great access to the highway but no road noise in the room. self park was free and secure. Great choice but not really close to anything if that's an issue.

I love this place. Everything is great with the free breakfast and dinner and facilities is brand new.

We flew in from Arizona and stayed at the Drury this past weekend for a business event in Dallas. The hotel itself and our room was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and the included breakfasts and dinners were very good and a much needed amenity for our busy schedule. On the second day, we noticed that somehow an infestation of ants got into our room and we called the front desk to ask for a transfer. They immediately transferred us to the top floor in a nice room with high ceilings and also replaced our pack n plays + sheets for the babies as the ants had gotten into them. We understand that things happen, we were not upset about the instance and instead were very pleased with how quickly they moved us to another room and checked on us that night and the next day to ensure everything in our new room was good. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay here again in November when we travel again for business!

Awesome place for a staycation

Amazing

Each time we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a smile! The rooms were very clean, ample towels, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker if needed. The buffet of Kickback food was good and came with drinks (adult beverages too)! Breakfast had plenty of options. There was a staff member making fresh pancakes for all. Checkout was seamless. Great stay!

Everything was truly excellent and very relaxing! Staff was super helpful and friendly, amd the food amd snack/drink time was very relaxing and nice. The room was really relaxing, i enjoyed the bathroom size and the bed. Very relaxing.

Only minor complaint- the elevators made a "clanging" noise when operating which was a bit annoying as our room was adjacent to the elevator shafts Location was close to major roads so access was great

We would have gave it 5 stars but we didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel or have drinks. Everything else was great, we will definitely stay their again, lot of fun and we had a pet and she too had fun.

Room was clean, breakfast was great. Many options between hot and cold. I would say the reception was very repetitive, thy did not follow the menu presented for the days we stayed. Great for couple and just family/friend. Pool was not bad either, but heavily infested with children— so be mindful if you’re coming with no children. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here. But I have stayed at other Drury hotels and I truly enjoyed them! Location is situated next to a few busy highways— so noise factor plays a role! Overall, nice hotel for a simple stay!

This is the only hotel,as far as I know, provides supper time snack, which is always convenient not to have to go out looking for something to eat around the hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and really good coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

We knew that breakfast was provided, but when we checked in we were told there was also a "snack" provided starting at 5:30 pm each evening. The "snack" turned out to be a full-blown meal! We were pleasantly surprised...and the breakfast was remarkable as well.

Great place for family with kids , clean , nice pool area

I will always look for a Drury! This far exceeded our expectations!! The amount of accommodations blew my mind… free buffet breakfast and free buffet dinner and drinks and always available in the lobby a fountain pop machine coffee and water - just clean and extremely friendly! Made our stay amazing! The pool area was beautiful and 100/10 for sure!!!

We arrived early at 10 am and I was expecting to just have them hold our bags until our room was ready, but to my surprise the lady checking us in (maybe Evelyn?) got us into a room. Which was super helpful because my wife and I have a 5 year old. We had a day at the waterpark planned, so coming back was so smooth. We’ve stayed at the Richardson and Frisco location, and would recommend both.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and service was fantastic. The breakfast was good (7 out of 10) but the small added perks are what really set this hotel apart. We received complimentary drinks and a great light dinner. This was completely unexpected and awesome. I'd give our excellent experience a 9 out 10!

I booked a room over the 4th of July. I was unable to travel because of a sick child. This hotel has been horrible in regards to getting reimbursed for a room I did not use. I even paid extra on the room in case of emergency situations. I filed a dispute for reimbursement and was told I would receive a response within 5 to 7 business days. It is now July 14th and have had no response. I talked several hotel staff and booking agency and thus far nobody has helped.

We loved the pool! Clean room and facilities. We also enjoyed the happy hour.

This hotel was super luxurious for a great rate and the staff was super helpful and welcoming to us as first time solo travelers! the kickback was absolutely incredible as a pre dinner meal! the pasta was amazing and the view from the pool was incredible at night!

This is perfect for families. if you’re a person that likes views there’s a view at the highway, but it’s actually really pretty at night. The amenities are perfect for everyone of all ages. The location is amazing as well. I highly recommend.

The hotel was stunning we had an amazing view for 4th of July weekend and great rates for all the amenities provided. The rooms are very clean and comfortable although it being 4th of July it was quiet and luxurious!!

I loved everything about this hotel, the cleanliness the employees were very nice and helpful. I think it’s awesome that they offer you not only the continental breakfast but three complementary drinks for adults and dinner. It’s very unusual. Also they have a drink fountain for the kids, I think that is so awesome. The only downside to my stay was that I was upgraded with the new wedding ring and I mistakenly left a box with my old ring on the desk before checking out of our room unfortunately, I believe instead of turning the ring in to lost and found the housekeeper did something else with it . Hate to speculate what that was, but it was not turned in to lost and found. Other than that, I loved the place. Be very careful of what you leave behind because unfortunately, not all of the staff our trustworthy. Oh and one more thing there wasn’t a safe to store your valuables

Unfortunately people who have children in diapers sitting in the hot tub still happens everywhere so did not get to enjoy it after a long day at a tradeshow.

It seems the food from the social hour wasn’t the quality of what it used to be, but it was still palatable. Everyone was nice. Everyone was considerate and the room was clean and quiet even for being right next to the pool, which is what we selected no regrets.

Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Pool and gym are on the 6th floor and don't miss the managers reception from 5:30 to 7:30 they have great food and drinks. They also offer soft drinks and coffee all day. Highly recommend this place.

Good Hotel for Families. Breakfast and Evening snack / drink option was good

We didn't try the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice! The on-site restaurant/bar is fine. We only ate there once, the evening we arrived, but I recommend venturing elsewhere for lunch and dinner (if the hors d'oeuvres aren't enough).

KATIE the bartender was a great person and friendly, did a exceptional job at customer service.

I have stayed at a lot of Drury Hotels and this was by far the best. It had a huge dining area for breakfast. The pool was heated and on the 6th floor which made for an amazing view. It also had a parking garage that was nice for safety.

Rudolf Reyes was the best! Even though all the mistakes were made on my part for the scheduling, he did everything in his power to help us. Would stay there anytime again!!

First time staying at this hotel and it was great. Well priced, spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff, a bar/grill open late, the 6th floor pool is very nice with views, and by far the best included breakfast. Next time I’ll have to stay more than 1 day to experience the included afternoon drinks and food. Only small negative I can give is that service at the bar was slow sense I believe they only had 1 person working it and the tvs don’t have modern day connective to stream from phone or to login to a streaming service. Besides that I would 100% recommend this hotel out of all the ones I stayed at in the Plano area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so friendly and kind. They offered free drinks and food in the lobby in the evening and breakfast in the mornings...I mean who does that?? The pool was nice and made my 17 year old happy.
