Element by Marriott Austin Round Rock

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, with great kitchen area and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast staff was great, but I was a little underwhelmed by the food selections. There seemed to be a significant Asian influence in the food choices. I love Asian food, just not my ideal for breakfast. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Two complaints though. One, the lobby and entire first floor had an odor which seemed to be from whatever they cooked at breakfast, but it was powerful. The second issue was the room doors were really difficult to open. I even went to the front desk thinking the room key somehow got "decoded." It would take several times to push down to get it to open and if someone was elderly it would be difficult.

With a king size bed in the room, it was very tight with little room to move around as needed. The blow dryer was smelling hot and the motor started grinding down so I had to ask for a replacement. Only two towels were provided for two people, there were no tissues in the box and no hair conditioner was provided. The lounge and breakfast set up was great with good coffee, infused water and delicious and many choices, including kimchi fried rice.

Element was perfect for our family of 5! The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. Hurry and get to breakfast in the morning......it goes quick!

Very nice for the price. We will definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that we were put into a conjoining room which made the noise very loud from people on the other side.

This is a nice little hotel with easy access to the freeway and in what appears to be a safe part of time. Second stay here and staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here a third time if I found myself in need.

Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel though.

I had a minor emergency that took a bit extra time to reconcile, and asked for a bit of extra time to check out - and was refused. So I had to rush back to the hotel, ignoring the emergency, to check out on time. It only takes one bad front desk clerk to totally ruin an experience. I cannot remember any other time in my many years of travel of having faced this stark intractability. My company promotes travel to Texas communities... ExploreTexas.com... and in considering hospitality venues to add to Pflugerville, Element failed.

Room was super clean , staff was very friendly,and parking was fantastic! Close to everything from dining to shopping! Perfect!

The complimentary EV charging was great. Parking is safe. Rooms were clean but the mattress had a large dark stain on the side, which was not covered by the fitting sheets; that stain erased the overall first good impression about the room/hotel. Also negative: windows cannot be open at all; no fresh air can enter the room. Privacy and noise are also negative: you can clearly hear what happens outside the rooms and in the neighboring rooms. There are gaps between door and frame allowing light from outside to get into the room.

After the discussion, manage spoke with his general manager and I was apologized for this inconvenience, I was offered Marriott points to cover one night stay at similar hotel as a courtesy. I left the hotel with the thought that the hotel was courteous, admitted their mistake and will compensate for it. But I haven’t yet received any points in my account for the same. I did send multiple follow ups with the property manager but there is no response.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room had a great AC. The breakfast was good. This is a good place to stay.

We stayed here with our family and had 3 rooms. We all had to change rooms due to one room the AC didn’t work and the other 2 had cockroaches. Several of the machines in the fitness center were non operable. We did not receive our incidental deposit back and it was impossible to speak to a real person after calling 3 different phone. numbers. Very frustrating!!

Were there with my dog. It was one night and it was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Really recommend it.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect for a slightly long stay too since it had a kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent, always had something new. Got to eat kimchi fried rice twice! There’s a nice coffee machine by the front desk that makes cappuccinos and lattes! The rooms were in excellent condition. Will definitely be back in the future!

I think the place is great, clean and all but one thing was that I was disappointed with was the breakfast bar, It had a lot of bread products such as waffles, bread, bagels, sweet bread and not enough protein(only had sausage boiled eggs and egg bits)I only went Saturday morning and was so disappointed that I didn't even try to go back for breakfast Sunday morning.

Quiet, Clean and easy access to Austin/Round Rock area roadways.

We never stayed at an Element before and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated how they catered to their guest. For example, we were told they have a large Korea clientele, so many of the signs were in Korean. I appreciated that, even though I am not Korean. The facilities were well designed, clean, and functional. We would definitely return. I am a Bonvoy Marriott member and was not able to redeem points due to booking through Booking.com. That really was the only downside.

I really enjoy this hotel, nice and clean. Breakfast really isn’t the best not much flavor but this is the second time I stayed here because it’s close to my dad’s home.

This is a new hotel but already has a lot of issues. Only 1 elevator works, the AC in our room didn’t work, the faucet in the shower was broken. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and housekeeping had left for the day. Only 3 towels for a reservation for 6 people. The staff was nice but didn’t do anything about the AC not working. It was a holiday weekend and they share maintenance with the hotel next store.

Newer property with comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Centrally located in the Round Rock area. I would stay here again. Rooms also have a sink, dishes, a small fridge and microwave.

The stay was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations. I will definitely be staying here in the future on the next trip to Texas.

The hotel is in a good location where the traffic isn’t bad. But housekeeping seems hit-or-miss. If you put the Do Not Disturb sign out only for the early morning so you can sleep in, they don’t come back later to clean the room. For a six day stay, the room wasn’t attended even once despite the afternoons when the sign was taken away (even though I specifically asked at the reception desk). Breakfast is a little stingy, too — many days there isn’t much variety, little fruit, leftover hard boiled eggs, etc.

Second stay in an Element hotel, we organized and safe team were very helpful.

The room was very clean and everything was in working order. I loved the little kitchen with the fridge and dishes. It was perfect for our business trip. The staff gave great customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and well appointed. There was a leak under the sink and the upstairs guest stomped all night long. There was a good selection at breakfast but I would suggest adding a microwave to the area to reheat hot selections. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

I would not recommend this property to anyone for the price I paid. they are missing a number of either such as an ice bucket in the room. The property is way overpriced. A lightbulb was out in the living room. The shower valve is very difficult to turn. It was considerable straight noise. I could’ve easily found a better hotel for $50 or $75 a night less. I was expecting better accommodations. I only chose it because it was convenient to my location, but I would not.

Stayed for ACL weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and everything was clean.

It’s clean, staff friendly, affordable and a good location. Free WiFi great. Very spartan. BRING YOUR QUARTERS FOR THE WASHING MACHINE, as it is coin-op only and no change machine, or guarantee they will have change. No shelving in showers is. Weird and awkward. They have a welcome happy hour in the afternoon, complimentary wine, cheese and olives.

First night I had an issue with the hvac unit being really lound and I couldn’t sleep. Front desk person was great and moved me to another room for the next two nights. The room was ok, but I had ants in the kitchen and bathroom, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors and everything in the hall. Breakfast was lack luster and nothing special. Overall will not be staying here again.

We had reserved a room with a couch because we needed 3 beds. Instead they gave us a room made for handicap, which had less furniture and amenities. Also our breaker popped in the kitchen and we had food in the fridge. They took a long time to get to it. Lastly, whenever I went to the front desk, the guy wasn’t there.

This photo was very nice and clean, the staff was hospitable however the walls were so thin that I could literally hear someone’s phone in the other room, someone snoring, cleaners whistling in the morning so that made it difficult to sleep
