The staff on checkin, checkout and breakfast were great. However, on the day I checked out I went out to a dead battery. Maintenance didn’t have a jumper box or jumper cables. I had to DoorDash jumper cables and ask a stranger to help jump start my car. Not once did anyone on staff come out and see if I needed help. I’m sure I am not the first nor will I be the last to need mechanical assistance.

Hotel is okay. Location is great!! Was mostly clean, but it is definitely an older hotel. Our room smelled like mildew and wasn't the cleanest. Employees were friendly! Pool seemed nice and well maintained! But most likely would not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and even more importantly, the staff was FANTASTIC! I was in town for Round Rock Express baseball games and Vera at the front desk made sure I had tickets for every day i was there. The entire staff was amazing and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The best!

Everything was great even the restaurants around the hotel. We stayed there two days no one came in to clean our rooms put clean sheets take out the trash no clean towels. We had to use the same towels. We use the day before but it’s a beautiful motel and I especially liked we didn’t have to go far to find a place to eat

They say the hot tub works but the jets don't work and there was so much sand in the hot tub. It was quite dirty.

This hotel is located off the highway with easy access. There are several restaurants in the area. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially Mr. Eduardo, and Mrs. Stephanie at the front desk. Also. Mrs. Maria who oversees the kitchen was very attentive to my breakfast needs. The pool area was very clean. The pool towel bin was empty and Mrs. Stephanie along with Mr. Kenny Ray who is the Sales Manager immediately replenished the cabinet. This place is all about keeping the customer satisfied and enjoying a good night rest after a long day of being out and about. The bar area is not designed to party all night. Just a good place to have a drink, watch a game , good conversation before going to bed. I recommend this hotel and will plan staying here again on my next visit to Round Rock.

I liked the room itself, very spacious but I was disappointed in the pool. I needed the chair lift but it was not working. The work out room needs to be updated. We had to switch from one room to another room because the room had a strong odor.

Staff was nice, however housekeeping never came once to clean our room. We did not have the do not disturb hanging either. Other than that, no issues.

HOT TUB WAS BROKE. POOL NEEDED TO BE CLEANED.

The initial room assigned smelled like paint, possibly from recent repairs. I asked for a new room and that was corrected quickly. The hotel room itself was ok. The shower wasn't fully clean because you can still see soap on the shower wall. Overall you can tell the hotel is aging. The floors were uneven, possible foundation issues. The tub was also not leveled when standing in the shower there was a dip in the middle of the tub. The elevator was also concerning. It slightly jolts when you are going up, down or stops at your floor. You can also hear I assuming belts squealing time to time. The location was convenient. There were 3 restaurants in the same parking lot and right off of the highway. So didn't have to go very far too eat. There was also dining available downstairs and a bar but I didn't use it. It wasn't too bad for a short stay.

We had a few issues with equipment in the room and the staff quickly replaced them. Any time we needed anything, it was quickly taken care of. The iron and the fridge in the room did not work and had to be replaced. The room did not smell clean. It smelled like a couple "honeymooned" in there... a lot. Maintenance did come and spray the carpet, which helped for a little while, but the smell did not go away, which suggests something was not clean. To be fair, I did mention the smell to the front desk and they did suggest sending housekeeping to come deep clean the room, but we were already settled in the room and leaving in the morning, so I declined.

Nice hotel people were nice too

Well we were there because we had a basketball tournament. The location was perfect except NO washer it was broken! And one dryer ! Mind you several teams were staying there . I had 18 uniforms to wash stayed up until 1 am and we okayed at 8am the next morning . Then the dryer the filter thing was broken so my uniforms got caught and some tore ! So very upset !

Other fun quirks are that the (one) elevator seems to be barely hanging on for dear life, the tub in the room doesn't drain fast enough to have you not standing in a pool of water while showering, and the second floor feels like it's going to collapse with how uneven those floors are. I'm really not a very picky person when it comes to hotels, I just want a clean, safe experience. This was very much not that, and that makes this the first hotel I know that I'll remember to never book again.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and spacious room. Very neat amenities! The only thing is that their kitchen was closed on a Friday which was my arrival day. The breakfast was good! Overall I will definitely stay here again.

Kim was amazing. She was every where doing everything, pulling double shifts (I only know because she was there ALL THE TIME), always smiling, always helpful.

Property is old, dilapidated, and poorly maintained. Beds were lumpy and.very uncomfortable. Toilet was plugged. Light bulbs were missing from lamps. Air conditioner was noisy. Never again!

I’m in the hospital getting check out and they tell her it’s not her fault and that they are taking the money. Didn’t even let her explain that we didn’t want the refund we just wanted to see if we could push the day out. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior me working in the medical field and being law enforcement also we understand things happen you can’t trust other drives things happen. Yet the person on the phone was so rude and apparently didn’t care or let my wife speak. But I bet you if the rules had been flipped and they were the ones in the hospital or calling they would feel the same way we did. Completely unacceptable it shows that it’s not about customer service it’s about meeting your business needs and cash flow and forecasted numbers.. your monthly income must have been low to really need $127.00 You have lost a customer for life and I hope Expedia looks closely into partner ships with big companies like the Hilton. At least the Marriott treats people with respect.

Hotel was nice & everything was clean. The AC in our room would not get cold. They also may have painted before we got there because the smell was strong. We got in late, so I did not contact the front desk, but she did apologize & gave me some Hilton Reward points.

We’re told that the hot tub can get hot but the jets aren’t working. Our room had a strange smell that we think was coming from the A/C unit. The next morning had headache and sour throat…we given another room for 2nd day but had same problem.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet did not come with the price of the room.

The staff at check-in was courteous and explained the every other day housekeeping. However, housekeeping never came and we were two people in a double room for three nights. By the time we got back to the hotel and realized it, it was too late to take action and we were too tired. We made due with our allotted three towels and doubt we’ll stay here next time.

Just that the breakfast pricing was unclear. That being said good hotel.

This property has mold, roaches, we had a whole in the floor on the second floor.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned. The sink didn’t fully turn off, and the toilet ran consistently. I had late check out yet the staff kept knocking on the door

Fan does not circulate at will First room smelled like a dirty diaper so I was moved to this one. I could not sleep because of road noise (expected) but couldn’t drown out with air. Dog barking also. I love dogs but good grief

The hot tub is pretty tiny. Don't expect to fit more than a couple people at at time. The refrigerator was barely cool and I think it was at it's coldest. Breakfast available for purchase.

The property is sunny and inviting. The staff was very helpful. Everything was clean, and the ice machine and laundry worked. My only complaint was about trying to get our room cleaned. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. On the website, it stated that the rooms are cleaned daily. When we arrived, the desk clerk said that the rooms are cleaned every other day. Okay, I can live with that. However, the housekeeping staff kept forgetting about cleaning our room, so they would skip it, and we would have to wait until another day for it to be cleaned. This happened twice while we were there.

Room was what we needed. Probably needs a really good cleaning around the part of the beds that do not get much foot traffic. I have a feeling we received a room that doesn’t get checked out often.

Friewndly staff rooms are clean and they have options for dinner around the hotel !
