David and staff make it easy for our check in. The room was exceptional!! It was a 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a T V in all of the rooms. It was very peaceful!! This is the only place for our family with a reasonable price!! I will be staying here again! Thank you!

When we got to this hotel it was one of the best Hotels I had been to. It was spacious(3 rooms and 3 queen beds and a couch). It was clean, quiet and offered a ton of amenties. Washer/Dryer in the room with detergent to wash and dry your clothes. It had a coffee/cappuccino machine which my kids loved. They had free bottled water. They had plates, stove, microwave, large fridge, Tv, ice maker, dish detergent and a decent couch, table and chairs. The Pool was decent but nothing special. I would have given this hotel a 10/10 but after 5 days I started to notice some things I didn't like. The first is the parking. They don't have any carports or garage parking so your car gets real hot when you get out to your car. Another thing I didn't like was the fitness room isn't open 24/7 as we didn't get back to the hotel till 12-1 am at times. The pool also closes at 10pm and I don't understand why it's not open till 2am. Other then this the staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked the front desk girl if she could get me some soap and a blanket and she was so helpful. Everything there worked and we never had any issues. I think if they could address these 3 things I mentioned this place would be almost perfect. Overall a very pleasant experience and would stay here again if I ever was in Dallas. Oh I forgot but the wifi speed is truly awful. I tested the speed and it had only between 30-60 mpbs. My internet when connected to wifi was buffering or would take awhile to load.

Having two separate rooms and two bathrooms for the three of us was ideal. Has everything kitchen, living room washer/dryer. All very basic no frills, but works.. …and great value.

My stay at Parks Residential was excellent from the start. I was pleasantly greeted by staff everytime I entered the foyer. The amenities, especially the washer and dryer were great. I had the pleasure of Melissa signing me in and out when leaving but all the staff including cleaning crew were on point. Good price for a great property!

The air conditioner in my room never cooled properly, and despite mentioning it to the front desk, the issue wasn’t taken seriously. The attendant noted it only as I was checking out, which did not help during the stay itself. Additionally, upon arrival there were no available handicap parking spaces. The vehicles parked in those designated spots did not display handicap placards or plates. When I brought this to the front desk, I was told there was no policy in place to address improperly parked vehicles and that I would need to speak with the manager—who would not be available until Monday. Since I checked in Friday and checked out Sunday, waiting until Monday was not a practical solution. I sincerely hope this is something the property chooses to address. I’m not suggesting that guests be towed without warning, but there should be a process in place. For example, staff could contact the guest and inform them that because their vehicle does not display the required handicap placard, it will need to be moved to avoid being towed. These issues made this stay far less comfortable and convenient than usual, and I hope improvements can be made moving forward.

Great stay. 3 nights. Will definitely be back. The onky thing id say is I would've liked a sheet change like a hotel does. A room refresh would be the cherry on top. It could be at request. I tried but was told due to a multi- night stay they dont change the sheets. However, everything else was great!

Accommodations were great for our family. We each had our own room within the same space so that was great. We had some people above us that were very noisy and stomping the whole time we were there.

Amazing property

Our room had two separate bedrooms and washer and dryer in the unit. Unit was equipped with shampoo and conditioner, dish detergent and even laundry detergent for the guests. Property was clean and beds were decently comfortable. We initially had an issue with the cable service (DirectTV) but other than that was a pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, friendly staff, very clean. Parking was close. Very nice having a washer and dryer in each room.

Also, this is not necessarily a hotel, it seems to be more of an apartment building with someone that sits in the lobby 24/7 to help guests as needed. With all that said, it fit my families weekend needs and we would stay again.

The $125 pet fee was not informed before booking. Writing in comment, so that future customers are aware.

Our plane arrived late and the attendant stayed in the front atrium late to greet us and get us checked in. She was friendly and understanding about our delay. We really liked this stay! Washer and Dryer is in the room!

