I was rudely confronted at the breakfast area and told I needed to pay for breafast. You should probably tell your guests at check in that breakfest isnt free with checkin likee 99.9% of all the Hotels we stay in 3 nites a week. I wont be back

I booked a double queen room with a couch. Flawless checkin. Got to room…couch was MIA, lol so desk clerk brought up another key and we moved down the hall. After getting settled, hubby noticed the new coffee pot did not use kcups but the coffee provided was kcups. Thankfully I was taking a keurig on our trip so I just went to the car and got it. Only other inconvenience was bathtub soap dispenser on the wall and no bar soap. Impossible to reach while sitting in tub. Other than these few hiccups, place was nice and staff was awesome.

Fix the showers. Water was lukewarm.

The tv in my room wasn’t working. After settling in, with several people coming to check the tv, I was told I had to switch rooms.

Overall, the hotel is nice. But the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast IS NOT free, you have to pay 9.99 plus tax for it and it is NOTHING special. It is your basic hotel breakfast, there was yogurt but very little “fruit” and no granola. There were only 3 cereals to choose from and milk was out (which was refilled upon requesting the lady who takes the tickets who sat at a table in front of the breakfast area on her phone and drinking coffee). Only orange juice and water to choose from. The refrigerator took about 12+ hours to cool, so don’t anticipate bringing left overs and storing them in the fridge (like we did our first night).

The location and the cleanliness. I know there were a lot of kids at the hotel this weekend, but the manager Susan was treating the adults like like kids. The hotel ran out of wash towels.

We did not have breakfast. Location was good. I did not like that the pool was dirty. So I was unable to use. Also had to change rooms, due to the TV not working. A staff member tried turning it on with no luck.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It smelled so good in the building. The rooms were nice and clean. I didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast separately. The quality of the breakfast was very disappointing not many options and food trays were already almost empty were not kept up with. The lady that was in charge of breakfast that morning was not nice, very rude. This was the only issue other than that wonderful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There is nothing to don't like.

The pool was nice. Staff were super nice. The ac in our room went out as soon as we came in. My husband managed to get one side of the unit to cool as the maintenance man would not be back until 9am the next day. The front desk provided a desktop fan to help cool the room. No other room could be provided that had a working ac due to rooms being sold for a sporting event. (No shade on the property for being sold out.) just our bad luck I guess. The breakfast was okay. Not really a lot to choose from. The weekend start time for the breakfast is later than weekday and makes it harder to get to schedule outings and events on the weekend.

Very clean and staff was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. It was very noisy and we could constantly hear people thumping around above us until 1 AM in the morning and running down the hall. This is clearly a wood structure with not enough insulation. It led to a poor night sleep.

You could really tell that the breakfast was premade the night before. The food made both me and my partner sick after eating it. We had a better food selection at the nearby gas station. Well, right off the bat, the air in our hotel room was hot even with the air condition on full blast. The water pressure was a joke and there was no hot water. There were disrespectful kids running around and the staff did nothing about it.

Also l requested one room with 2 queen bed, they gave me a room with single bed, and they didn't want to change because l hot the room thru you guys, that was disappointed

I liked that the breakfast was available. I liked how clean the lobby was and the exterior. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was no streaming. No Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime. In 2026 more than 1/2 people don’t watch cable so I didn’t fully enjoy myself because of that. The hot tub was not initially working was still charged full price even though I was told I wouldn’t be but I was charged additional costs. It was nice but we won’t be back to this location and not referring others here unfortunately.

Great hotel and great location. The property was clean and very well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and polite, and all with a smile! Breakfast is $9.99 for a small buffet of hot and cold options, and multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, quiet, easy access to restaurants. Our mattress in our room was HORRIBLE!!!!!! We told them we were leaving & they could go in & replace it, but they said because our quiet sign was on the door they didn’t go in. They said it would be replaced after we left.

