Hampton Inn Austin-Round Rock

Had an issue with our window shade which made sleeping the first night challenging with an autistic daughter and her waking up. It took us notifying the property twice to fix the issue and the second night was much better. The breakfast was hot and hot the spot!

We were amazed and the cleanliness of the hotel! From the hallways to the rooms. It smelled “clean” made us feel like at home. We had a great experience . The breakfast buffet was a great plus ! Waffles were delicious! Shelia was so helpful and friendly . All this made our stay a wonderful experience . We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Breakfast choices were good plus a comfortable dining area.

The only complaint i had was i booked a king bed and when the keys were given to me we walked into our room it was 2 queen beds. Called down stairs and then was told that because i booked with a 3rd party this was all i could have as the hotel was sold out and reward members get first priority. Needless to say i was not happy but i had no other choice. On top find out at check in we had to pay for parking. They did wave this but it still did not make it better.

The hotel was clean throughout and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had great choices and the staff keeping it stocked and clean were also very friendly. I would stay at this location again.

By far of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in, considering close to the highway the room was nice and quiet

Didn’t realize I had to pay for parking so that was a bummer!

It was close to the event nearby without the cost of having to stay at the resort.

The AC was really loud but the room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was very nice and friendly.

Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day.

Two things that were annoying. 1. The TV did not display the MENU correctly. For some reason it was stuck on December 31 at 7:00PM. Had to look at each channel to see what was on...if it wasn't on commercial. Mentioned it to the Front Desk, but was never resolved. 2. The attached spray nozzle in the shower did not work. Those two items were more annoyances than anything, but still, paid for them both to work properly and did not.

The hotel is a bit dated, but is clean and the staff very helpful. The check in went smoothly and the manager at the front desk was very professional. The breakfast was great and the young man working in that area was so friendly and polite. The parking lot had plenty of spaces. It was a great place to stay as we passed through the area.

It’s cleanliness the shower faucet needs to be replaced room 302.

Really nice place with friendly staff. A bit out of the way with not much around to do, and the breakfast buffet was bare bones, but otherwise a great place to stay.

It’s honestly great, the rooms are clean and feel updated. The hotel staff were pleasant and wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to try the amazing breakfast I kept reading about in reviews but it smelled absolutely amazing! It’s in a good location that feels safe and secure. Will highly recommend this place every time now!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From check-in to check out, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

You are told one thing and then they do another bc you booked with a third party. I have never been talked to the way the general manager (Ana) at this property communicated with me. The night manager was helpful but has no authority because what he told me the property manager refused to uphold Beds were also terrible and breakfast wasn't refilled at 8am when we went down. Worst hotel experience overall.

The property was really clean. The location was perfect for us. The staff were the best. They were very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel and will stay there the next time we visit Austin.

Good clean room. Breakfast was ok. Not very many selections for breakfast. But what was there was good. No issues at all.

Easy location to get to from multiple roads. Close to Walmart/Target/Half Price Books. Beds were comfortable and my kids loved the swimming pool. Staff was professional and friendly on all shifts.

Clean and comfortable but ... Bad road noise on back side of building. TV had no apps and no way to cast any apps from your phone. No Netflix?? That was a first for this modern age.

Front desk staff was very helpful and room was spotless. Breakfast had hot and cold options. The lobby space is very pretty. This was a great value and a great stay.

Staff always made you feel Welcome, even when you check in at almost 2am. Cody at the front desk was quick to respond to our messages. Breakfast was a Plus. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the Hampton Inn Austin-Round Rock.

I love the hotel and the staff, and just this year I have stayed there 12 times. But if I’m told there is additional parking across the street at the other hotel that I can use, that’s not right.

Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast, they kept everything replenished. Everything was clean.

When I call it was $50 and when I arrived she said $25. I got it waived but feel this was inappropriate. We stay at Hampton Inns all over the US and never had that situation.

The accessible room we stayed in was much too small to properly accommodate my wheelchair. I was only able to get 1/2-way into the restroom.

The breakfast was fresh and there was an abundance of choices for breakfast. The rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds full sized refrigerator and very good coffee in the room. I was almost late leaving for my event because I was so comfortable in the bed after having driven 15 hours the day before.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. They offered a variety of breakfast items hot and cold and the associate was extremely pleasant every morning.

The Breakfast was delicious and hot!!! Coffee available ALL day! Guest services was amazing and very friendly and prompt! Definitely is my go to when visiting Round Rock Texas!!!

Hotel staff were all nice and polite! Good location, clean room, nice bed but the pillows were flat!! FLAT FLAT!! Breakfast was great!!! Lots to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, awesome blueberry muffins and scones!! The only problem besides the flat pillows was the water in shower was either HOT or cold!!! Literally, there was no in between. Overall nice and I would stay again.
