Our ac unit for the room was leaking all over the floor and we didnt know until we got back the first night and the floor was soaking wet. We couldnt get a new room due to them being booked so we had to wait till almost 1 am for them to vaccum the floor up so we could go to bed. The shower head was also leaking.

The rooms are too humid and smell bad; the air conditioner is leaking water onto the carpet.

The room smelled musty. The phone did not work. It took 5 different remotes to get the tv to change channels. The WIFI was poor and never connected.

Got to property and was told they didn’t have a room available although I had a booking number with a confirmation number.

Coffee pot did not work Fridge did not work Tub was rusted and looked unclean Had 2 sets of towels for a room for 4 people When asked for accommodations we were treated like it was an inconvenience Not a good experience

The bathroom sink and tub had no hot water, the shower didn’t work. Breakfast was minimal. Milk was expired. Bananas were brown, waffles were good. Had to get our room keys updated several times. The bath tube was spray painted sort of.

We were told over the phone days before our visit that we could get an early check-in, but when we arrived, we were told it would cost $50. I declined to pay. Later, when we returned at the normal check-in time, I was told our requested room was unavailable because it was “dirty.” After about 30 minutes of arguing, we were finally given the same room we originally requested. I asked for a refund at that point, but about 30 minutes later I was suddenly told the room was now “available and clean.” When we finally got inside, the room looked okay at first glance, but then we noticed several issues: • Gross stains on the sofa • Sticky and dirty kitchen counters • Random stains on the walls • Bedsheets that were not clean (we had to request multiple replacements) • Light switches and counters felt grimy — I even had to request sanitation wipes to clean them myself To make matters worse, the pool had way too much chlorine in it, and it appeared the owners allowed their cats to roam the pool area. There was cat food by the pool and cats walking up and down the area while guests were there. This was not the standard of cleanliness or professionalism I expected. I would not recommend this place at all

There was no way of turning the shower on.

No toilet paper in the room, no TV remote in the room. Then the front desk had no spare remotes

The second floor hallway smelled musty when we got out of the elevator. That smell never went away. The room was ok although some things didn’t work. The phone did not work. Mentioned to front desk a few times but was never fixed. The sink had a white crust over the faucets.there is a water leak when the water was turned on that was never fixed. Floor in bathroom was quite slippery even when dry. Seems like the wrong cleaner is being used that’s leaving a film on it Hair dryer didn’t work. Brought it to the front desk and eventually got a replacement. Cleaning staff just replaced towels. Didn’t make up bed or clean anything else in the room Breakfast… lol… only had a waffle maker, apples, cereal and yogurt. Not what we were expecting.

It was very comfortable and close for our wedding event The only was that the bathroom floor were slippery when we arrived that we had to use our towels to walk on because they were so slippery, and the closet mirror was cracked

The staff was amazing and sweet! The rooms are not to far from the food places and shopping! Didn’t have any problems at all!

Room was musky, damp, smelled like mold bad! That was the second room i was moved to. Both rooms had small roaches. Bugs in the toilet. The toilet struggled to flush, the "ac" through out himid air. The vents were extremely dirty. The shower had rust everywhere and holes. The water came out orange!! Mirror door was not attached. Headboards had head stains on them. The sink faucet leaked. "Breakfast" was cereal and expired yogurt. The juice and water machine just sprayed everywhere. I took photos and video of everytbing. I do not know how health inspections has not shut them down. The entrance looks pretty but thats about it!

We arrived late and when we woke up in the morning I saw something moving and it was a mouse, then after inspection the whole room there was grass hoppers & ants.

The entry to the hotel and the common spaces were beautiful. The room not quite in the same league-dirt in the shower, stained towels, hard bed, very musty smell. The room smelled like a wet dog. It may have been the filter to the AC.