The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. We were playing next door at the sports center and the ability to walk back and forth in less than 5 min was the best. The breakfast was so good and had plenty of healthy options for my athlete to fuel up. Added bonus, it’s only a 4 min drive to the outlet mall!! If ever we have to come back to Round Rock, we will definitely be staying here again!

Fire Alarm kept going off ever 20 minutes, no hot water took a shower with cold water. Manager never responded.

The 1st issue was roaches: at nighttime and then again the following morning. Second issue: was the fire alarm getting triggered by the kitchen staff burning something. Third issue was the alarm getting triggered multiple times throughout the night because they couldn’t figure out how to shut it off. They said they would add “points” to my account to rectify, haven’t seen any. Do not recommend

The room was quiet, spotless, with soft towels and good brand toiletry. The room layout was efficient, with enough modern utilities. The bed was comfortable. The AC was quiet but needed to be on high fan speed to keep the room comfortable, auto mode seems insufficient. The staff was attentive and courteous. The hotel seems to have regular law enforcement clients staying there to attend training nearby. The presence of multiple police vehicles in the parking lot after hours psychologically gave a sense of safety.

Very nice hotel, staff is super nice and friendly. Room was clean! The only thing was breakfast, they had no milk or cereal they also didnt have sausage and they didnt bother to make anymore and egg pan only had enough for like 2 people other then that the stay was good!

Very friendly and professional staff. They even made sure they found my phone charger that I forgot in the room. The room itself was fine except it really needs overhead lighting and in the bathroom a separate light than the one that also keeps the fan. That was very noisy and not pleasant. Definitely need lighting in the ADA dressing area and a full length mirror on the wall to make this room more wheelchair friendly . . . really for all guests since there wasn't a mirror except bathroom.

No phone in room ,toldfront desk 6 times,towel rack broke off wall when taking off towel, coffee pot didn’t work door was hard to open . Shower edge was stupid water all over bathroom. Shower head postion dumb.

Check in took about 20 minutes due to a line and only one staff memeber, room was okay, pillowcases had an odd smell, bed was extremely hard, and the prices for food was a little high

Very convenient, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. Although close to hwy 35, very quiet. All in all a good experience.

We didn’t have hot water in our room. Reported it, but it didn’t get fixed by the next night of our stay. We had to move to a different room at 11:00 pm.

Unfortunately, the hotel need to shut down for full repairs, there was a plumbing issue, no hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no one working on the matter at hand. The only good I can say is the new GM who have been there for a week is trying her best to accommodate everyone but the owner should have done something. They need to close down and renovate and then reopen.

Nothing. First rooms tv didn’t work the front desk told me to wait till the next day instead of finding me a new room which they did after I fussed. Room 2s toilet barely flushed and was broken. It’s clear they don’t walk the property looking at damage. Broken things and tiles throughout

I did not know that the breakfast was extra at the Holiday Inn. I normally book the Holiday Inn Express. No hot water or coffee in the front desk area.

Evening staff was rude and had an oh well attitude. They are not welcoming at all. Also they do not take cash at their store or anywhere in the hotel. No breakfast which was odd for a holiday Inn I thought not even coffee. On the flip side hotel itself was really clean and up to date. Lots of restaurants close by and close to everything. Hotel room had good water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water. Sheets were soft but could feel springs in mattress. This hotel is perfect for a night or two and the convenient location.

Room was fresh and spacious. Very comfy beds and quiet. Would stay again when in the area.

The only happy person was the bar tender. She was very nice and happy to be there. The room was ok but there was no coffee machine. Definitely below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Bar tender should be given a raise for being a warm and welcoming person.

The renovation there was stuff everywhere outside on the parking lot to where we couldn't park our car on handicap.

They where very friendly and everything was clean.

I booked because of the indoor pool but when I arrived I was informed it was closed for construction but it would have been nice if it was said somewhere before booking. The staff was amazing except for the guy in charge of breakfast he was really rude and rushing us to hurry up 10 mins before breakfast was over. Other than that it was a great stay and front desk staff was amazing.

I just got diagnosed with scabies after a stay last week at this hotel. Do not stay here!
