Very nice roomy room, clean and quiet. Great location near lakefront Rockwall, movies, and nice restaurants.

The room was nice and suited our needs well. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options and entertainment nearby, including a movie theater, which made everything very convenient. The pool was a bit small and didn’t appear to be the clearest, and the breakfast was fairly average compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at that offered a wider selection. Overall, though, we had a good experience and I’d give our stay an 8.5/10.

This was our first time staying in this hotel.. it was clean, nice, quiet, and great location. Heather the front desk young lady was so helpful with dinner recommendations… and also the sweetest. Breakfast was good bacon is always a plus.

The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff and breakfast was good, only issue was only one of the two elevators worked while I was there and it was frequently in use leading to you standing around waiting for the elevator a lot. I opted to just take the stairs most times if I wasn't carrying anything.

Little disappointed the room was t done our 2nd day had no clean towels or coffee pods. Other than that it was really a good stay thank you

All pork options for breakfast not equitable. Pool was locked when it was suppose to be open, pool water was oily. The hallway were dirty and full of trash from rooms everyday. Need better housekeeping. Housekeeping didn't come to my room one time, stayed there for 3 nights, no new towls or nothing. The workers were nice though!

The property is good but was totally disappointed by the staff attitude and almost 3 hours delay at our checking in. It was a protected reservation and was supposed to be a guaranteed one before arrival and check in.

The room was clean. I came on a weekend they had a kids basketball tournament. And the rooms were not clean. I had to wait an hour after check in for a room. One of the two elevators was not working and after a few hours the other was not working. We were on the four the floor. I have bad knees and no empathy whatsoever from staff. Maybe if I had of stayed a different weekend maybe it would have been better or if they had of been able to control the crowd.

It was fairly clean, and the staff was nice. One of the elevators was broken the whole time, the breakfast was literally just eggs, the gym is a joke, and the pool is like a big bathtub.

The service and Internet is horrible here and the elevator was always out of service, waffle machine never worked, and the fire alarm was repeatedly triggered which also woke me and my family out of our sleep. It seemed to always be a problem during my stay.

It was right in the middle of major construction and a pain to get in and out of. It seemed a little run down. Carpet was coming up in the room, the bathroom vent was so loud it gave us a headache and took two days for maintenance to check and fix it, the elevators went out for a few hours and we had to use the stairs, the pool towels were never readily available and you had to ask the staff for them, and the breakfast was not great and low quality. If I would’ve known, I would’ve spent a little more and gone to a different hotel.

Great stay. Always enjoy being here. Stayed at another hotel nearby and was a total ripoff compared to this one. Highly recommend this one to everyone staying in the area. Will stay here again. Had no issues. Availability was limited but that isn't the hotel's fault. It was a busy time with the World Cup so most hotels were full.

Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay.

It wasn't horrible and the rooms are nice but the pool is a joke! It is way smaller then what the picture online looks like. Also myself and my handicap parents had a room on the 3rd floor and we came back from dinner and both elevators were not working. Fortunately my son and DIL had a room on the 1st floor so we had to move everything from one room to the other because my mom uses a walker and could not get up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was ok but not enough room to sit. Staff was very nice though. But honestly if your looking for somewhere with a nice pool look elsewhere.

Myself and 4 sisters stayed for a sisters weekend. We just discovered one of our sisters has been diagnosed with Alzheimers. Our stay was very special and we appreciate the Hotel.

We like the location, and how clean of the room. Will be back on our next visit.

Everything and everyone was excellent.

The elevators were not working. When I found out we were on the fourth floor, I asked for a room on the 1 st floor. The man said they didn’t have one cleaned. I am 72 years old seven months out from open heart surgery my husband 75 with bad knees. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights. We waited 4 hours to be called for a 1st floor room. When we checked back with him he was gone. The girl at the desk said the rooms were already taken

Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none available so went the next morning and they gave me 2 pool towels and I responded with I small towels also. If your looking for a solo overnight fine but going with your family find somewhere else. Also our door had been chiseled in.

The staff were friendly, although the check-in manager could have probably done a little more to make it great. The room was very nice and clean. I was pleased with the design and layout. The breakfast was good, especially the bacon. All in all it was a nice stay, and if I were to stay in the area again, I'd likely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods.

Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt.

We were there a year ago and back again for a short Easter vacay. Always a good impression and a great service . Good complementary breakfast . Large room , comfortable mattress. Quiet facility for relaxing stay.

Great place to stay with a beautiful plaza nearby. The pictures are a little deceptive, it wasn’t right on the water like it seemed, but it was just a couple minutes walk away. The breakfast was amazing too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable, making them perfect for relaxing after a long day. A big plus was the on-site Tesla charging. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Would definitely stayhere again!

As a note, this room is labeled as “wheelchair friendly” but the room lights switch is next to the door, *very* far away from the bed. That’s so inconvenient for someone with a mobility disability.

Highway noise is nonstop

Everything was great! Check-in was fast. My only advice is that for electrical vehicles it’s Tesla level 2 charging only, so you need an adapter for level 2 charging if you drive a non-Tesla EV. Price is expensive per kWh about 49 cents. At least there’s 3 stations/ parking places to charge and you need a permit to issue them issued by the hotel or you could get towed. AC turning on was loud and kind of high pitched, you could hear the toilet flushing in the room above. No vent in the bathroom so bring a spray if you’re staying with someone else in the room. Shower pressure and temperature was awesome!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. There was a nice selection for breakfast and easy parking. There are some restaurants nearby. The only downside to the beautiful hotel is that the pool is very tiny and there is no hot tub.

Had a late check in after wedding anniversary date. Check in was easy, room clean and cool. Was in Texas summer heat all day so it was great to come to a cold room. Good and hot shower. Good and hot breakfast, the only negative was the juice machine wasn’t operational and my pregnant wife was really craving juice so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall great stay and will stay again!

The place is amazing.... It's quite. And the staff or very friendly and helpful people... The pool is open and clean. And restaurant or near maybe 5-10 mins away.its nothing I can say I didn't like it's a nice place to stay I do recommend you to stay you will enjoy

Great stay, fresh clean large rooms. Easy access to the harbor for dining and walks. Free breakfast and parking was available. Four nights stay while floors being replaced at home and would recommend and stay here again.
