What a great experience, the room was clean , the sweet lady from the evening is phenomenal, breakfast had a great variety , just wished they would of changed it a bit on different days ( maybe do bacon one day verses sausage every day) and put some grated cheese to put on eggs 😇 loved the hot tub and pool . Will definitely be coming back

My first night there I was bitten 11 times by bed bugs. I told the receptionist at the front desk and she gave me another room. I had to pack everything up and move to another room in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep cause the bites itched so bad. I was told by the manager I would be reimbursed 2 nights and have not received anything. I will never stay there again.

This property is clean and easy to access from the 114 highway. Older and in need of a little refreshing (worn carpet) but nice overall.

Breakfast was good wish they had biscuits and gravy and bacon but it's was good and the waffle maker was awesome can't think of anything I didn't like all staff members was excellent The place was quite and oeaceful

Staff were very nice and hotel was nice and clean. My only issue was that the lemon infused water was empty and even after I asked about a cup, it wasn't filled; next morning it was still empty.

Stayed here with family for vacation,it was an excellent stay, everyone enjoyed the pool, and breakfast, and the rooms were nice, staff was very friendly.We will definitely stay at this location again.

Bed wasn’t comfy.

Bathroom was dirty, toilet was not cleaned at all. Filters in the air units were filthy, sink in the room was not cleaned, carpet was dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

The room was clean, but smelled musty and damp on arrival. The building definitely has areas that need to be touched up and or updated, but it was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, the pool was clean, and breakfast was great!

The first room we went into smelled like they had just washed the carpet but the receptionist quickly moved us to another room and that was way better. First time staying at Comfort Suites, so that was pleasant. Breakfast could’ve been better, with fresher bread selections. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were reasonably modern. The continental breakfast was decent and the rooms were reasonably priced.

The staff is absolutely terrible, rude and not helpful in any way. We had booked a two night stay and the first night We had asked some questions and they acted like we were stupid for asking certain questions about charges on our card. We had called and before I hung up I realized they hadn’t hung up on their end and I could hear them talking amongst each other and they were extremely unprofessional laughing talking about my husband and I. The second night we noticed there was more charges and decided to go to the counter and talk to them and once again extremely rude and sarcastic in manner!!! Wouldn’t recommend unless they change their staff!!

Great price for the quality. This is our second stay here this month.

It was clean but you could tell the property is getting older and needs updating. No majors issues. Wish they would have kept the free water dispenser filled (noticed multiple times it was empty).

The room was spacious and the hotel was accommodating. We needed to add a pet to the second night and they did it without any issue.

Room looked fine at first sight but I woke up to bed bug bites all over my arm . When checking out at 11 I asked for a refund but was told I had to wait until 3 for a manager and the staff was unapologetic like this is a normal occurrent . I am not from forworth and was leaving right after check out so i wouldn’t be able to get a refund if i had to wait until. Terrible stay.

The biggest issue was spotty internet service. The room was clean and nice. The common area carpets were dirty by the elevators. The lemon water dispenser didn't have cups. The hot water dispenser had luke-warm water. Otherwise, it was fine.

I asked for change of room because tub faucet wouldn’t turn off. The desk staff quickly complied. Rooms could be updated. Regular room had no grab bars in tub area. Toilet paper is hard to reach behind while sitting on toilet. Toilets too low for adult.

The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned everyday. Good location though to food and night life!

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very affordable. The beds and linens were comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure and the pet policy was great. However, I reserved and paid in full in Hotels.com and when I got to the hotel I was then told I had to pay an additional 30% deposit of the total room charge cos that was “hotel policy” yet that was not disclosed during the reservation and payment stage online. I have yet to receive that deposit back and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel, because that deposit seems like a scam.

Room was clean. Could see water damage on the ceiling with poor repair job. Could use some TLC. Everything worked. Sheets were very worn out.

Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I wanted to ask her was for a different room due to AC. I know it would not have ended well. First negative review I've had to write in several years. We stay in several hotels for basketball tournaments always around the same price range. Beds have always been comfortable and rooms have always been cold. Just a terrible experience overall for the one night we were there. Oh and rust water stains all over the tub. We thought it was dirt at first but just stains. But that didn't even bother me. Just the terrible beds and that terrible AC made it miserable to sleep!!! Please do better.

Property is a bit dated and beat up and ready for a refresh but the staff was nice and the coffee was warm and the location was pretty good for what I needed.

Waffles were good not much of options but things were fresh.

The ottoman cubes for the couch were tattered around the edges and just brought the room appearance down a couple of notches. We reported slow leak under sink and difficulty with getting shower water turned all the way off.

There was a spilled milk stain on the couch in our room. I pointed it out to the electrician who was working on the air in our room. He was very nice and got the air working and it was great for the 2 nights we were there. He also let the front desk know about the milk stain so we would not be charged a fee for that. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had a great relaxing stay!!

The photos of the room I booked showed a jacuzzi tub in the room however when we arrived we were told that there isn’t a jacuzzi in our room. We were told that Expedia put the wrong photos on the reservations. There were also dead bugs in the window and on the bedding.

Severely outdated... well, everything. Gym is a death trap. The breakfast? Good luck getting scraps. Packed wall to wall. Lines for everything. Not enough food.

They need to clean the in room coffee makers. The water reservoir had lots of stuff floating in it. That’ll get someone sick quick.

Staff, specifically Devon. Engaged in conversation and made excellent recommendations for the food in the Market. The hotel itself was quiet and clean. Needs updating, but all in all a nice stay. Plus it is perfectly located between my niece and her husband and her parents homes, so VERY convenient. Will definitely be staying there again.

Everything was great , had a wonderful relaxing stay, only complaint was food breakfast was absolutely horrible, eggs rubbery , meat nasty, so breakfast worse than any hotel stay.

Upon arriving we had room 117. Check in was wonderful. Our room was very spacious and wonderful. Bed was surprisingly very comfy. Shower water is very very hot. Linen was soft. Now.... the hot tub was nice and warm. Jets do not work. Pool is very fridged. There were no towls for the pool either. Our room is literally bext door to breakfast area. We never heard a sound or noise the next morning. People talking going down the hall never seeped thru our room. Breakfast...... circle eggs, sausage, waffles, 3 types of cereal, bagel, toast, yougart, muffins, juice, milk. Wish they would do bacon. We will stay again if in the area.

This is not an expensive hotel, so don't expect the same as you would at a high-end hotel. The breakfast had eggs and sausage, yogurt and bagels/breads and waffles; coffee and juice. The room was spacious and a little worn but fine for the price. The people were nice. I would stay here again.