Location was fantastic. Very nice hotel. The construction going on around Dallas is pretty intense and inside the hotel it is some of the most pristine air I've breathed since being over seas. They provide bottled water downstairs and fantastic coffee machine that I used every morning. The room was equipped with a very functional kitchen with everything you would need to cook pretty much whatever you like. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage space to feel at home. The unit also includes a washer and dryer so you don't even have to leave the room. The staff was very helpful and brought up an extra bed and bedding for my partner. I felt safe there which is very important especially if you're a single female staying alone. I had to put some tape over the sensor in the bathroom to keep the very bright light from coming on when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The furniture is very pretty but very hard. Felt more for show than to really get comfortable. There was a loud noise coming from the ventilation area in both the bathroom and living room. This was remedied by closing the bathroom doors (two) and bedroom door and using a noise maker to drawn the noise out. Also if you're a light sleeper like me, make sure you're on the top floor so you don't hear the people above you walking.

Stay was awesome! Highly recommend it. Will definitely book again.

The property is located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The in-unit full Kitchenette and laundry are very convenient features, and the parking is safe and free, which makes living here even more comfortable.

The Internet was spotty on my business trip and the receptionist stated she could not switch rooms without management approval. Also my son had to fix the television in the bedroom for the tenth time. After this experience with rudeness I will not be staying again

They have everything you need for a long term comfortable "homey" stay from eating utensils to in room washer and dryers There's a gym and pool on site as well as extra things like vending machines, coffee machine (good tasting coffee too!) and bbq grills in a cozy couryard. Not much to say here other than the room walls are a bit thin do you do sometimes hear your neighbors.

The place was fantastic! The washer and dryer in the room was an awesome surprise. The room, facility and parking area were all clean. Check in was fast and Flavio told us all about the room and even checked it before we went in. The price per night was under $100 which was unfathomable. I can’t believe that I have missed this gem. I will definitely be back if they are ever available.

This place was amazing for the price! It had a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, ful size refrigerator and microwave. Separate bedroom and bathroom with washer and dryer. I woukd recommend this place to anyone who wants to have everything at a great price.

2nd time staying here. Got a different room thanks to the nice staff member who was able to change it. The dryer did not squeak. Would stay again next time in Texas.

The staff was very friendly and place is clean and well lit. My only problem was the dryer had a sneaky noise when in use. Would stay again!

This is our 2nd stay here. Our first stay was for Thanksgiving & we decided right then this would be our new “home away from home” when we’re visiting our oldest son. We love that it’s more like a small apartment than a motel/hotel. A separate livingroom/kitchen area with private bedroom, bathroom & your own washer & dryer. Plenty of storage space to hang cloths and store personal items without feeling crowded. Kitchen has matching plates, bowls, silverware, glasses etc that were all in excellent condition and there’s basic pots/pans & utensils for cooking and preparing food. A full sized oven w/stove top and a full sized fridge w/ice maker, even a garbage disposal. Both visits the units was clean & stocked to make sure you had enough dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper, toiletries etc to last several days. While your unit has coffee pot and the makings, there’s an awesome coffee machine in lobby that will make a regular coffee, espressos, lattes, cappuccino and more in a matter of minutes all with a touch of a button! The staff was friendly & helpful and the price was less than a lot of the other chain motel/hotels in the area. The only thing I can think of that may make your stay better is if breakfast was part of the package. Even if only things like oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit etc. YOU WON’T REGRET YOUR STAY HERE

The best place for money , in the center of the city , very clean and new home appliances, best furnished Appartment ever I have experienced in Dallas . Only frying pan is not non sticking , has to be replaced by non sticking pan ?

Kitchen was fully equipped to cook an entire course for all three meals for two or three. Parking for us was convenient and safe area was lighten. Now there are some dark areas. We noticed when we departed today from a different exit we saw a vehicle that looked to be burglarized. Management may want to walk the grounds.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. She's a little me in front of staff and other clients checking in. When I called down to the front desk for assistance the person answering the phone did not speak English as their first language. I did not know this and was accused of being hostile towards this person because this was knowledge I should have had. Asking for room that was accommodating for my needs was disregarded because when I was trying to communicate with hotel staff they were not able to understand. Instead the manager decided to be rude to me and threaten to not allow me to stay. When I was given a room it was a pet room that was filthy. It smelled like wet dog. There was pet hair everywhere. And animal dander all over the furniture. Since I'm allergic as you might assume it was a very bad stay for me. Since the manager was already rude I didn't feel like I was able to ask for a room that was different. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. In addition, the day I went to check out I fell in the bathtub which seem to be extra slick. There did not seem to be much concern on the hotel's part. I typically say in Dallas every month but I can't imagine paying this company to treat me so disrespectful again. All in all 0/10.

