Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and based on what we experienced, we would not recommend this hotel. The management seriously needs to improve the cleanliness, pest control, and food quality. The food service/health department should inspect this hotel, especially the breakfast area, because we saw expired food and fruit being served.”

The place is not well maintained. I had a room that was clearly not cleaned up by the staff. Mold all over the walls, stains on the floor, hair from the previous guest all over the shower stall, and even a baby roach walking over the furniture. I went to the front desk and told the guy it was disgusting and that I wanted either a different room or a refund. He gave me another room that was somewhat more clean and I stayed for the rest of my check in. I would not recommend this place unless you’re down in the dumps broke or need something quick and cheap. That was first and last time I’m going there ever again.

The property itself is not horrible. It’s decent however the room I was given did have a slight scent of weed which I did not like. The bathroom door had mold on it. The breakfast was not good at all. The wifi was terrible, I couldn’t complete my work because it was horrible.

He looked at me like I was lying about it. but he went and git it, handed it to me, I said "thankyou!" He did not reply. Worst staff member. He is getting the property low scores. Also some of the sockets were coming out of the wall.That can't meet code! The bathroom is so small. Shower and toilet literally 2 feet away from each other. Shower door opening and closing makes it hard to get in and out if the shower. Especially if you are heavy set. There is mold around bottom outside of shower. There's no vent in restroom.

There are huge cracks around the door frame and ac units is super loud. Super unprofessional and staff are living on site and the hotel super uncomfortable when you walk out your room to staff family just sitting around staring at you

The hotel looks dirty and stink. In the bathroom there was black mold in the floor. One of the bed didn't have comforter it was a very bad experience

The property was honestly just disgusting . I booked based on the reviews saying it was clean but it was VERY far from clean . I didnt Even want to walk on the floors it was SO nasty . The staff was helpful but they need to do better and hire better cleaners.

When reserving the room online, I chose to "pay at property". Before I Arrived at the property my card had been swiped on 3 separate occasions without permission. I arrived early (before 3pm), got an attitude when checking in with front desk staff. I was given a room next to a door that you could only open from the inside due to a bad card reader. The TV was broken when I turned it on. The alarm clock didn't work. The shower knob was installed wrong. The water pressure was not good, and the room smelt like mildew. I do not recommend this property.

The front office staff was horrible Monday when I arrived. He wouldn't get the manager when I requested one. I could hear every 18 wheeler, motorcycle, car/truck and helicopter all night long. Bed was hard. I got no sleet at all. I will not be going back there at all.

It was worst than a motel.. they should degrade the hotel to a motel. Beds r so close to the washroom.. the washroom has a sliding door, so think how congested the rooms r!!!

Additionally, a fight broke out in the room next to mine, which kept me awake throughout the night. The situation became so severe that the police had to intervene, force entry into the room, and arrest the individuals involved. During the incident, the police asked me to leave my room in the middle of the night and remain outside while they handled the situation. Despite the significant disruption and inconvenience, no one from management reached out to apologize, check on guests, or address the incident.

Room was clean air-conditioning was great. Actually, the only complaint our concern was the shower faucet did not work correctly. Could not get water. temperature.- had to take a cold shower or I could taken a hot scolding shower. There in the face there was no elevator and climbing stairs is very difficult for me.

Pictures do not reflect the quality of the hotel. We were in one room and had to request a room change due to the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor and the pocket door to the shower getting stuck and exposed wires where a lighting fixture was missing. The second room had what appeared to be mildew on the grouting around the shower. We were on the lower level and when anybody walked in the room above us, the floor floor‘s creed. Beds were uncomfortable and the room were extremely small.

Rude staff. Kept giving me the runaround. Then made me send him my id which I think was sketchy but my room was no refundable so I felt obligated or lose my money. Wouldn’t take the temporary id that the state gave me until my renewal arrived. Put me at the very end which I felt was on purpose after he gave me such a hard time.

The room had broken flooring. The showerhead sprayed water all throughout the bathroom floor. No breakfast was provided. They also kept my deposit and I had to contact my bank to receive it back.

If you don’t want to read the entire review, when it comes to this place, 2 Words. JUST DON’T! It was run down although signs said newly renovated. The one staff member was very monotone. Not personable. Our previous reservation got canceled due to overbooking. So I wanted to make sure we had a room for the night not too far from the function we were at. I called and confirmed that we were at a function and would not be checking it until later. It was an inconvenience to the person. Made me feel like as a grown woman, I was asking my parents to stay out just a little bit longer. I should have read the reviews but needed a place to stay. I was thankful we had a roof over our heads for the night. But the room was dirty. Cracks in the shower, stains on the walls, sheet and headboard. Luckily we had a can of Lysol with us. No elevator! Smelled like weed in the hallway. Didn’t even look at the breakfast.

