SpringHill Suites Dallas Richardson/Plano

We were very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The manager was unwilling to refund us for one of the two nights, so we ultimately decided to leave early. The alternative room we were offered also had dirty sheets, which only added to our frustration. Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay and expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Was mostly good but the beds were awful.

Modern, clean hotel. The location is close to several highways.

Large room - well designed. The gentleman at the front desk (worked nights) whose name began with a J was amazing - sorry I can’t remember his name. But please recognize his hospitality. The breakfast was good too.

The cleaness I loved everything

We stayed in a junior suite. The layout was particularly convenient, having two separate toilets: one equipped with a bidet and a small basin, and the other featuring a bathtub, shower, and a larger basin. This setup was very practical. Also, there was also a small walk-in closet, just large enough for an average-sized person to change comfortably inside. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good, with staff constantly refilling and cleaning the area. I liked the welcome message in different languages at the entrance of the hotel. The lobby needs more chairs, there simply weren't enough. And the coffee maker in the room, useless without a jug.

Breakfast was good, nice variety of items and all were hot. The bed was too low. It was probably 20 inches tall but when sat on it got even lower. It made getting up from the bed so low I could not get up. It was 3:30 in the morning and I struggled for 15 minutes trying to get up having to go to the bathroom and could not. Finally I had to wake up my daughter to help me up. I went to sleep on the couch which was not comfortable at all. The next morning I tried to change rooms to get a taller bed but I was informed that rooms with taller beds did not have handicap items such as bars on the wall by the toilet or shower. I don't know if this is the choice in all hotels but I will search elsewhere.

The room was very clean and in order when we arrived. The separate shower room allowed more than 1 person to prepare for the day. Great idea!

GYM Door to bathroom portion with shower kept coming off track and there was no weekend maintenance man. Trash was left around the pool I told the manager and she just complained there was no weekend maintenance man instead of getting a broom and taking out the trash.

My family and I stayed for 1 night. We appreciated the big room space, cleanliness, and pool access after driving 10+ hours. The bed was not as comfortable as other reviews mentioned and need to be replaced. I also saw the receptionist hand one client a bag of bottle water but did not offer us any. She wasn’t very welcoming either but did her job to check us in. Breakfast options were decent.

Lo demás muy bien. Ventanas que no dejen pasar sonido son importantes. Ojalá renueven. Y seguridad para reforzar tranquilidad a los huéspedes es muy importante.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was good each morning. Happy hour didn't start at 5pm like we were told, but all was well in the end.

Staff,clean room, parking young lady at check-in and check out was superb. Need to hire more young people with her professionalism, smile and sense of humor! Very courteous!

I really didn't like being on the 4th floor, no air in the hallway, you could not latch the door to the shower, the toilet was extremely low to the floor, the pool was dirty had all kinds of trash inside so we got in but got back out it was just too dirty

The location was good. Close to where the event was located that I came for. The hotel was nice. I liked that the sofa was large enough for sleeping plus the little pull out bed underneath was kool. Nice place and good breakfast

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay.

The first time at a springhill suites there was poop in the room, didn't give us a new room. This time theres womens underwear in the room. Obviously the cleaning staff is not doing their job.

The staff lacked complete coordination, with led to very rude and strong language which was completely unnecessary, uncomfortable situation.

Clean room, we had a family suite and it was the room was spacious. Breakfast was good, would have loved a few more options but was fresh and warm. We will definitely chose again to stay when we are back in Dallas.

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the kitchen workers at the breakfast bar went out of their way to be warm and welcoming. The hotel was well kept and very clean. Our room had everything we needed. Our overnight stay was completely enjoyable!!

The property is located in a perfect place with easy access to parking. Staff is the best you could ask for. It has a small bar which is a very nice option. Breakfast is nice.

Will definitely stay here with my family for our next trip to Dallas!

Clean rooms and great staff

Hotel and room were wonderful for our very brief visit. The carpet in the hallway had extra padding to help reduce noise and we never heard hallway noise in our room. Furnishings were lovely and the bed was comfortable. We loved the separate toilet room which would be great when traveling with the kids. The only hiccup was the lack of hot water. The front desk called us after we booked the room and let us know they were working on repairs but he assured us the work would be finished by morning. Unfortunately, the repairs were not quite finished and we had cold showers. So kudos to them for warning us but one star off for not completing the work in time.

Reasonable price. Very rude staff. Rooms were not serviced, and I was not told I had to ask. When I got in the shower, there was no shampoo or cream rinse. When I called down to get some, they said I had to go to the front desk. They wouldn't bring it up.

This hotel was wonderful for our family stay for a soccer game. Toni and Michael were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and so helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are so comfortable. Well maintained.

We didn’t like the design of the room. The air conditioner, which is necessary, blew freezing air directly over the bed. Sleeping was miserable. I won’t stay there ever again

I was having surgery next door so it was more convenient but this place is well recommended very cleans and desk clerk was very nice and helpful

Desk manager Wendy was the best part of our stay- when we had an issue she was so accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. Facility was not quite as nice as others I’ve stayed in, but still good quality location!

A nice area, with lots of dining options, near by. Also the front desk staff was very friendly, and informative. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Negatives: Our room (205) had NO hot water. And this was a little frustrating considering we were there for a softball tournament, and hot showers would've been nice. But we sucked it up, because we didn't want to pack everything up and switch, especially with being so busy. Also I reserved what I thought was a one bedroom hotel, and while the space was very nice, it was not a "bedroom". It was an open floor plan with a divider near the pull out couch, which also made the TV sit super awkward. And I feel like they should advertise that, instead of a one bedroom. But all in all, it was a nice stay and a beautiful hotel.

Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel. It was clean. Everything seem to be in good working order…absolutely no complaints from us.

Easy check in and check out and clean room

It was a good trip all was great service, and room was nice. Only issue pool and whirlpool was closed due to being green. Was really looking foward to using the whirlpool. Other than it was very exceptional.
