The hotel's location and cleanliness were praised, but problems with parking fees, water issues, and poor maintenance were frequently mentioned.

Did not know until we checked in that there was a parking fee of $19 per night. Super unhappy about it! Just a parking lot in the back. No covered parking. No reason to charge. Also lots of added taxes added on my bill. I was charged $100 more than when I made the reservation.

I had a wonderful stay

I checked in, charged parking to my room, and the lady was nice and it was quick. The next morning I leave and 5 miles later I noticed a ticket under my wiper, went back told the lady who was very nice, She told me it was charged to my room, and said it would be taken care of. I really like this hotel and the people that work there but this was a problem that should not have happened.

Room was standard, I didn’t give excellent because there’s a smell on the room.
- 3/5
Hotel was very nice, I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking & breakfast was $25 for adults & $14 for child. We didn’t eat breakfast. Overall it was well cleaned & kept up.

Good breakfast and very friendly staff

Parking is $22 a night and we had zero hot water the entire weekend and the conditioner bottle was never filled. Thank goodness we had enough in a travel bottle to share between 3 of use for the weekend. The water wasnt even lukewarm. We had to take cool showers and the ac would only go down to 69° during an August night.

I loved my stay the staff was super nice to me and my son.. it was my son birthday and the hotel staff sent him a small cinmon roll to the room for his bday..
- 4/5
Shower hot water took a few minutes to finally reach hot water temperature, parking is kinda pricey with QR scanning, forgot to bring my contact case and front desk does not sell or provide had to leave to buy elsewhere. Everything else was perfect!:)

It was an amazing experience
- 5/5
There is nothing bad to say about this hotel.
- 5/5
The room was what you would expect it to be. It was clean with 2 queen size beds, a wall mounted TV, a bathroom, and a sink with a large vanity mirror. Not too shabby. I’ll take off a point because there wasn’t a microwave in the room, but it did have a mini fridge, coffee maker, and an ironing board. The amenities included a 24 hour gym, an okay swimming pool, large conference rooms, and a bar with full kitchen. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

First, no "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, had to go get one. Two, signage ON MY FLOOR directing me to an ice machine, no ice machine. Three, WORST OF ALL, the parking lot was paid now, and through a separate phone-based service. FRUSTRATING!!!

It would be nice if you offered complimentary coffee down stairs the coffee in the room is horrible. why do we pay for parking it's not even covered. You need more light in the room. Coffee and no charge for parking

Location was nice. Close to the highway, downtown and great food options near by. Room was hot, drinks were way overpriced and you had to pay for parking. $15 for a malibu and pineapple , $5.17 for 20oz Dr. Pepper and $22 for parking for an overnight stay is RIDICULOUS. Especially when you had mold in the shower and an a/c that was struggling to keep a room cooler than 76. It served its purpose for an overnight stay but I definitely would stick to what I know going forward. This one had a better rate but when you add all the extra bs...its not worth saving a few bucks, because you're not!

The hotel is very nice and has been renovated in the last few years. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous. The only thing I had an issue with were the bathroom fixtures which didn't work very well. Otherwise a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very good also but the buffet area is too small for a hotel this size
- 5/5
My stay was amazing! The employees are kind and respectful. I will definitely be back!
- 0.5/5
Hot water didn’t work for my whole stay even if I reported it twice
- 3/5
I was not impressed with house cleaning. We stayed 3 nights. The Trash cans were not emptied and the coffee and coffee supplies were not replenished. I can also honestly say that the bed was hard. My wife and myself woke up multiple times throughout the night with our backs hurting from the bed. Like many hotels you stay in these days, the ice machines do not work. This hotel was no different. It was almost a chore trying to get ice. The design of this hotel is almost in a circular pattern, therefore the rooms were felt kind of small considering the room layout. I was kind of disappointed in this Hilton. I am not sure i would rebook this location.

Charge for parking. Shower was barely lukewarm. Thermostat was not working properly. No ice machine on my floor. Handle broke off of ice bucket when returning from another floor
- 2.5/5
It was somewhere I could sleep while there. I have to go back in August 2026, and won't be staying here again. To many better options with similar pricing near by. Poor showers, loud highway close by.

