Thank you for having breakfast included with the room! Having hard-boiled eggs for those who are carb conscious or gluten-free was helpful.

Minimal breakfast, cold options, no drinking water provided. Rooms are painted over, signs of rusting, hallways old, very surprised it is associated with Hilton hotels. Only positive was clean enough to stay overnight

The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. We accidentally booked a mobility room and it smelled a bit moldy. When we told them, they changed our room to another good one for free. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only problem was the breakfast eggs were not good.

Visiting grand kids in The L's, so this isn't particularly close, but works. Our 2nd stay, very consistent excellent. Both of us fell asleep and stayed asleep-very rare. Fairly dark room. Great TV and selections. Had FOX! Big rooms. Pillows were fine; we usually bring our own, but these were square, different, and excellent. Price is great, 15% higher than last year. The parking for us is excellent. Found a lady bug dead, on the air unit when we first came in, which made us question cleaning. Also, the paint job in the bathroom is as bad as first time we stayed. More of a 'chuckle' moment than affecting our stay. Coffee good, the breakfast is which bad banana do you want. Big seating area. Don't expect anything fancy. ppl at the front desk were alert and attentive.

The breakfast had boiled eggs, different breads, yogart, and fruit juices. Cereals of many kinds. bagels, muffins . could have had more fruit choices.

Hotel was amazing and friendly staffs and they never hesitate to change as well …

PJ, at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Everything went well. Only complaint was that the milk ran out on both breakfast days.

For wat I experienced there the room should have been way cheaper it gave a feel for motel or something but it was ok

The hotel was dirty. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. I had my room changed because there was rust and mold in the shower. The breakfast containers for eggs, for example were dirty. The hallways were dirty and held an odor. How is the hotel rated 4 stars? How are you Expedia touting this hotel as an excellent choice? This was the worst decision in comparison to the Hilton Richardson which come to find out is around the corner at 4 stars with great accommodations. Happy to provide photos.

It was very clean, friendly staff

Staff was nice and the bed was somewhat comfortable. That was the extent of the pros. Room smelled like feet, air conditioner didn’t work right so we were sweltering. Shower head was full of calcium (I assume) so the water was only trickling out, shower was dirty. Bathroom door handle was falling off and door wouldn’t close all the way. Toilet was loose also. No vents in the bathroom and it looked like a minor had slapped some paint on the walls. Overall to be branded as a Hilton, even as a lower level H brand, I expected more. This will be the time we stay here, we will go back staying at the Tru by Hilton or Doubletree. Thankfully it was only a single night.

Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh. Hotel was very quiet. Room was extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel. Very happy with everything.

Rooms was clean enough for a night. The staff was helpful to get me in the room fast enough. I did see roaches in my room tho.

Location was okay for what I needed. The breakfast choices could be better, waffle station at least! The pluming facilities could be better. You had to flush multiple times to clear substance.

I think the rooms needed coffee pots. And I would prefer the breakfast be a hot breakfast.

Came here for family reunion and everything went well especially as soon as you walk in the lobby smells good. The staff is friendly and the manager is good too. They provide complimentary breakfast too with this rate. Will surely come here again.

the staff are approachable and helpful

Definitely a “no frills” location, very basic accommodation. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room and the towels were very thin. The room was clean enough but the cleaning products left an unpleasant odor. There was a cold breakfast offered of bagels, cereal and yogurt. Overall, very underwhelming. I will have to cross this location off my list.

The Entire Experience!!!

The staff was great. The room smelled like wet mold. I did notice there was a leak in the room when I got home on the second day of my stay. I reported it but I am assuming this was the reason for the smell in the room. the back door did not lock so anyone can come in. There was police called because a man entered thru that door and was knocking on people room doors. He was drunk and that was scary.

This property did not meet the expectations or what even close of what the pictures of the property looked like. There was cockroaches in our bathroom, It smelled like mildew, the ac was very loud. It was in a sketch area. One of the worst Hilton rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

There is good coffee in the breakfast buffet. Good bagels. Slippery shower floor, be careful.

During breakfast time we saw a big roach running by the lobby. The male employee was just standing there and didn’t care. The treadmill in the gym was broken. There was no free water available in the gym or breakfast area. We asked for linens for pull out couch bed and we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. Young female overnight employee seemed untrained and unmotivated. The hallways were extremely hot and humid. The room ac was okay. Overall not a good representation of the Hilton brand.

