Found a flea on my floor. Definitely isn’t deep cleaned often as I found smudges and food stains on furniture and walls. Breakfast was an extra charge but when I stayed at the Hilton Tru it was complimentary and this one was supposed to be nicer and cost more already.

Clean, conveniently located and staff was incredibly helpful. AC was not working in both rooms and we quickly got rooms with working AC. The dining room was closed but breakfast was provided free of charge. Beds were comfy and front desk at check out was super friendly. It’s nice to wake up with someone who loves their job.

I highly dislike giving poor reviews because who likes a complainer? and I really try to make the most out of my stays. The pool was the best part of my stay although the scent of Clorox or whatever the cleaning solution is was so strong it stung your eyes upon entering. My room upon entering was very warm. I checked the thermostat it was in 75 along with saying the filter needed to be changed, waited an hour or more it was getting hotter so put it down like to 60 still no use, I called front desk to alert they said someone was coming to check tomorrow morn. I checked out by 11:30 7/5, it was still not checked or fixed. 7/3 night front desk did offer to move me but there were no rooms available for handicapped or a two bed. 7/4 I finally couldn’t take it and plus I had a disabled traveler with me and went down the broken elevator(only 1 side worked). Found out this has been an issue since March. I informed staff again the room air was not working, they didn’t offer I had to ask were there any box fans at least and had to take them to the room myself. House keeping never came anytime the entire weekend. They said you have to request them to come take out trash, get dirty/soiled towels, tidy(although I already will do that myself usually housekeeping will attempt to come, never did). Lastly, roaches on the wall. This hotel is too expensive $305(fri eve-Sunday morn) for service to be so lacking. No free breakfast and an extra $50 deposit and parking fee. Refund coming so thanks.

We were given breakfast coupons and we were SO happy! Then, we were told when we went down to the buffet the kitchen had been closed for renovations..weird the clerk gave us coupons knowing the kitchen was closed lol not sure if that was on purpose or not. Other than that, the stay was cool. 4 stars.

The bed was crazy high up…if I hadn’t brought a step stool, I couldn’t have gotten in it. The mattress was too firm, and the top cover was scratchy. My family had an ADA room. That’s what I would get in future to have a bed that is a normal height. Breakfast costs extra. It was pretty good, but we were sad there was no waffle maker! We ate elsewhere our second day. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting! I don’t like that they only clean and service rooms every other day. Yes, I reuse my towels and things generally, but for the price paid, and the reason I love a hotel, is having a housekeeping fairy come every day.

They do not tell you in the booking process that there is also a $25 incidentals charge or that there is a fee to park on the property in which you booked to stay at. All costs should be presented in the booking process. The incidentals is not a big deal, because you get that back provided you didn't break anything in your room, but a parking fee to stay at a hotel, where you are parked outside, is ridiculous.

The air conditioning did NOT work! When we took the issue to the staff, they couldn't even offer us a new room because allegedly the only other room available also did not have AC either. The rooms WIFI did not work as well. When we addressed the issue in the morning with the manager, he promised to award me Hilton honors points (which he did NOT do) I waited 2weeks to make sure this transaction he promised could be issued to my account. I will never stay at this property again. Very disappointed.

Chose this Hotel because it had a restaurant and bar. When I checked in was given dinner hours for the restaurant. Went down later for dinner and even after being told dinner hours found out restaurant was only open when they felt like it. Hotel was almost sold out and it was a Saturday night but the restaurant wasn’t open. Football playoffs going on and bar wasn’t open either. They also put a $25 hold on credit card and wasn’t even told. The desk person was sitting in the lobby on her phone so had to wait for her to decide it was time to go to work. She was very unfriendly when she did decide to go to work.

I really enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery was nice as well... The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The body wash surprised me because usually I dont care for the scents in hotel ones. The number one thing I loved was how peaceful the stay was. Thank You Hilton for a great new years! I did not like that towels weren't available after I got out of the hot tub. Breakfast inclusions would be nice but not necessary. What stood out most to us was that the staff were not the friendliest. After a long 13 hour drive, we didn’t need much conversation from the front desk staff, but it felt like we were inconveniencing the gentleman just to check in. He was not welcoming and gave little eye contact. The room was nice though and we enjoyed that part of the stay. Also, they are very strict and rigid about whose stay included the breakfast. My husband wanted to be sweet and bring my breakfast up before I was awake, and the staff were not very happy and him leaving with 2 plates instead of just his lol.