We showed up late due to being at volleyball games. Our room was not ready, the guy had to go check if the room was clean. It was not, he got us in a different room. Cool. We walk in and immediately the smell is intense, like mold covered up with pine sol or something. Tried to fan the room. Smell WAY too much, overpowering. Went and let front desk know. My friend had grabbed a towel from the bathroom to cover her nose. He came and checked and immediately walked us to another room. Before leaving the smelly room, he asked for the towel back and WENT AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BATHROOM! Lol, ick! Gross! She was like I wiped my nose on that towel. The second new room was a suite, more spacious. All was fine. Only thing was it was an ADA room and two bars of used soap (that cleaning didn't throw away) were left on the folded up shower seat. No big, just didn't touch them. But gave not so clean vibes, but for sure got that impression after putting contaminated towel back in bathroom. The breakfast was pretty sparse. If you love waffles, cereal and/or yogurt you would have been in heaven. Sub par experience, but not the worst I've seen.

Breakfast was a little disappointing and no coffee in the morning isn’t great, but everything else was just about perfect.

The shower needed grip on bottom and the shower rod was broken and the drain didn’t work. Hole in bed room wall had hole.

It was hot and not as clean for a hotel ..

Ice machine was not working, front deskperson was new and did not know how to complete all tasks. Room was clean, beds comfortable.

We have stayed her several times ..really took a dive .wont stay here again. Ask employees atvthe front desk all of them are new ..that should tell you something..they know nothing about anything you ask them .cleaning crew was two grown men who looked questionable.

The hotel looked new and was clean.

The elevator was not working properly. The room was so humid, the papers I had with me got soggy. The A/C was not really cooling. The shower head was nasty. I got athlete's foot from showering there.

Breakfast had very few options.

Checking in took an hour cause there tablet to sign wasn’t working after an hour of trying over and over she told me oh I guess I can’t get your signature and handed me the keycard she should have just gave me it from the getgo ac not working rooms were hot would wake up sweating we told the front desk and they just told us everyone’s telling us it’s hot y’all aren’t the only ones. Top shower head didn’t work was just tub faucet ice machine not working

The rate does not fit the standard of this hotel. My bathtub was rusty and very slick. Afraid of a slip and fall.

The hotel ran out of towels and at breakfast there was 30 minutes left and so they wouldn't put out any more food. So we had to go somewhere else for breakfast, even though the nights stay comes with brakfast. Kinda rude staff about the card keys as well.

The room was warm and the AC would only go down to 70. I was leaving to a concert and asked front desk for a fan. They promised me a fan when I come back. Unfortunately they let someone else use it. Sunday I woke up sweating… the room was still very warm.

Good location

It was pretty poor, they had machines to wash but no way to get quarters for them so we didn’t get to wash clothes. The breakfast was very basic nothing but waffles, yogurt, and regular drink. Was hoping for a better breakfast like our other stays. You can hear everything in the rooms, so it was kinda hard to get a good sleep. The pool was nice but no one was picking up after the kids leaving traces of water puddles and no wet signs, my kids could of slipped and hurt themselves checking in we weren’t even in our rooms yet.

The air condition was not working the night I checked in. No one available to fix that night. Next day they give me a new room. There was a Cat inside the new room sitting in the Window behind the curtains. There was nothing for breakfast except waffles. There was no attendant to reach out during breakfast. I made a complaint and was offered additional night free stay which I declined. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend anyone.

Had broken things in the room. Shower head, shower curtain rod. Ice bucket but no ice machine. Card lock barely worked had to use multiple times to get in.

It was a clean room and we didn’t have any complaints or issues about anything. We did not have/eat breakfast there even though we were informed when we checked in.

A/C was messed up.

Leaky bathroom faucet & showerhead. Never fixed. Caulked BR faucet. No way that will work - no maintenance. Dining area & halls hot.

Room 201 is very noisy. The a/c is all you can hear all night long. It’s so loud, the room and hallways had a weird smell. The bathroom floor was dirty, dead bugs in the corner. Looks like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned. The pull out sofa bed mattress was dirty, had several brown stains. Only positive was we were able to check in 30 mins early.

