It is rime for minor updates. Chips in shower floor, paint touch ups were not the best workmanship, extra blankets looked aged/overused. These and more makes the property look like it aging and does fit with the usual Aloft experience that I am accustomed to.

The desk person was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The hotel surrounding was safe. We will definitely be returning !

The property was situated in a great location. The lobby was the attraction for me. We met up with family from out of town and lobby was a great place for us to hang out together. We played games there is a bar. We ordered food and there was a large table to sit down and eat. It was a great visit. I’d recommend this hotel.

Everyone was nice and it was nice place to go and get a way. Nice staff they plenty board games, sport games playing the tv by the bar, free parking and breakfast is made by order I believe. I most definitely would recommend to others and come back again.

Do not select breakfast included on Expedia for this hotel. I added this and the staff didn’t recognize at check-in this was included. Then the breakfast is no where to be found. You order a sandwich or other one item. Not worth it at all. The hotel has thin walls, extremely noisy especially a few doors down from the elevator. Asked the staff to accommodate a room change which they did but didn’t seem like they wanted to help put my two rooms close together. They did but the rooms were about 10 doors away from each other. The staff didn’t seem happy to help. I picked this hotel due to breakfast included and EV charging. The breakfast was not included I had to pay extra for a bad breakfast. EV chargers were filled with gas cars and the ones that were empty had broken chargers. Not a good stay at all.

Ok si when checking in I would rate the staff horrible. But the next day with different staff they were incredible. However there was a terrible ringing in the bathroom Then a dog didn’t stop barking. Altogether it was not a great stay. But I think the staff who corrected the terrible attitude of check in.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff

The front desk staff was amazing which made it far more tolerable however the hotel was dumpy. It was an old hotel that threw a terrible paint job on the wall and updated some fixtures but it was run down and trashy and to top it off, our entire floor smelled like weed, our shower leaked onto the floor and even the interior light switches of our room didn’t work properly. I dreaded going back to the room after the day because it was just icky.

Overall, the property inside and out was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water valve in our shower was difficult to turn off and on. I used a towel for a glove to turn off and on the water. My wife and granddaughter did not have the strength to operate it. The water pressure was good. Our coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been used in awhile. It was very dusty inside the water reservoir. Also there was no coffee in the lobby.

It was a nice hotel but our room had a little trash in it so it could use a better cleaning. The staff was great and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.

The AC in our first room was leaking water onto the floor; so we called the front desk to report the issue. They were able to move us to another room without issue. The rooms are small, but okay for the most part. The bed was comfy, allowing for a good night's rest and the staff was friendly. Overall our stay here was good.

Building was pretty beat up. Bathroom tub wasn't clean. BUT the bed was phenomenal and the nook area in the room was adorable.

The room is kind of cool. The pool was older, but still a pool. It was nice to have the bar area to hang out in. Just wish they had a complementary breakfast

It seems clean and new but there were a lot of broken items in the room. The shower head was broken, the automatic blinds broke so we were forced to have our window open the whole time there. But what made us not want to stay there was the air conditioner in the room. Even when set at the lowest setting (65) the room stayed at 78 degrees. On a HOT Texas day/ night it was hard to feel comfortable in the room but most of all it was hard to sleep. Super hot and uncomfortable night.

Beds were terrible, noise level was high. Breakfast offering was poor.

The Aloft Round Rock was a very comfortable and clean room. The room is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like that the room has several easily accessible, charging ports for phones and devices. I had a very nice big shower with toiletries that actually smell and feel good. The Air conditioner worked amazing. It was very conveniently located quick access to shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful to me as I was having annunciation issues at the time of my visit. I was also having mobility issues and she time so she was kind enough to help me out with bringing me a shower chair to my room then I realized that I didn’t have any towels and walla!?! There was a stack of towels in my room before I could turn around ( gosh, I wish that I would have been able to have gotten her name but with my requests it just didn’t seem appropriate for me to do so. She is a keeper and I will continue to come back to Aloft round rock as long as she is still working there!

The hotel was well kept and clean. One thing was the walk-in shower floor was scratched up, which could have easily been repaired or repainted over.