Only negative thing was that the walls were pretty thin so if you got noisy neighbors it's kinda hard to sleep. Other than that the place was great, clean, staff was really cool and the amenities were convenient.

Nice rooms

Internet/cable continued to have issues, just like first two stays. Property didn't fix after notification on first visit over one week ago. Room was noisy all day & night from furniture dragged across floor upstairs,sounded like weights being dropped all day & night. Horrible experience this visit.

The location was excellent for my needs. Easily accessible to Dallas and north of Dallas. Close enough to 75 but far enough away so no noise. The staff was impeccable. The room was clean and provided all of my needs for a long term stay. The gym was well enough equipped for my needs and the no noise after 10pm was adhered to by all the guests. Extremely pleasurable stay that after a week, I coordinated with the location directly to extend my stay another week. I highly recommend this location!

Clean, safe, great value, great staff

Parks Residence is a great place to stay if you would like space and a full kitchen. It worked out really well when waiting to move into our new home. It was very safe and quiet. The staff was very attentive. Overall, I highly recommend.

Wonderful spot for long term stay. Will use when in area. Staff took care of a small snafu in a quick manner, intending best result for me. Highly recommend this spot!

Now attention to detail has exceeded my expectations. Whoever chose to have the staff procedures in place that they have knows what they’re doing!! They have in room washers and dryers too.

Quiet, neat and convivial atmosphere. The network connection was a bit slow and I couldn’t use the wifi in my room.

Staff was top knotch! So friendly and helpful. I told them about a yellow jacket nest under a canopy at the pool, and the woman immediately went and took care of it! Only negative was my washer and dryer combo did not work. Tried drying the clothes 3 different times for a total of 2 1/2 hours and still were not at all dry. One of the wonderful employees did come try to fix the washer when it first had an error code on it. But after it was done washing, all the staff were off duty for the night, so I just hung everything to dry. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. That was just an inconvenience as I was having to wash my child’s athletic camp clothes daily for the week.

What a gem of a stay! Very quiet, safe place, close to restaurants, Whole Foods, Tesla supercharger, and more. If you’re planning to visit the Dallas area this is a great place to stay at and recharge! I’ll stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Nice pool, coffee in the lobby, ample parking. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Thank you!

the couch smell beer when i flipped under to see it. exactly big spot liquid spill and dry up. it causes smell. we are waiting 45 min to check in because the room not ready.

I stayed there for a total of 3 weeks over the past 3 months. It was just right, but the bed was too small and uncomfortable. And I had to wake up at 5:30 every morning because of the alarm in the next room. The water pressure was too weak, and the gym was poorly managed.

Newer and convenient but no frills. Bed set up noisy but all the features of home… full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms. Would prefer glass enclosure tubs to shower curtains.

We were here for NCA and we loved our stay. Rooms were so spacious and the hotel was so clean. The lady that checked us in was very nice. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Fantastic value for a such a nice place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious. The staff was very friendly. Lots of parking. Very quiet and laid back. Coffee machine in the lobby was an extra treat!

It was great! Except for the hot water. There seemed to be some kind of hot water problem because it only lasted like 2 minutes then cold.

We chose this hotel because it had a two-bedroom option which worked great for our family of 4. They offer coffee and water in the lobby, but no breakfast because the rooms have full kitchens. It was comfortable. The bathrooms are a little small but the rooms were spacious. Beds were great.

The most comfortable place I've been to in a very long time

Great little place, hidden gem I might say. I would have given it 5 stars across the board but the living room furnitures is very unfortable. And there is no frying pan in the kitchen, otherwise it's well stocked with silverware and dishes. The coffee maching down stairs is off the charts awesome. It makes Lattes, Cappichinos and more. It's wondersful. The front staff is always friendly and very accodating. Ask for an extra blanket if you're the cold type.
