It was a quiet stay.Just remind housekeeping to check the refrigerators and make sure they sleep under the sink. Tje beds were comfortable. I slept well thank you

The room was small but nice. It was only me and I came for one night to be close to work so, I wasn’t too picky. I didnt like not having a microwave in the room. Had to use the one in the lobby. I also didn’t like the fact there were a bunch of guys in the pool area making a LOT of noise around 9pm. It was a bit uncomfortable not knowing the area and feeling like that particular situation could escalate given their behavior. But overall, it was a good stay. AC worked great. Water pressure and temp was perfect. Sucks they didnt have any shower soap, so make sure you bring you’re own.

Location was good. Staff was not friendly. There was trash and dirt under the beds and the pool area was filthy all the chairs were broken no umbrellas.

Disappointing

Sewer smell kept coming from the sink or toilet every time the next room went flush. We kept the sink water running on low to help with it throughout the night.

It was quiet. The location is good. You could walk to the store or grab something to eat easily. The bed was comfortable the shower was warm. What more could you ask for.

It's close to Texas Motor Speedway and seems to stay nearly full but it was still quiet and I slept like a baby. It was exactly what I needed. It was quiet. The location is good. we came with a reservation, when we got into the room we found out the AC wasnt not working which is understandable,when told to the employee at the front he told us there were no other room available we had to wait for maintenance guy to show up, we waited for over an hour nobody ever showed up , so we went to speak to employee once again. Turns out the guy had not even called the maintenance guy and offered us a room after telling us no other rooms were available effectively lying straight to our faces.When we told him to cancel he denied and told we had to wait until monday to speak with a manager(it was saturday) and no option for a refund.We were very unpleased with the staff and do not appreciate lying.We understand if theres any issues with the rooms it happens but staff should look to help not treat customers like that(small short guy with a white shirt 5/23/26

Sheets didn’t even smell clean not even Clorox nothing did for that matter .. NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing but crack heads and fighting in the parking lots- TVs do not work, wires all pulled out of them and on the floor. Dirty and gross.

Property was definitely pet-friendly. Staff was short and impolite. Came back from dinner to find cops in the parking lot. Woke up in the night to a strong smell of marijuana emanating from the hallway into my room. Most importantly, there were roaches in my room that caused me to check out at 5 AM. I cancelled my second night when I checked out, and the desk clerk didn't even ask why. I recommend the Quality Inn next door.

Bed was very uncomfortable - issues when I checked in about payment. I had proof with me of already paid. Finally had it cleared up!!

It smelled horrible when I walked in! the building! Beds were nice and clean but air was mediocre, very loud, rust on doorways in the room and bathroom, hair still in the shower. I was disappointed compared to other Motel 6 locations!!! Sorry but I will not stay there again! I woke up and left as soon as I could! The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, like I was sleeping on a box spring!!! Staff was very pleasant but that’s it!!

The entire staff is very rude; they treat you terribly and are very racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Furthermore, they kicked me out of the place because I couldn't speak English well, and now they refuse to refund my money, even though I didn't use the service.

If you’re only looking for the absolute cheapest option and don’t care about cleanliness or safety, this might work for you—but otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

The check-in staff was extremely unhelpful. I paid for a NON-SMOKING room, BUT the hallway reeked of smoke. The room was a little better, but the blankets and sheets still smelled like they had been run through an ashtray.

on Feb 16 I got charge 339 on my credit card, when i got to the motel I do not had a reservation , so I pay again what's going on

Neglected room. Hallway actively smelled like obvious smoking was occurring in non-smoking rooms. Mold in the shower, rust on all other metal surfaces that weren't mold. Dead roaches in the corners of the room. Blood stains on the sheets. Thermostat didn't work and HVAC unit barely functioned when operated locally. TV remote had batteries, which fell out repeatedly because battery backplate was missing. Had to check out a full day early to try and beat weather, didn't receive a refund for the unused day because the establishment said hotels.com had to authorize the refund, and hotels.com said the establishment had to authorize a refund. It's nice enough if your garbage or don't shower regularly. I know motel 6 is a hit or miss chain... probably go ahead and miss this one. It's worth another $50 a night to stay next door. Pretty much if you don't hate yourself I wouldn't recommend.

Stayed at Motel 6 and was disappointed with the experience. Housekeeping was poor, and the room was not properly cleaned. The heater also did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations.

Great Hotel with great staff!

The 2nd floor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and sewerage. The room was outdated and small, and also smelled stale. Would not return.

Refrigerator didnt work and had no microwave, half the plugs didnt work. Staff was nice but room was not great. Room even smelt kinda bad like a mix of paint and cigarette smoke. Took food to warm up for me my wife and daughter and went bad so we had to buy food for the rest of time there.

Staff was very Rude my family rented 2 rooms and main entrance doors to room did not work properly or close correctly. On first attempt of closing door.or locking mechanism. Did not lock for extra security thank goodness we were only staying one night

There was drops of dried blood in the bathroom near the toilet. Holes punched in the walls and thermostat on the wall was missing. I had to leave.

No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No shampoo. The bed wasn’t a queen bed and it felt like sleeping on concrete.

The cleaning lady replaced my hand towel bath towels but never replaced my wash clothes had to go to the front desk every day to get one. The staff barely spoke English very hard to communicate with!