It started at the check-in when I was told that the room I reserved with the King Bed was not available so I had to settle for queen beds. In addition, I do not even know if WI-FI was available because nothing was noted on the Key envelope or mentioned at the front desk. The room had a very noisy air conditioner unit which the only way I could quite down was by setting the thermostat to a higher temperature which made the room at some point very hot and uncomfortable so I had to deal with the noise. Lastly, the hotel advertises that comes with breakfast, that's a joke!! A bowl of apples, two containers feeder style of terrible cereals and a ridiculous waffle machine. That's their concept of breakfast, really? At least the OJ from the machine was good.

Room had a musty smell

I did not get the room for which I had reserved. I did get a better room with more amenities, but the closer door was falling off its railing and the toilet bowl was not operational since water had been cut off the water tank. I had to fill the trash can with water and then dump it into the toiler. This was very inconvenient.

The management decided to paint our room while we were out at the beach. Our room door was left WIDE OPEN with no staff around. All of our belongings inside, including my purse and laptop. Why would you even paint while guests were staying in the room? Management didn’t seem to think that was a problem. They moved us to a different room, which had obviously been painted in the last few hours because the fumes were horrible. They also didn’t think that was an issue for a 3 year old to be in a fumed room. The 3rd room and 3rd time we moved all of our stuff, the toilet didn’t flush. I was SO over it at that point I was like screw it. We had to fill the tank up everytime we used the toilet. But hey at least this one was on the ground floor since the elevator also didn’t work. We tried to do laundry and the machine didn’t have any soap so we wasted money on that too. The breakfast is also a joke, it’s literally stale cereal and a waffle maker. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone ever.

We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip to the coast. We were a big group but the hotel was more than accommodating and very helpful. It’s about a 15 minute drive to shoreline, but the price was right and the rooms were superb. The pool area was nice and their dining room was very neat. We’ll definitely book again!

Bathrooms with corrosion in the bathtub, the shower curtains are not changed, they had hands with dirt stuck to them, they give you the rooms uncleaned and the staff tells you that if it is not clean, tell the housekeeper to clean it as if it were your work, Note: They don't have enough employees and another Note: The manager is the one who makes breakfast.

We travel a lot , and we hope and plan to stay here again!!

Staff was nice, but hotel needs an update, smelled funny, carpet old, bathroom was molded I think was overpriced for the quality I have stayed at another Quality Inn and this one was yucky

we were given a room that the bed sofa was broke and the air condition was making a noise. After we told the front desk they had assign us to another room(handcap) down stairs. Therefore we had to remove all belongs in that first room on the second floor and take them to the first floor. The room had spots on the ceiling were water leaked through from the second floor. The breakfast did not have many selections(cold cereal,juice, yogurt and waffles).

Shower was broken. Coffee pot was missing and all that was available for breakfast was cold cereal and waffles.

I liked that I got the first floor and room was close to desk but it was noisy because of the sound system. I kept hearing the base on the music, all 2 nights at nighttime when I was trying to sleep.

Quick and easy booking, check-in and the room is clean and comfortable.

It was just okay. The room needs some repairs. The shower curtain rod was not on tight so the shower curtain did not cover he water. The pillows were small. The breakfast had no variety. The waffle batter was rancid. Will probably not stay there again.

Could have been a little cleaner. No hair dryer, when I went to front desk, he checked and came to our room and said they were out.

They need to figure something out about breakfast. The breakfast tacos were gone in half an hour and all that was available was one waffle iron. Preparing food for 4 people would take 12 minutes and the bottle neck line was frustrating. Get a second or third waffle iron and have bagels and/or muffins as an option. They also seemed annoyed that our group didn’t want to share wet towels. Asked for extra towels because we had 3 but there were 6 people in our group. Got it for me but seemed annoyed. Overall, the stay was fine and the place was clean enough but better customer service and a less frustrating breakfast would have gone a long way in making the experience more pleasurable.

I traveled 7 hours only to find that this hotel overbooked and didn’t have a room available for me. We were on the phone with Hotels.com for 2 hours and were not accommodating at all. To add insult to injury, they charged our card on file for a room we never saw!!