My air conditioner was set at 65 but the room was warm . The lights located at the vanity area would not come on when Inwent to brush my teeth finally before I left I tried again they came on. The rooms do not have microwaves which was a bummer.

I have very few negative things to say about my stay at the Aloft. It was basically a stay-cation for me so I will DEFINITELY be back. The lobby area is very classy and modern. They had alot of children there during my stay and ofcourse they wanted to be in the pool. I appreciated the seperate patio/ bar area to sit outside to have a drink. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any questions I had. The rooms were very cute. I had a king suite and it was equipped with a litte fridge as well as a safe and coffee maker. I loved the blackout drapes. The bed was SO comfortable I slept so well while I was there! I didn't like the fact that I purchased breakfast with my stay and expected- IDK - something different. I am not sure if it was because it was the weekend. There is a menu posted with maybe 5-6 options that includes mostly prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, and bagels. I believe the only prepared item on the menu was a chorizo and egg burrito. I did get it both days because it was cooked when ordered. It was pretty good though. I just wish they would let you know that paying extra for breakfast is a bit misleading since there isn't actually ''a breakfast''. It's actually a small menu that you can choose items from and either eat in the lobby or take back to your room. My limit was $20 and each item was $5 - $10. This isn't terrible I guess - just a bit misleading. Also, my only other complaint is one - ply toilet tissue. A hotel who offers in shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash I think can offer better than 1-ply toilet tissue. I mean... come on.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in for years. Stains all over the walls, broken door lock that staff warned me about, holes in the wall, pillows that smelled like sweat, cracked and moldy shower with broken faucet handle, rusty table.

Clean room and quiet/relaxing during my stay

The room was clean with a modern look and feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I plan to stay here again when I come back to visit family.

We did not take advantage of any amenities or the breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean & modern hotel. Food available on-site for a cost. Between this hotel & the adjacent one, there are multiple electric vehicle chargers - unfortunately, several of them did not work. But, when we were able to get plugged in, it was very helpful. Staff was friendly & helpful when we needed to extend our stay an extra day.

Easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and more spacious than other Alofts. I was able to checkin early. The lobby area was showing wear. Fabric on couch was stained and needs update. Bar service available at sister property adjacent to Aloft when I returned around 10:30pm.. No self service bar area. Parking was fine.

The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!!

The rooms were cleans and the property well maintained. The location is also a huge plus.

I Was given a handicapped room when it wasn’t needed. Had to request a different room and was moved to another handicapped room with smaller beds.The next morning, I was able to be moved to a room I originally booked.

I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively. Late check-out was nice.

Staff was amazing. I’ve stayed at aloft hotels before but this one wasn’t even worth the stay. We left our first night.

Everything is was great

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There was a kids soccer league on my floor and I knew there was going to be trouble when we got to our room. The kids ran uncontrolably up and down the halls with no supervision. I attempted to go and speak to the parents, but there were no chaperones or parents around. Our room was 422 and it was directly across the hall from the loudest ice machine ever made. It sounded like a jet engine taking off. It got unplugged ASAP. There was no door to the ice machine room. Then, around 3am, my wife and I were awoke to the sounds of both next door neighbors snoring. The room walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on. Snoring to the right and snoring above us. We even heard a cat meow and scream out during the night. It sounded like a total zoo. So we laid there for two hours unable to sleep. These newer hotel room walls are made out of paper. So at 5am, my wife and I got out of bed, gathered our belongings and drove 2 hours to return home to Dallas.

The ice machine on the second floor was not working. I had to travel up the stairs to the third floor to find a working ice machine.

I loved the decor & design ! All the staff were genuinely friendly & helpful

The Front Desk staff was very cordial, but the property is in need of renovations. The pain on the room walls is chipped, the furniture is tired, and the hallways are dark. All Housekeeping staff was given a day off during our stay and no one let us know, so we had to go to the Front Desk at night to ask for towels, etc. On the days we got Housekeeping, they never replenish amenities like toilet paper, and they didn't seem to clean properly. Wi-Fi was super slow and it was difficult to connect via mobile and tablet. All in all, I don't recommend this property at all, and I will never go back.
