Outstanding service from everyone. A/c was making a noise and they quickly got it fixed. Had an issue with loud people outside by the pool and they got them to quiet down. Great hotel and I will stay with them every time I travel. Nothing

The staff was pleasant, but communication could have been much better. We weren't informed about several important things at check-in, including that any purchases made at the hotel bistro would result in an additional $30 hold on our card. We also weren't told until we arrived that the pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. I was also surprised that parking was an additional charge. Considering the hotel doesn't offer complimentary breakfast and has limited amenities, I think parking should be included. Another issue was the air conditioning. It struggled to keep the room cool, was very loud, and made unusual noises. I reported a few things and while staff attempted a quick fix, they later said it would require maintenance. And unfortunately, we never received any follow-up. The location itself was fine, but the surrounding area became fairly rundown once you ventured outside the immediate vicinity. In the end, the hotel provided a clean and comfortable place to stay, but between the extra fees, lack of amenities and overall value, I don't feel the price matched the experience.

We stayed for one night and didn't use any amenities. The hotel was nice and well kept, but the bed was springy and uncomfortable. The mattress was too firm, no padding on top. Like sitting on a futon with springs. The pillows were small and lumpy. Did not get a great night's sleep. Everything else about the room was great, but the bed is the most important part and that was a fail. Linens were nice, though. Also was surprised they charged for parking, considering it was practically in an industrial area. Not downtown or someplace where space is at a premium.

Easy in and out to park close to the door we needed. Signage easy to spot from the roadway. Handy Starbucks in the lobby as well as a shop with need it right now items Fantastic plaza across the street with middle eastern restaurants. Very easy access to main roads. This will be our go-to lodging for future trips to Richardson and Garland.

Hotel was situated in an industrial park area with parking lot that was in need of repair. Did appreciate finding out when I arrived there was a $7/day parking fee, when it was not stated in the website amenities. The shower and toilet area required some gymnastics ability maneuver in and out.

Next morning, they found a 1 king, the correct bathroom, but no separate sitting room. I packed up my belongings, found a valet trolley, and rolled myself to the new room on 1st floor. I would have asked for help getting this done, but hotel maintains a slim staff. I am 78 years old with COPD, I rested a bit and went to eat. They stop providing breakfast at 10 am, I showed up about 10:15. Was able to buy a cup of fruit and Starbucks. FYI, limited menu; cheapest item was a $6.00 bagel. The price of food, snacks and sodas, was another tell that they cater to business clientele, who have expense accounts, not to people paying with their own dime. All staff were great: helpful and kind. The rooms and whole campus very clean. I felt welcome by staff, but I wish I had stayed somewhere else for my 7 day staycation.

My payment was sent to a place in New York. $168.00. Still haven't been able to get that money back. Had to pay another $200.00 to stay. She was very snotty to me. Stayed any way. Was put in a handy cap room. Not the room I booked on line. Shower water was cold. In room coffee was horrible. Will never stay at a Meriot hotel again.

Very clean, quiet property! Friendly staff and nice workout room. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast or coffee. 10.20 for two cups of coffee!

This Courtyard gives the appearance of having been recently renovated. The room had a new feel about it and was very nicely appointed. Very conveniently located and reasonably priced, this is a good option in the Richardson area.

We always stay here visiting relatives in North Texas. Consistently very good.

Room smelled like mildew and the last day of stay the sink was full of tiny ants or some type of bugs crawling all over the counter. Told the staff but he didn't even address the issue. Other than that I would've given them 5stars.

Only stayed for one night. Was in and out. Beds were comfy, the water got hot and had good pressure.

Hotel was clean, service was also good they were nice and friendly. The room looked very well taken care off. AC was good. The tv did turn on around 4AM. So it did startle us a bit. But apart from that it was good. 9.5/10 hotel, would come again.

Ricky was very nice. They were able to accommodate a late change to our reservation. Unfortunately the room was far too small for four adults. They only gave us 2 towels in our room, and only gave us two complimentary bottles of water. Which was ridiculous to me. There were no extra towels I the room and if we wanted the other two adults to have water we’d have to pay for it. When I expressed my dismay with the size of the accommodation for four people, granted there was 2 beds but there was no space to move about, there was no real solution given. So I had get another room because they were no bigger rooms available. The restrooms were not ventilated well but the rooms were very clean. I will not be going back to this hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Check in was at 3pm but our flight landed at 11:30am. They were able to get a cleaning staff to clean the room and said it would. E ready within an hour. They stored our luggage securely so we can go get breakfast across the street at a very delicious Turkish bakery. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind! The rooms were in very good condition, and the lobby was a fun place to hang out during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had requested an ADA compliant room with wheelchair access shower, and we got exactly what we asked for. When we arrived, we asked for extra towel because we didn't want room service during our short stay, and they were placed in our room before we arrived in our room a few minutes later. We were able to park close to the door closest to our room, which was convenient. Great staff and great service.

The bathroom is so small you can't hardly turn around in it with the shower. And you have to get into the shower at the back by the commode. Way too tight of an area.

The stay overall was nice, spacious, clean, and updated the only thing i disliked was there was no microwave in the rooms.....you have to walk to the lobby for one microwave.

Usually exemplary staff, cleanliness, comfort and more. All was good, minus the noisy, clattering ac all night and fridge. We used the pool, which was nice, but one of the pool handles was unattached to pull yourself out of the pool which could be dangerous for elderly or disabled.

Reservation canceled by night manager cause I wasn’t pleasantly agreeable about poor service at check in I was exhausted from driving 7 hours in a rain storm and was in town for a funeral turned away in rain to look for another hotel

Like new hotel close to the highway, right beside Texas Roadhouse. For us, it was perfect for a one night stay.
