Comfortable bed, good breakfast, attractive and spacious lobby. Happy to have a mobility accessible bathroom. We liked the in-room coffee and fitness center. TV was difficult to use and navigate. Instructions would be welcome. Also, my elderly mother would have liked more lighting in the room, such as an overhead light

The room had a huge stain on the carpet as soon as I walked in and it did not look sanitary so we didn’t dare take our shoes off. I would prefer hardwood floors. Front desk was so slow and unprofessional. I was tired and wanted to get to my room and the lady helping me was in everyone’s business except checking me in. The pool was not nice and it was dirty and there was nobody there but me and my husband. For the price I was expecting something way nicer.

Quick check in process. Staff was very friendly! Offering cookies upon arrival was the sweetest. Overall the room was comfortable. The bedding didn’t look the cleanest, stains on the back side. There was repair work done in the restroom that looked like it needed to be redone again. Would stay here again.

The vents in the room are very dirty. The elevator is mirrored and is was dirty the entire week I was there. Needs some minor maintenance. Beautiful property overall. 22% surcharge on food and drink is crazy.

Room 323, Noisy Fridge

After many years of staying at this hotel, I’ve never been more disappointed. The staff did not assist me and gave me the key to my room and it was an occupied room. We used the pool and the gates around were broken and pool was in horrible condition. Took several key attempts and app attempts for me to enter my room. Fights were breaking out right outside the door of the lobby and no one was doing anything about it. Only one elevator seemed to have been working during our weekend stay. Now I’ve received a $90 with no invoice and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. I’m disappointed and disgusted at the customer service as a Hilton member.

The food was good, the room was clean and comfortable too. The reception was excellent. No microwave in my room.

I've stayed here many times and each time was great. Never any issues and location is very quiet!

Only thing updates is the bathroom the beds are nearly on the floor the pool area is terrible also there’s never staff at the front desk . I even had a used toilet roll in my bathroom which have never happen would not stay again!

The breakfast was really nice. Everything you could want. I hope you’ll please repair the wheels on the luggage cart. Trying to move your luggage to the parking dock with wobbly sticking dysfunctional wheels it’s really beneath the expectations of such a fine established

Property was clean. Bar is ok. Breakfast not so good for the price. Ate there first morning and then walked across lot to Starbucks second morning. But other than that. Was ok. No complaints

Very nice property. Convenient, clean, quiet and a helpful staff. Our flight was delayed by serval hours and we did not arrive at the hotel until after 1:00 am. I had alerted them of our travel delay and when we arrived they were welcoming and gracious.

The room air never got cool. The sheets sound like plastic when turning over or moving in the bed.

Hotel had a water main emergency and we were unable to stay there. I was not contacted prior to arrival and had one night at a hotel down the road while they attempted to resolve the water issue. Ended up cancelling the reservation on the second day as the issue persisted.

This property needs a renovation. It looks like it used to be nice, but it definitely needs a makeover.

Staff was very helpful in resolving wrong information on my receipt. After which I had trouble getting receipt for my stay, Thankfully misinformation corrected by staff as wrong address appeared on my emailed receipt.

The hotel was located near several stores for shopping and restaurants for dining. The hotel upon entry was very inviting. My room upon entry smelled a little musty, the waste paper basket under the desk still had trash in it, and the room was very warm the first night. I called the front desk about the temperature and someone from maintenance came and st the thermostat at 63 degrees and said it should stay there and the room would cool off. It never did. The next day we called again and maintenance returned to do something in the ceiling . He said the room was at 80 degrees but now should cool off. Eventually the room did cool off. I chose this hotel for location to my weekend event maybe another room would have been better.

Nice and clean spacious rooms. Check-in was quick and easy . I even checked in early . Staff was super sweet and attentive.

Solo traveler here. Nice location, staff was accommodating, clean spacious room, but the only thing that was a negative was the poor air circulation in the room. The temperature was set to 64 and it did not feel like it at all. Kept waking up in a puddle of sweat. Not sure if I would book again because of that.

Inside the hotel was excellent. The walk up to the front door requires attention. There is cleaning needed at the front door.

Tv in first room before I asked to move was not acceptable. Bloodstains in sheets, tv did not work, view was as the tarred roof. And it was dark. 2nd room was better but my stay was a week and my room did not have a microwave. The other one did. Expensive eating out. Did not have free breakfast. Expensive breakfast. Not accommodating to the traveler for the high price of stay.

Parking was horrible for our stay because there was a big wedding and the wedding guests took most of the parking. They had to move our rooms because the mirror light didn’t work which meant we would shower in the dark. The second room was worse in that the mini fridge didn’t work and the toilet ran all night.

The air conditioning in 817 really wasn’t cooling down the room. Turn it down to 65 and it really never cooled off at all. Even turn down to 60 and still nothing. Like the blower stay on low when I had it on high.

A lot of extra activities outside

However, I had a huge problem with an issue that happened the day we checked in. I checked in 2 rooms at about 3:30 pm. No problems with check in. At about 10:45 pm my son who was in the second room with his wife came to tell us that they were getting calls from the front desk telling them that no one was supposed to be in that room and they needed to go down to the lobby. We called the lobby and were told that someone needed to go to the front desk because room 117 wasn't checked in. She was told that we had checked in 2 rooms at the same time, swiped a credit card for incidentals for both rooms and were in bed and not coming down. After about a 5 minute conversation the lady at the front desk said she remembered our check in and it must be a glitch with the system. She had our second room as being 210 instead of 117. My son went back to his room and his wife was very upset when he got there. She said that a man kept trying to get into her room while he was gone saying that she wasn't supposed to be in there. Luckily she had put the security latch in place when my son left the room. She was in her night clothes and was not going to let him in the room. I guess after we talked to the front desk they called security on the radio and told him it was all clear. My problem was not the "glitch" that happened, it was how it was handled.

When we checked in Thursday 05/21/2026 at around 4:00pm, the young man let us stand there at the counter for about 2 minutes without even looking up from his computer to greet us or even speak to us, and we were the only people at the counter. I thought that was quite rude. We were grandparents in town for a graduation ceremony and he wasn’t very helpful. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that was not our problem.
