Great staff, very clean - just heavily worn and badly needed updates.

Clean room and breakfast

The room was clean and the staff was personable. The only thing we saw was a bit of sloppy maintenance, but it was only cosmetic. Our toilet paper holder had white paint splattered on it. There transition from the tile to the carpet had been cut short and there was a gap in the corner. The breakfast was standard for the brand. The only complaint I had was that someone should sort through the fruit to remove pieces that are old or beginning to mold. Overall our stay was pleasant and we will probably stay there again.

Pool wasn’t open. And the AC unit gave off a musty smell but it was clean.

My a/c didn't work the whole weekend. Staff was told all they did was provide me with a fan and that's because I asked for one.

Great hotel we always pick this hotel

Rooms and restroom were dirty, air conditioner was hot in the room, the whole reason we stayed there was cause of the pool and it was green and dirty. Very disappointed, ended up going to Kalahari. It was just hot all over the building, cracks on the sidewalks and handicap ramps. Never stay here again.

The room was okay. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre with dried-out eggs and overcooked hard biscuits. The cinnamon rolls were cooked fine. The room looked like a cheap renovation. Overall it was just an okay stay.

Facility’s elevator was not working. I had to climb to the second floor to only walk into a nasty room with a bad order. I open the window but did not help. After check out the room I came across a lot of cracked floors in the bathroom, carpets had lots of dirt spots inside the room and in the hallway. I was very disappointed with the place. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

Breakfast was nice, and was always being refilled with hot product, all the tables were wiped down and clean. The person in charge of breakfast always greeted me when she was coming and going from the kitchen.. Again, it was a nice change of pace. Parking lot was always picked up and safe.. I ll make this a regular place to stay from now on!!

Food no good!

Great stay. Close to everything. Only complaint is the toilets are small and low.

The hotel’s location was great—it was right near restaurants and shops. The only thing that made me not love it was the mildew smell in the room. Also, the phone charger power strip didn’t work.

For the Money this is a great option, Not the best "up to date" property but its clean, Breakfast is decent, if you're going to swim bring sandals because there is no shade and the ground is scorching.

The mattresses on both beds need to be replaced they were very uncomfortable. They are worn out and they dipped in the middle.

The morning came and we enjoyed the best hotel breakfast we've had from a non-resort hotel! 10 stars out of 5. They had everything! Including an automatic pancake maker, white egg omelets and these divine cinnamon rolls. What an amazing stay! We will be coming back in August upon our return! If you don't choose this property and your a breakfast person! Shame on you!

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok.

I liked the location and the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and staff friendly. It was very loud. You can hear walking and doors shutting and people talking unfortunately. Im also a light sleeper so someone who isn’t would probably be fine.

Bathroom was rusty and the room the corridors the elevator super dirty when I saw the reviews I thought they were exaggerated but I checked the whole hotel super dirty I wouldn't go back

My son woke up covered in bites. We found bed bugs in the pull out bed. He is miserable.

Staff, bed and breakfast were great. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Heart hospital which was very convenient.

It was mediocre. The orange juice was very watery and the staff did not speak English, when I asked her to address it. The potatoes were not cooked and were still hard when I attempted to spear one with a fork. The fork was the cheapest that can be purchased. The tines bent when used on even an omelette.

The staff is very unfriendly. I forgot my toothbrush and a hairbrush, they don’t carry things that a traveler may need as most hotels do. The staff was unfriendly. I see why the Holiday Inn (next door) their parking lot was full while this one was empty.

The key cards did not work on the doors from the outside. We parked in the back & had to walk around to the front. Hopefully, that will be fixed before we come back in November.

The breakfast was excellent! The only thing that was unsatisfying was the fact that I had to get 3 sets of keys before the attendant finally came and unlocked our door to get in after midnight.

Sai was a very rude receptionist (night time), had his feet kicked up on lobby chairs & took him just 10 mins to get to us. Also was rude upon arrival was giving issues with ID that made no sense. Credit card & ID matched from beginning. Inserted a different CC as I wanted to get points & made process of verification happen all over. Then finally on getting to the room, it was filth, AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Asked to be changed said they would inform me , never heard back. Restroom was filthy & rusted. They also had a bunch of broken things all over the room. Pull out bed might have been built with the hotel as of how old & uncomfortable it was. Squeaky bed springs & stained sheets in closet. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.

I said our room was clean “for the most part” because the bathroom was not. It was extra small so I’m sure it is hard to clean. Hard to turn around in because it’s so small, no way to get proper mops and such in there. The baseboards were dirty. Behind the door was extra dirty in the corners. Behind the tiny toilet it was very dirty. The toilet and seat were extra small and very low to the ground. The bathtub fixture was rusty. The bathroom door was rusty. Good news, the water was nice and plenty hot the entire time - nice. The toilet and tub were clean it was just the floor and the door and the extreme smallness of the bathroom in this two queen SUITE! The vanity was outside the bathroom so there is ample room for one person to get ready in the mirror even though it was very poor lighting. It sounds bad but it was only the bathroom that was disappointing. I truly would consider staying again if I get to take a peek at the room first.

This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory.

The entire facility was clean and smelled clean. There are a number of places to eat with in walking distance. The staff was very welcoming. It would have been nice if the breakfast was free as in other Holiday Inn locations.

New management. Talked to owner about the breakfast. The food was not edible. Pancake mix is off and so is orange juice. Nice guy needs to get things figured out though.

I liked the space in the room. I didn't feel crowded. Some electric outlets didn't work.

We paid for a King Suite and a 2 Queen bed /sofa bed suite , The bed that was supposed to be king ended up being a queen And we had to switch rooms for the 2 Queen bed /sofa bed suite to another room due to the whole room reaping of mildew , the lady in the front office tried to help but also had a remark after saying some thing helpful , which was not right at at all . We went 3 different times for breakfast and was empty each time except for oatmeal and some orange juice , we will not be coming back to this hotel

Great service

Location was good and beds were comfortable. The tube was dirty. The room did not feel clean, the carpet floors were grimy/sticky. We asked the cleaning lady to come back in and she brought a dry towel without any product to wipe down the tub. Gross.

The parking was easy and secure. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in early. The room was ok but the bathrooms need major update/ attention. Also the breakfast times kept changing and we had early game so we had to go buy breakfast somewhere else. It said 6, the they told us 6:30 and then the lady said 7

Shower Luke warm, TV remote didn’t work, sofa couch very uncomfortable. Room 206! Parking in back of hotel so difficult to load and unload. Definitely wouldn’t pay over $100

I was disappointed with the the breakfast a little. Cause when stayed at a Holiday Express Inn in Ohio, the breakfast had biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs but this one had sausage, white egg omelet diced potatoes. They had the Cinnamon rolls. A+

The room I had reserved with a roll in shower was not available it had a broken toilet. Hotel did not offer me a discount for the inconvenience to stay in room with a tub instead of roll in shower

Our stay was perfect. Last minute booking and for the price the rooms weren’t bad. The microwave and some buttons on the remote weren’t working but when we called to let them know, they offered to bring us a new one. We didnt need it anymore, so we let them know it was ok. Just didn’t wanna get charged for it. Other than that, the customer service was great and the breakfast was perfect as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful, clean was room & stocked, hotel was close to lots of eateries and shopping areas. Maybe some more variety on the breakfast menu like more fresh fruit and yogurt.

Room was good however it just had a strong smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor and into the rooms as well. Staff were nice and the food was good.

The lobby was okay, but the halls and carpet were so dated and dirty. The bathroom in our room had rust and moldy grout. The hotel was quiet, but beyond that I’d never stay there again. The mattresses were lumpy.