The guy at the front desk was not paying attention. Really bad grooming. Didn’t make eye contact. Smelled bad. The hotel was not as it is posted. Very out dated. Mold on rest room walls. Seemed like it was made, not cleaned. The sheet smelled. The A/C had mol on it. The restroom looked like it was from the 70’s. The wooden console had missing handles and the drawers did not shut. The fridge had mold in it. The noise from the outside was tolerable, yet continuous. Smelled of smoke, it was tolerable at best. Never would stay here again. A rehab hotel gone wrong.

If I could leave a zero star I would. My son was visiting Texas from Florida and the snow storm was approaching.I went online and rented him 4 nights.I called the desk on the night of his check in,spoke with RAM at the front desk.The deposit was paid and no issues.The night before his checkout I checked the weather and it was 19 degrees ,so I booked another night.Again I called in to verify all was well and it was.My son got a knock on his door and he was asked to pack his stuff and leave and the police was called with no explanation.I called the desk the man said since I did not book the 2nd night extension on Expedia then it’s fraud and he did not want to hear Anything I had to say. The stay was cancelled by the front desk.My son left in 19 degree weather with snow roads and went to check in somewhere else.Rude and unethical people run this place. The BBB need to check them out.

NOTHING works in this establishment not even the employees! No hot water, no ice, gym equipment dead.. I could go on and on. If you just need a bed to sleep in this is perfect but if you enjoy the amenities of a BASIC hotel, there’s a quality inn down 1.3 miles down the road in Plano that’s a lot nicer and might be worth it.

I was asked for a deposit at check in and instead of running my card again i left 40.00 cash. I didnt think about it at check out and neither did the clerk. I called the hotel and asked about them mailing a check and they said they couldn't. Seems like they made an extra $40 bucks on me. Room was adequate.

Overall for the price of the rooms! I have no complaints. It seems they’re doing upgrades and improving so yeah. 4.5 stars from me.

Quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I slept fully clothed. Mold all over the shower. General disrepair. The good: A/C worked fine, the breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly enough, and the gym bike was fine. Would absolutely never return.

I wasn't comfortable here the room wasn't all that. It has mold in the sink,the tub needs to be replaced because of the stains that want come out. The sign says remodeled rooms the floors were done yes but that's it. I will not ever stay here again. The price is just right for the look of the place. The room just didn't seem clean to me.

That said, it appears that the management & staff don't care!. There is a coffee machine there. I got some coffee & used the creamer they had sitting out. It was almost empty & mixed with water. The cap wasn't even placed on it properly. It was left that way until I asked about it 3 days later. Also, the orange juice dispenser was only water. They don't replenish items for breakfast.

My concern is the roaches in the room and the leaking shower head that is now gnat breeding ground in the shower. I killed well over a hundred gnats on the trip. They just kept showing up. There was little humor in watching my toddler fight them off though LOL

I had stayed in Quality Inn the past I had no problem. Thid time I go front desk and clerk was sitting on phone. When i got his attention i told him I had a reservation. My phone battery was down and i could not access my email confirmation. I advised and ask him to verify my regeneration. He quickly told me i didn't have a registration. I ask that he look again. He said hat i didn't have a registration. He did nothing to assist and said there was nothing he could do. I will stay at Quality Inn but there needs to be a way to verify registration when your phone is dead. Expedia verified it for mr.

I liked how close it was to food and businesses. The room was comfortable and the restroom was very spacious.

Says they have a hot tub they do not rooms are outdated with broken electrical items we had to be switched to a different room because of the tv being broken lady was unbelievably unprofessional and ride over the ordeal I am not impressed I wont ever stay here again !!!

We had a 5 night reservation but we only stayed 1 night due to the condition of the room and hotel. The only good part of this hotel was the closeness to the DART city transportation station, that was less than a quarter mile walk from the hotel. The room was not cleaned prior to us checking in as there were multi bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor and bathroom. In the shower there was visible dirt, other peoples hair and pubic hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The towels provided were also stained and the sheets also had other peoples hair and stains on them. We cut our losses in regard to the remaining 4 nights (a loss of $200+) because of the conduction of this hotel and how dirty it was. I would never recommend this hotels to anyone given how dirty the room was and in general the condition of the hotel as a whole. If you are looking for a cheap/not so clean location to stay way outside of downtown Dallas then this might be ok but if you value cleanliness then do not stay here.

The room was decent. The negatives...the security latch on the door was not secure. So only the deadbolt kept the door locked. The toilet sest only had 1 bolt keeping it attached. There were a few roaches that ran through and stomped on 1. The fridge worked but wasnt balanced and made odd sounds when cooling.

Everything is perfect except they just gotta fix their lightbulbs, as I was showering the light went off, lol.

The continental breakfast was a joke also they want to charge $15 to be able to take dmfood to eat in the room. That is absurd for the crappy food they offer??? We instead opted to check out way early and go eat breakfast a a diner in Frisco which cost us much less and was fresh made to order food. The rooms were very small and the renovations were bad there were still cracks in the rooms plaster coming off paint all over areas no paint should be like the shower stall. Towels were cheap and we found roaches in our daughters room.
