Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy, a/c was nice and cold considering the 100+ degree weather outside, free self parking. Hotel had everything I needed for a quick stay in Austin.

Perfect! Always. Stayed here twice now. And just booked my next trip here.

Amazing property, location and staff!

I liked that your hotel room was bigger than I expected (it even had some chairs, a desk, and even pillows!) Also, the location was next to many destinations that I could easily go to like Barton Springs Pool. At night, the hotel was relatively quiet and the bed was soft and comfortable to ensure me a good sleep. Great Job!

This hotel is located at a very convenient location, with 20 minutes of drive to some of the most popular places in Austin. The property is new, clean and well maintained. The staffs were friendly and nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay for the July 4th Holiday!!! Nice area, staff was friendly and nice. We slept well, quiet and very clean hotel!!! THIS WILL BE OUR HOTEL FOR AUSTIN!! Complimentary breakfast could be offered… but it was still fine…

Great staff, restaurant and shopping all around the hotel. We enjoyed the in door pool and the pool table. One drawback is there were no comfortable chairs in the room.

The location was perfect. Short drive into Austin, short drive to my event in Georgetown, and lots of restaurants in the area.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The WIFI worked! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the free parking.

Love Aloft in Cedar Park. We always stay here when visiting family. You never have to worry about anything because it is consistently clean, well kept and friendly staff.

There was a bunch of kids running around in the gym unsupervised for a few hours while the parents drank and played pool at the bar...The problem is I wanted to use the gym..which is right next to where the staff checks people in...You saw those kids running back and forth and allowed that place to be ghetto that night..

Sincere was amazing! He greeted us warmly and was super professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The staff at the bar was also friendly and knowledgeable.

I was overcharged. My hotel receipt is significantly less than amount charged. Phone did not work. Thermostat did not go to temp setting. Internet connection was weak.

Great and accommodating staff! Clean and modern

No cleaning and no kitchen in the morning. The lady was nice enough to comp the snacks they did have available because they had no kitchen staff. Rooms weren’t cleaned/towels not replaced after asking so we swapped rooms.

This hotel was great for a family stay. It was a little further from the Austin city center than I realized, but the price was fair. They were in the middle of a renovation, but things were still clean and quiet. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. I wish each room had its own microwave, but there was one available in the lobby. The only other thing I did not like was that the bathroom door was one of those sliding doors that left a sizable gap that you could definitely see through. This seems to be a lot more common than I'd like in hotels these days.

Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room.

The room was clean and the staffs customwr service was fantastic. However we booked this hotel because it said it had a bar in the lobby (it did) but it was closed. It said there was a hot tub but there was no hot tub. They claimed they had a heated pool but it was ice cold.

Gym has no wipes, water, paper towels, was there for 4 days and was never replenished. Room no microwave Noisy refrigerator Pool supposed to be heated, sometimes Website advertising hot tub,that was no hot tub, which is what got me because i was looking forward to relaxing in it. Friendly staff was very good. Pool table sticks all bad with no tips except 1 out of 4 sticks Under renovations which we didn't know. Great location, very convenient to lots of things!

I do understand that they need to make money too , however it can be done by floors , sections not all at once. Please mention on all booking websites so people/customers know.

Hotel was nice, location was perfect. The front desk were very kind and helpful. Only issue was I chose this location for the hot tub, I found out it was no longer available once we got there. Other than that the room was clean, and plenty of amenities.

Very disappointed with this hotel. One of the reasons we booked it was because it was listed as having a hot tub, but unfortunately, it didn't. Then we tried to turn on the TV and the remote didn't work; the batteries were dead. I've stayed at hotels in this chain before, and everything was fine. This one left me very disappointed. I don't recommend it

Very clean would stay here again

The breakfast was not free, as advertised. Not only that, each individual item was way over priced. The biggest issue with the stay was the construction right outside or room windows. There was no mention of ongoing construction on the property, or we would have booked somewhwere else. We were awakened at about 7:30 both mornings by men outside our windows yalling and banging around doing their construction work. We would have loved to have been able to sleep in on our vacation. When this was mentioned to the woman at the front desk, she didn't seem to really care.

The property had work going on and by 8am there were people outside our window and we were on the 3rd floor.Pool area and spa were closed. Not good

The hotel itself is beautiful! So colorful and vibrant. The room is set up very nicely with a little closet the refrigerator and all the amenities in the bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. We had a fabulous time staying in this hotel. It was very clean it smells good when you walked into the hotel and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downfall was that the hot tub was out of service.

We saw a huge roach in our room.

The fire alarm went off at around 10:30pm. As did the power. We had to evacuate the building for about thirty minutes. The power was in for only first two levels. The rest of us had to stay downstairs until almost 2am as the power was still out and no AC in room, or we would have just gone upstairs and slept. Very little communication and absolutely no compensation for our lost time. No manager on duty, the only person was checkin guy who had absolutely no power to do anything, so he kept leaving the front desk to go into kitchen to avoid eye contact and people. I'm sure he was praying for his shift to end. The bartender had some info, but left as soon as his shift was over. It would have been nice for hotel to have even formally apologized to all the guests and compensated us the night or at least 1/2 of it as the hotel doubled the nightly rate due to Formula One being on this weekend. The hotel isnt losing any money. So, yeah. Night sucked.

Great service! Front Desk experience was personable and informative, and helpful when we started to look for our missing food order. Bartender was excellent!

Very good hotel stay experience, but no ventilation in the bathroom.

The only thing i didn't like was that when i went to relax in the hot tub, there was a soccer team of kid's in the pool area horseplaying and running around. The adults were not saying anything to thing to them, i felt it was vary dangerous.
