The place itself is great! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a positive experience. However, one of the managers could benefit from an attitude adjustment. My interaction with her was unprofessional and could have been handled more appropriately, which unfortunately took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Hopefully, this can be addressed, as the property itself is very nice.

Didn’t appreciate that we didn’t get clean towels, or get our room fix up but what could we expect if they wouldn’t even take the trash out. We had to put our trash in the hallway and it was the most embarrassing thing to do. Other than that everything was good.

Pool was a bit unkept.

Just need to update the bathrooms, the sink smells horrible, no big mirrors, the showers needs an update but other than that, everything else was ok.

I loved the location (easy access to the highway without being on the highway, lots of places to eat nearby). The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and it was quiet. I slept really well and felt rested for the next day. One of the rooms had a bag of trash left outside in the hall. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said that it would be picked up in the morning. It didn't smell and it was there nicely, but it kinda icked me out that they would not send someone to take care of it (especially since one of the info cards in the room offered trash service.) But it was a holiday weekend and maybe they were short staffed that day. Other than that, the place looked very clean and kept up.

Great location to UT DALLAS and grand daughter

Nice hotel, front desk there was a man that was by himself. Everyone was checking in and he was so nice, proficient, and quick. The room was huge with a balcony over looking the pool. It was quiet at night, pool was nice. Zero complaints and I will be rebooking next month!

Sonesta select is always a good pic. It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly and they’re always there to help when needed.

Just a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the sink was inadequate. The pull pin from tub to shower was faulty. I could not get the local channels. The TV was saying weak signals.

Lil cunning trick on whether breakfast is provided or not. It says available, but when you get there they ask you to pay for breakfast, why not just say it's available for say on your website? Kinda sleak

We booked on the online booking website and we had problems from the beginning. When we got there was told that I had to pay a 100.00 deposit and pay for breakfast. That isn’t a good stay when you want to take all my extra money. We were visiting from New Mexico.

I liked this property for stay.

The shower was good with good water pressure.. the bed was great as well.. The only downside was that the breakfast being offered seemed expensive, so I did breakfast at First Watch restaurant that was located less than 5 min away.. I would certainly stay at this hotel again!!

Friendly staff, well-maintained, good value. No parking fees, free Continental breakfast but I couldn’t wait for it to start — 7:00 on Sundays.

They do not clean the rooms every day; they do it every three days, this is not clarified when the hotel is offered.

First tine booking this hotel and I am very satisfied with it. Clean room, comfy beds, helpful staffs and nice receiptionist area.

The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. Disappointing and unhelpful.

Clean room the room was excellent!!! Staff friendly that was amazing breakfast was NOT included so that’s the only downside!!! The room had good air conditioning just a really good stay I will book again!!!

We came for one of the World Cup games. We had a great time and our accommodations were fantastic.

Bed bugs. They don’t have any protective encasement on bed. Bit all night reported to mangement. Need full refund

The room is good size and as described. The room was overall very clean and the restroom was surface clean. It could use a good deep clean on things like light switches that have gotten a little grimy. Overall though you can tell they clean and but smelled nice.

Rooms were nice and clean. Firm mattress which is hard to find at hotels. One odd thing was the water at the front desk was available only during weekdays, bring your own on the weekend or buy it. Overall very good experience. 👍

The place is very clean and staff are nice. The website mentioned that can ask for a rollaway extra bed however when asking the staff said that they do not have. 3 people have to manage sleeping on a queen bed???

It was clean and the staff was friendly. However, it took at least 5 minutes for the water to get warm enough for me to take a shower, and it never got truly hot. There were no local channels on the TV to watch the weather or news updates. There was not complimentary coffee in the lobby. It fulfilled its purpose for a clean night’s sleep, but considering that I travel frequently, I’ve stayed in much nicer at the same price point.

Reliable internet was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, so this was very disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I would not recommend staying here if dependable Wi-Fi is important to you.