There was mold all on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The mattress was like laying on a rock and it took a bit for the heat to turn hot. The biggest thing was when checking in the guy behind the counter was on his computer watching something and finally noticed me when I hit the bell.

The had a smell and the front desk barely understood English and what I was asking for.

I checked into this establishment after a long day of work just to get a room that smelled of paint and something else. Checked the bed paint all over sheets floor and seats in room. Asked to switch rooms, which they accommodated. New room had bugs in the bed, smelled of cigarettes and shower was not cleaned. I would not be staying at this place again. Second Motel 6 I’ve stayed in the past year both have just been bad. This one in particular they went out of their way to be super cheap. It’s got to be the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen in the United States. The beds feel like you’re sleeping on a piece of plywood. Bathrooms are extremely small hard to move around it did have cable TV, but almost all the stations were Spanish,

Understanding you get what you pay for. This as a cheaper stay it was fine, but it’s bare bones budget with very few amenities.

You get what you pay for, it's wasn't dirty... But the floor was sticky to my shoes and it smelt like India food.

The lights in our room did not work. Only one light was working. The tv wasn’t working. The bathroom had spots where the mold was building up. But it was just somewhere to stay after coming in for an event. It was in a very convenient area considering our event was less than 5 min away.

Guy at the front was extremely rude. Every time I went to address a concern, he was sitting in the back with his shoes off. Just a very unkind person and acted as if my concerns were inconveniencing him somehow. Beds are barely sturdy enough to lay on, mattress might as well be on the floor but then you’d be laying with the cockroaches. Night stand in between beds literally falling off the wall. Did not feel safe being outside of the room at all. Overall stay was a horrific experience.

Usually shorted me on hand towels. No hairdryer. Staff always seemed irritated when I asked for something rather than polite. No Channel guide for TV in room. Had to have them print out one at the front desk for me. The TV was very dark and no way to brighten it up on remote. And last but not least, the pillows must have been at least 8-10 years old. They were not comfortable at all. Worst room I have ever had in 55 years of travel all around the world.

Easy check-in. Good accommodations. Small issue with WiFi, connecting my Nintendo Switch. But, got it resoled. Overall, good experience.

It is one of the best Motel 6 hotels I have stayed at. The bench in the bedroom provided more comfortable seating than the standard wooden chair. The shower was a stall, with a small bench. The room was clean. Plenty of restaurants in the area, Buccees across the street with Tanger Outlet Mall not too much further away. Hotel had a pool, though I don't know if it was open or not.

The hotel was a reasonable price and reviews did not seem that bad. Hotel staff was slightly rude and the rooms were not clean and the furniture was falling apart. First room they switched me to did not have curtains. The second room, the key did not work. The pool is a hazard itself. Parts of the pool chipping away and tile falling off. Had my autistic grandson with me and staff was rude about it when he would laugh loud while going through the lobby. If you want a stay that is affordable but not comfortable at all, this is the place.

The AC was not working very efficiently at all. I asked to be switched to another room. There was not one available. Front desk came to look and insisted it was working fine. It finally reached 78 degrees by 2am. It should be noted that we developed a power issue at home and the electrician couldn't come until the next day. I chose this hotel so I could enjoy some AC and electricity for the night. Next time I'll choose somewhere different.

Attendant at counter was indifferent and unfriendly. At first he didn't want to give us sheets and blankets for our daughter until I persuaded him to. If you don't want to have customer service skills, find another job.

One of our two rooms, upon arrival, had someone in it. Then our rooms had mold in the showers and dust everywhere. They did move us to different rooms which were better. The sheets were on the scratchy side, and the hallways and elevator were grossly unclean. We got a little less than what we expected for the price. We knew we were in a low budget hotel, but some of these things are free to fix. We frequent the area, and won’t stay here again.

I was definitely surprised at how clean this hotel was. Usually when you think of motel six you think of the 70s and 80s old carpeting rundown. This is 100% just the opposite. It was very neat very clean. It had like fake hardwood floors. So it’s a lot nicer than carpeting. It even had a glass door shower. I was very impressed and I would definitely stay there again.

No bath towels in room. At 7am was told to wait until 9am for house keeping. One pillow for 2 people. Front desk told us sorry thats all the pillows because they were so busy. Smoke alarm had packing tape holding it together. No shampoo or conditioner.

I find it strange there are no microwaves in the rooms. There are only 2 in the main lobby for all guest of 3 floors to share. Weird, even for the motel 6

Spoke only three words to me while checking in. He hates his job. Now moving on the conditions of the room and hallway. Yes I said hallway. Just walking to the room was horrible. With the mounds of animal hair and the smell of devils lettuce slapping you in the face, I knew I messed up staying here. But wait there’s the room. Upon opening the room, our nostrils were hit with the most musty smell imaginable. There was an army of sugar ants on the small table and dust bunnies all over the floor. Women’s hair just relaxing in the shower floor. This experience made me rethink life. Motel 6 please do better. Enforce the NO Smoking rules. Take the crap outside. Rje be nice. It’s not hard. House keeping, do your job. You only did one visit during three day stay. Ok I’m done.

There is no coffee in the room and no breakfast offered. I didn't read the fine print before booking. I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered. I guess I assumed that all hotels had coffee in the room now. My biggest complaint with all hotels, no matter how much they cost is the terrible toilet paper. Its jut about useless
