Great property! Third time we stayed here. Clean room and the staff were nice.

Great stay and close to everything!

Mattress was terrible. The breakfast/coffee service people downstairs were rude, no manners. My suite was given away, received a smaller room, same charge.

This hotel was amazing!! Super clean it smell beautiful and super clean. Bistro and starbucks on the property. Closed to a lot restaurants walking distance which is a plus. We ate at the Jack Allen's next door and the food was top notch.

It all was great. Every One and everything was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Very clean, comfortable, and QUIET!

We had a quick stay at the Courtyard Marriott. While there we experienced a clean room, comfortable bed and pillows! The room was cold and super comfortable on a hot day in Texas! Will definitely be back when we’re back in that area.

Was over the moon to see that there was vending style washer and dryer!! It was very helpful to not have to hand wash and hope uniform dries by the next morning after a long day playing 7v7 football. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great with several restaurant choices in walking distance. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe about it!!

Check in was easy and fast. Room was great, however most of the porta to chege my phone didn't work. Also, the AC would sut off. I think it has a censor. I like room cold at night and it would shut off and not turn back on. Woke up a couple times a turned on light and the AC would turn on. 😶

Check in girl was texting and acted like she was being bothered . She couldn’t fond the reservation , looks up and says ID . Not welcoming at all . Not up to Marriott standards , place smelled like cats . Left after 1 night to stay at the Embassy Suites down the road .

Saw a night manager get into a verbal altercation with a parent after he decided to yell at a child instead of going to the parent about the concern.

The hotel was decent. It was clean. The first floor room they put us in initially was moldy. They moved us to the second floor and it was fine.

No breakfast. No free coffee. Charged me for 2 nights, I stayed for 1

It was great

Very clean, nice staff, bed was a little uncomfortable due to being stiff, the room was on the first floor and had a sliding glads door to go to the commons area that was clean and nice to relax in.

The property is outdated and a little run down

Upon arrival the room smelled, towels were damp/wet yet hung freshly folded on rails, trash cans were not placed in appropriate spots they were left gathered under sink with no trash bags in trash cans. Parking was horrible due to overflow of customer parking from restaurants near by. Parking lot should be monitored and only allowed for hotel guest.

Room did not get cleaned, had to go get new towels, No clock in the room. A nightly Parking fee was charged on my card which was not disclosed when checked in. $20/night hold was put on the card for incidentals which was not disclosed when checked in!

I love the location of the property. It surrounds really good restaurants that are in walking distance. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The room smelled like a football team stayed in it before we arrived. I noticed housekeeping didn’t pick up everything because I found plane tickets and notes from previous stays. The website said breakfast was included but instead there is a Starbucks kiosk in the lobby with items to purchase. Over all my experience was a 9/10.

Great hotel overall — very clean rooms and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the bar/restaurant staff didn’t feel very friendly. Each time I ordered, it seemed like I was bothering them. I stayed for a week, and after the second day I chose to go elsewhere for drinks.

For the price of the room, breakfast should have been included! My wife is handicapped so I selected an accessible room that in the picture of that room shows a chair in the shower which I needed to give my wife a shower. I had to literally beg the gal at the desk to find, she kept insisting that room doesn’t come with one!

Surprise fees for using the parking lot, no complimentary breakfast which was just oversight on my part when booking, discovered large stain on bed comforter after sleeping with it for 2 nights

It’s a nice hotel. But their WiFi was terrible. It took FOREVER to get on line, then it frequently ran out of steam and you were left sitting and watching the little timer spin around. I could classify this as a business hotel- it’s certainly not near any family or kid friendly entertainment. I would think they would get their connection issues sorted out.

Our hotel room smelled so musty and old. Wallpaper was peeling. We are not staying here and left before the evening. Gross. Very very disappointed. No one should stay here until a renovation

The food service was sub-par as our breakfast was cold, tables were dirty and generally the staff seemed to not really care. Very different from our experience in Dallas.

No breakfast included. You have to order from the little cafe they have in the main lobby.

I liked the property very safe and lots of dining options around. It is a small hotel and while I was there the pool was not open either way great property. I would re book again.

The bed was comfortable. I paid for a room with a balcony which I did not get. It’s the only reason I booked the hotel. There were also silverfish in the bathroom.

We stayed here for a long weekend while in Austin for the F1 race. Our stay was great overall, parking is easy, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Only real complaint is we got assigned a room for handicap access and the shower was a bit awkward to use normally.

Staff was very nice and welcoming Bed had tiny bugs in it room service was done only every three days. Had to bed for new linen and room service. Shower walls had cracks and were old

Most of the time, it's quite. The bed is comfortable. The location is great. The shower head is fix. It's hard for long hair cleaning.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with my stay which set the tone for my stay. Amenities were maintained and cleaned. My room had several cosmetic issues but nothing too bad. Easily overlooked the wall scratches. Only complaint was breakfast. Other than that everything was great

Courtyard in Round Rock, Texas. Nice employees and clean room. 7/6/24 to 7/9/24. Hotels.com online review said they were pet friendly. They don't accept pets. However, I booked 4 days as as a wheelchair, accessible room. No rails in bathroom toilet area. Toilet was extremely low to reach. Nothing to hold onto for transfer. Couldn't access shower because door opened wrong way and completely blocked it. Was supposed to be a roll in shower. I'm a writer who plans to blog trips for people needing handicapped accessible rooms and travel assistance . Courtyard/Hilton so far was a big failure. Other than a few hiccups, great. General Manager never returned call/inquiry re uncleaned room, and not enough bath towels in the room on more than one occasion.

Check in took a very long time. Receptionist kept taking phone calls and was too chatty. Room was very nice and bed was incredibly comfortable but did not have a patio or balcony as stated when we booked.

Great stay. Will certainly stay there again. The one problem that was encountered was the balcony sliding doors made a terrible noise when opened and it seems our neighbors went in and out theirs several times during the night.

Staff is a bit inattentive. My TV was not working and my request for repair fell through the cracks. Fixed on 2nd request. They don’t clean the rooms each day so request if you want your room serviced. Overall its a very nice property in a great location.

None of this happened during our entire stay. Arrived at night each day … tired and was met with the room exactly how we left it that morning. NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

TV issue .. had to have maintenance come to room to fix. Later had the computer area light go off and would not come back on. Then wanted breakfast next day and you had no cook. Your mini market was not well stocked

The property was very clean and comfortable. It saved us last minute when we had to book due to the property we originally booked being inhabitable! The location wasn’t what we wanted but is as stated. We had originally booked elsewhere so this was a bit further out of Austin that we’d anticipated however it meant we were able to explore Round Rock itself.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for business. I would definitely pick this hotel again.

This location does not have a breakfast buffet. They do have a cafe, but the food is overpriced for what you get. The coffee in the room did not have any creamer or sweetener.... just the coffee. A breakfast would've been great!

Favorite place to stay when I work!!

The location is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. Very convenient for dining, a 24 hr. CVS right behind the hotel in case of shopping needs.

Manager did not attempt to provide any customer service to customer to help with unavoidable travel inconveniences