Good to stay if you need somewhere to sleep. However, the place isn’t up to the most modern type of hotels. They have an older hotel building foundation, closer to a motel look, and is still being renovated. Housekeeping cleans your room every other day of the stay. So if you need things, you have to go to the front desk and ask in person so it is a bit inconvenience but maybe partially because of low staff. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and not be disturbed, then this is a decent place.

The staff were very friendly but this hotel was pretty rough. Terrible water pressure, lumpy pillows, very hasty renovation evident in bad paint, etc. We were only there for about 10 hours and honestly that was plenty. I understand this is Hilton’s budget offering but similar price point there are better options.

The people in charge of the hotel didn’t wan to go clean the room ..I asked two times for service and they didn’t want to clean at all…terrible service.

I stayed 1st floor, the room smells weird and the humidity was incredible, i hung my dress and in the morning it was almost wet, and floor was wet too. After one night stay, we hurried out of the place. Never again. I am not sure why this hotel has good ratings in expedia. Maybe because it was first floor?????

Breakfast is very limited and some insects bite me, very annoying.

As a guest, I expect a clean and well-maintained environment, especially from a Hilton-branded property. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not reflect those expectations and left me questioning the overall housekeeping standards. I have photos documenting these issues. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can have a better experience. Based on this stay, I would not choose this location again.

I had originally booked to stay here. The day of check in I went to check out the hotel. The hotel itself looked like it was not clean the front staff was friendly but terrible management. I did not end up staying here.

In the room we rented we constantly kept seeing bed bugs even with the change of sheets you could tell the room had not been cleaned at all was having to move to a different room

Just Basic

Parking was safe and easy pool was dirty full of leaves and trash. The walls had a lot of chipped paint in the room just minor things that you think a Hilton would be able to fix and upkeep.

No frills, but met the basics for the 12 nights I stayed (for conference). Room was clean; air conditioner was occasionally noisy but kept the temp comfortable; room service didn't refill soap/ conditioner, but didn't run out until the day before I left. Bed was firm and comfortable; 48-52" TV. Bagels, cereals, yogurt, apples, muffins, usually "brown" bananas, plus juices, tea, coffee and milk every morning. Small fitness center met the basics. Staff, especially Mahdi (?) was great! Would definitely stay there again

Quiet place and with great food right next door.

Decent rooms for the price. The shower water pressure was awful, the sink felt like it had far greater water pressure. Keep that in mind if you like or need a strong shower.

I'm satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The major issue I had was that upon checking in I was informed of a "Pet fee" which I know is common at hotels and usually runs about $20-$30 per night. Well, that was not the case at the Hyatt the charge for a single night was $75. No this is not one of the Hyatt's top end hotels and the room itself was $84 per night. So, I could have nearly rented an additional room for my "Pet Fee". The pet fee's should be stated on the Hotels.com website so a traveler can be well informed when selecting a hotel. The breakfast is serial and bagels or toast. Nothing very nutritious.

It's a small property without all the bells and whistles. Okay for a night or two but the AC didnt cool very well.

The room was decent. The shower handle was opposite. So hot is up and cold is down. It was reversed. Staff was cool. Really cool kid when I checked in. Breakfast sucked and parking was cool. The hotel just looks beat down. My room was fairly clean just a bunch of hair all over the place. But as soon as you walk out your room…it’s gross!

Second, I woke up with a weird rash all on my face. Idk what kind of detergent or what they use but that’s never happened before. The hotel isn’t bad per se and didn’t seem dirty or anything. Just a bit older.

We will NEVER stay a Spark again. The property was very outdated. The shower did not have a way to open the sliding door once you were in the shower. The HVAC unit made a awful noise the entire stay. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bed was decent only thing positive I can say about this establishment.

The hotel try so hard to cover the bad smell with deodorizer but it really didn't help. The beds will sqaek really bad when we will sit or lay on lt. I call expedia to report the hotel but also Expedia didn't do much to help me. Never stay here.

The breakfast consisted of only bagels. No toast, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no gravy -- just bagels and coffee, boiled eggs, hard apples, and bruised banannas. There was also juice and coffee. Not what I'd call a breakfast.

What made this hotel stand out was the kindness of everyone there.

Staying here was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was calm and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind.

It was very near my conference venue. Many restaurants nearby as well. Accommodating for an infant guest.