Great location to the family event we attended. It was very disappointing to be charged a $50 deposit on my credit card for possible damages, promising the money back at checkout. At checkout we were told, no you don't get the full $50 because we charged $17 for parking in front of the building!!! With all the mess with road construction, no parking garage and the price for the room, parking should have been free. This was a bit shady to me.

only thing I disliked was that the guy taking care of the bar, refused to let my husband watch one of the World Cup games in the lobby because he had to buy a drink or else he couldn’t watch.. Pool was very clean!

Marcia was Fantastic Ms Bell
- 5/5
Stay was fine, there seems to be a surcharge for everything, parking, breakfast and WiFi. Elevators are slow
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds. Well kept
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean. Staff started friendly. They really need to update the bathrooms to be the most expensive hotel in the area. Heavy construction in front and side makes it hard to access but at least they didnt charge for parking like they have before. The breakfast was above average
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
The room was not clean. There was a huge hair ball on the floor, gaur strands in a couple of towels, and the toilet seat not properly cleaned.
- 5/5
When checking in the young lady was so kind.
- 1/5
The room was so dirty and smelly… I checked out immediately

Breakfast is paid and limited...

A pint of Hagen Daz was $14!!! Also, the bartender I had was very unresponsive, I practically had to flag him down. While I will stay at the hotel again, I will not be a patron on their restaurant & bar.
- 5/5
The only thing was wrong couldn't find the ice machine I'll look on three different floors
- 5/5
We visit Richardson, Texas a lot and will always stay at this Hilton. Very nice hotel and staff and reasonable rates!

Food
- 3/5
Buffet had very few options and was $25 pp—b’fast burritos, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, some old pastries and some fruit and fruit juices. More like nice continental breakfast than a $25 buffet. No ice for juice and a small mug coffee was $4.25. No refills and had to approach wait staff to even get water.

Friendly staff, clean room
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. The fact that there are only ice machines on some floors but not others is inconvenient. The restaurant, bar, and market are obscenely overpriced and make airport food look like a bargain (Smart Water was $10; I paid $5 at DFW). The breakfast buffet was mediocre but the waitress was so nice. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and the motion activated floor illumination by your feet is nice. The room chairs are terrible and sized for children. Older and disabled people can’t use them because they are so low to the ground and lack arms. The parking lot needs far more disabled spaces near the entrance. I would stay here again but plan for off site meals and drinks.
- 2/5
Only one elevator working and Hotel was full of soccer players, convention people and others. Was there with family and in order to keep a timely schedule had to leave our rooms early or take the stairs. Elevator jammed full every time. Had to call maintenance 5 times for toilet stopped up. Also mold in the shower. Staff was nice but owners need to close Hotel, clean it up and get things in working order. $495 for two nights. Ridiculous price for the many inconveniences.

In house resturant is a little on expensive side along with cold drinks, candy bars, and chips. Also have to go to resturant to get ice for room, no ice machines in building

We arrived at midnight to an unclean room. Despite requesting a crib/pack-n-play, none was available, which was very disappointing. We had to share a bed with a toddler...
- 1/5
I was checked into 3 different rooms that were wreaking of sewer issues. Bowel movements left in toilet of one room and bed wasn’t even made. Second room had trash on floor and hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Asked for a final room and you can tell the sewage water ran over from bathroom onto carpet. I immediately demanded a refund and was given one with no issue. Staff was amazing though. Never again will I spend money there .

My room was thoroughly cleaned and smelled nice. The building was beautiful and felt safe, and I never had any safety concerns. Getting into the building was easy, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Room and property was clean. Would stay here again.

Letting people know ahead of time that the breakfast is no longer a buffet. Parking fee has been changed. I dont understand why charged so much for parking when the lot is with the hotel. It is not a garage..
- 5/5
It was a nice clean room , well within what I would expect from a hilton

It was amazing and the staff were extremely nice
- 4/5
The room could have been cleaner. Curious as to why they don't use fitted sheets. It makes sleeping disturbing on a non-fitted sheet, because the sheet moves when you move. Then the next thing that you know, the sheets are bunched up. They had a wonderful buffet breakfast, but the food was lukewarm. Overall, the hotel was great except for these minor details.
