Came into the room and it smelled. They fixed it right away! The pool could use some maintenance. The staff is awesome very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Mold in both rooms rented by windows blinds terrible and stains on chair bugs and mold in bathtub won't be staying again, told front desk employee gentleman said I'm sorry and nothing else I paid over 260 dollars for these rooms and wasn't worth 40 a piece per night!!!!

This is the first hotel that did not have a coffee pot in the rooms. Beds are too hard to sleep well

Also there is mold growing on the lip inside the shower. There were but q few tissues in tissue container. Lastly, the extra charge of $25.00 for nessitiies and then not refunding it and telling us to call our bank to get the money....

The staff are extremely kind.

The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside gate. Besides that little encounter the stay was wonderful and very close to the venue we were attending for an event.

Muy limpio y aparte en la Tina del baño se empezó a estancar el agua, llamamos a recepción e inmediatamente mandaron a alguien a solucionar el problema, la verdad la pasamos muy bien y al rededor hay varias tiendas, un 10!

Staff didn't appreciate that the booking was via Expedia. they said Expedia doesn't send all relevant guest details for them to complete reservation.

Room was very clean and fresh towels everyday. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was clean and during the F1 race weekend they did fun events for the guests.

We stayed for one night. Beds were comfortable and it was a very clean room. Only downside was the fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was a nice selection for everyone. Would stay again if needed.

Our room looked great. My only problem with the room was the lighting wasn't bright enough. The hotel was clean and nice looking. The staff was friendly as well.

La limpieza del hotel y de la habitación fue bastante buena, el ultimo dia encontramos una cucaracha, el desayuno muy limitado, no tenian wafles y al segundo de nuestra estadia, se daña el sistema de agua claiente y nos toco bañarnos dos días con esa agua helada.

Everything was great at this hotel. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we didn't have hot water for our last night and morning. Otherwise the staff was great. Our room was super clean. We were conveniently located for food, shopping and access to the highway to COTA. I definitely would stay here again

The hotel’s aesthetic is dated with visible wear and tear. There was an odor in our original room but staff immediately changed our room. There were stains in the new room but we didn’t say anything to staff. Beds were comfortable overall. Breakfast could be better.

A perfectly fine hotel for a quick trip to Austin. A little out of the way but easy to get onto the main roads that lead into the city center. Room and bedding was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious. The standard breakfast buffet in the mornings were a nice way to start the day. I'd say the super friendly staff were the highlight!

I don’t give a 5 star review just for a silly reason, the TV still a little behind, I can’t connect my applications like Netflix or Disney+ but other than that everything was good.

The only downside to the stay was the overly firm mattress. The room was clean, the public areas were kept clean, and breakfast was well stocked.

I have experienced such problem before so I called to ask about this before booking the hotel & I was assured that they were queen size, only for me to arrive & find that they are full size, not queen

Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options and missing basics like jam and butter. This was disappointing, especially for a place that seems to cater to travelers expecting standard amenities. It’s worth noting that construction was going on all over the city, causing heavy traffic and making it difficult to get around. While not directly the hotel’s fault. With a few improvements, especially in housekeeping and breakfast variety, this could be a much better stay.

This places is very dated and nasty. The bed linens were dingy and dirty looking. The furniture was old and nasty. The hotel itself was HOT. My first room was hot and had a musty odor. I was quick

Very comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. I really appreciated how they had a sign up asking guests to observe quiet hours overnight. We slept very well.

Most cleanest property I have ever been to. I was really impressed. I will definitely book again if ever in the area. The guy at the front desk, sorry I can’t remember his name but was so inviting and helpful just a down to earth guy.

I don’t know how people have this location a 9. I checked in and was so disappointed. I have stayed with the Holiday in Express in the past. The hotel was always well kept and updated. This property was DIRTY. The couch in my room was stained and I wouldn’t dare sit on it. Also foot prints on the wall. Had me questioning if I would leave with bugs. Asked to switch rooms and they couldn’t accommodate me. Just DON’T

My wife’s ring was stolen from the hotel room. This incident was reported on time to the hotel’s manager, but he said he couldn’t do anything. I am really disappointed with this because the ring was left on a table and the cleaning staff knocked on the door to clean the room. We left the room for about twenty minutes and when we came back the ring was not there.