Marvelous I enjoyed my stay

Rome was clean. Staff was attentive. Breakfast does not come included, but was very good. Air-conditioning was OK considering Texas is so hot. Will definitely visit it again.

The customer service was very good. When I requested items to my room, they were brought up promptly. The hotel is definitely not new but did not have any pests. Unfortunately guests allow their pets to use the restroom on the sidewalk and don't picku up after them near the dog potty area. The cleanliness inside the room was not 100% great but not horrible. More attention to detail when cleaning the toilet would have been nice and not having dirty or stained sheets. I did bring my own disposable sheets so that was no issue. The room served its purpose and overall my stay was okay.

I love staying at Sonesta Select Dallas because how clean, comfortable and affordable they are. There is room for improvement in cleaning bathroom walls- I have seen stains on the bathroom walls. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. 100% recommended

The housekeeping staff never came to my room. When I called down to get fresh sheets and towels, I had to gather everything myself and take it to the front desk, get the new items and make the bed myself. I could've just stayed at home.

The breakfast was average but better than the usual continental breakfast most motels provide. It was reasonably priced. The staff was amazing — friendly and full of information about nearby restaurants.

They charge for breakfast, our room didn’t smell good, the bathroom was dirty and it smelled bad, the shower wasn’t working properly, the staff wasn’t that polite, and their was not much channels on the tv to watch.

The room was extremely clean. The toilet seat was loose. I didn’t report it since I only stayed one night. I didn’t have breakfast since it was not included with room price, coffee in the room was terrible so I had coffee delivery from Starbucks. Various Restaurants nearby so plenty of places to eat within area. Parking lot was good size. Staff were polite. It mentioned coffee available in the lobby but that's not the case. Probably won't stay here again. But it's a very nice hotel.

Impressed with everything. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at a very expensive hotel. The staff was kind, helpful and glad to help you. Definitely coming back! Our room was clean and it smelled so good.

The tv in the room was terrible! The sound didn't work on some channels and the viewing was limited. On the second day of my stay I asked for more coffee for my room, I also asked that the trash be emptied, neither was done, when I went down to the desk later in the day they said they sent the message to housekeeping but they would probably do it the next day. There were also a lot of bugs in my room. The bed was nice though.

The staff is fantastic. The room was clean and no one bothered me when i asked for no housekeeping. The lady at the breakfast counter is super friendly and nice. Breakfast was fresh and pretty reasonable. Tjie place is walking distance to a 7 eleven, a short uber ride to walmart, TJMax etc in case you forgot to pack something. Overall a very pleasant experience. will stay here again.

The hotel is in a safe, quiet location with ample parking. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. You can tell the hotel is outdated by the carpet not being "fresh" and the shower being dingy. Overall, the hotel met a need, and I will probably stay there again.

The building property is old but the lobby is the only thing redone. The rooms need work, the water was clogging in the restrooms. Adding on top of everything, the front desk lady during the day was the most rude person I’ve come across.

Fantastic night of sleep!! Spacious room. Very quiet. Hot shower. Great A/C. Has sundry shop, laundry, business center, fitness center and pool on site.

The room itself was decent and comfortable, but it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly—especially the floors, which needed better vacuuming. I booked a room with a balcony, which I was looking forward to, but unfortunately there were multiple wasp nests present. This made it uncomfortable and unsafe to use the space. I would strongly recommend regular inspections and removal of any nests to ensure guest safety. Additionally, the common areas—particularly the hallways and lobby—could benefit from more frequent cleaning. With the amount of foot traffic, there was noticeable dirt buildup near the elevators. Keeping these areas clean and regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces like elevator buttons would really improve the overall experience. Aside from those concerns, my stay was enjoyable. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a great place to stay.

I stayed two days. They didn’t make the bed, clean the room or refresh the room. No single water and safe store in the room. Kind of self service hotel make your bed and room.
