasant experience. I never remember to get her name but the lady who works the front desk has the absolutely best personality!!

The pricing for a stay that included a clean room and breakfast was a strong selling point.

Only a couple negative things about the stay. The floor we stayed on constantly smelled like Marijuana, especially during the nighttime. This smell made my kid and me sick. And there was an issue with the charges on my card and it double charged me. Unfortunately that was the last of the money I had on my card. The staff was great and got it refunded it immediatly, however it didnt go right back on my card and we had no money for food or gas for 2 days. And not sure when my bank will process the refund. So the last 2 days we couldnt go anywhere or get anything to eat.

I like a firm mattress, but this bed was like sleeping on a rock. Persistent smell of marijuana in the hallway. Did not eat the provided breakfast, it was...lacking in anything good to say the least.

The room the was decent but the AC was horrible. Rooms were definitely small and it says big fridges. Nope, small ones that barely work and keeps anything chilled..

No where to recycle items. No option to not change towels. Items we wanted to reuse were discarded even though left on the table. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced and dips in hallway floor repaired.