Halls were dirty. When we went for breakfast, there was absolutely nothing. Only fruit cups. We asked for clean towels when we got in one night. They guy in the front said he would take them in a fee minutes. They never came. Horrible hotel.

I had a couple issues in the beginning but the clerk took care of them immediately.

Room was not ready upon check in. We were there 30 minutes prior to check in. Room was clean there but there was no hair dryer. For paying approximately $150 per night one would expect better accommodations. Breakfast was not up to par. Things were cold and mediocre.

Video evidence and will be contacting a lawyer about this. They are falsely advertising a clean room.

I didn’t like anything about the property. We had no coffee machine in our room. I had to ask for one and they didn’t believe there was it one. Continental breakfast was almost non existent. They told me to come early or it would be gone. We only went once because there was no coffee and all there was were egg tacos wrapped in foil, yogurt and juice. Also when I opened the door for the maintenance man who was knocking, he walked right in to take our dirty towels. We had only just gotten there at 1 am and hadn’t even used the towels yet. That was very uncomfortable and I told him no and to leave. Won’t stay there again.

I liked the big aquarium in the lobby and the breakfast tacos.

My checkin took longer than normal with no one ahead of me. The room provided had beds that had not been made. Had to return back to lobby for new room. My new room had tub with rust, towel rack was broken and room had stale smell. Am so disappointed as the location is why I stay here. I must say it is NOT worth the $109 a night.

This place was really hot in all the entry ways , foyer , and dining area . We rented a suite , the couches were so filthy that we wouldn’t sit on them without a towel. They breakfast was a joke! They only served burritos , limit one , no fruit ,no dry cereal , no oatmeal , no waffles . I wish I could have just refunded the room and stayed in my car .

After a few more minutes I tried calling the hotel directly and finally (because the phone was ringing) someone came. He had on a stained shirt full of holes. Room was not clean (bugs, stains, hairs, trash in trash can, dirty wash cloth on shower rod) and hide-a-bed was broken but they said they could not move us to another room. Breakfast was honeybuns and egg & potato burritos. That’s it. And apparently a cat lives in the hotel as he was in the lobby when we checked in and in the breakfast area the next morning too. We will absolutely never stay at this hotel or any Choice hotels ever again.

I could not even shower the next morning as i just wanted to leave. i was in town for a funeral but i just wish they had more hotels in town . A marriott would be nice!! do not be in the hospitality industry if you cant run a hotel

Junky ran down hotel with a cat wondering the foyer and breakfast area.

There was a huge dead roach in our room in the entry way. The air conditioner didnt get cold enough. The beds were very uncomfortably. The coffee was horrible. The only food for breakfast was a honey bun or yogurt. Not enough to choose from. Not even juice available. And non handicap people were parking in handicap zones and they refuse to have them towed so real handicap could park.

Staff isn’t AMAZING but not really rude either, their pool is a chaotic mess, even at 7am with no one in it it’s filled with used pool toys and water slipper bugs living in the water. We found hair that didn’t belong to any of us in the shower, come on cleaning staff.. not happy that I spent over 200$ and this was my stay.

Always leave my “do not disturb” on my door but still had someone come into room. The room also had wires hanging from ceiling exposed. I thought the price was high for this stay. Also, seems odd to have cats roaming around where breakfast is being served. Just a very strange stay.

The toilet wouldn’t flush upon arrival . I think that’s really the only complaint.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice a little small but good. Easy to get into the parking lot and easy access to the interstate.

this place is not close to Corpus Christi and breakfast was first come first serve limited amount.

The staff was great, room was clean, pool was overfilled, and the breakfast was pretty nonexistent. They had honeybuns and bean and cheese taco in flour tortillas which due to food issues 2/3 of our party couldn't eat. For the price, had i known we probably would have stayed elsewhere

The air conditioner was not working we reserved for two nights and only stayed one couldnt stand the heat in the room they had no extra rooms we told them in the mornings the air wasn't working gave them plenty of time to fix it got back that night and steal wasn't working .
