The rooms where clean and the staff was great, it had many restaurants within walking distance great location.

The hotel was peaceful, had some great amenities, beautiful views, amazing staff, a nice pool, and a gym with good equipment. However, the gym area needed some dusting. The room was relatively clean overall, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable bug infestation in my room. The staff was very kind and promptly moved me to a different room, which I appreciated. However, the experience was still concerning and ultimately affected my overall stay.

The staff was exceptional. Susan the waitress was fantastic and a lot of fun to visit with. The temperatures outside were extremely hot but the hotel lobby and the rooms were col and comfortable. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were very good. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms had adequate room for two people to prepare themselves for the day.

Staff changes everyday they are hiring, receptionist loud telling us she is leaving, roch in my room and they didn't offer anything to make it up to me, receptionist didn't know what's the closest store. Wanted another deposit after I suggested that I might extend my stay. Breakfast looks depressing snd expensive. No one is taking their breakfast because of that

The room was very dirty. Old blood was on the top blanket and bled through the sheet. There was also blood on the wall near the bathroom. In addition, the shower was dirty. Hair was still on the shower wall. We were very uncomfortable. I would not return.

They hotel is overall clean but the room we stayed in seemed like no one had ever been in that room. The sheets on the bed were dirty and the blinds to shade the sun out the room didn’t work. It took them a whole day to come in there to fix the issue. The internet lies about the food being serves until 10 they actually close at 8 and so does the breakfast we went for two days to get breakfast and dinner and they were both closed before the times they mentioned. This was the second chance idk if I’ll give them a 3rd. Stay but be cautious and check your beds! Forgot to mention their parking is terrible. They share it with 3 other businesses and it’s super hard to find a spot!

The rooms and hotel itself were super clean, my only complaint was the hotel itself (not the room) had a very weird and strong smell. I’ve stayed in this hotel twice before and never experienced it having an odor.

The staff was very kind. We just had issues with our sink, it started leaking. Also a delay in getting our room because there was no available rooms ready.

clean and good area and nice The main problem was the mattress. It was badly worn and had a deep dip in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I reported the issue and asked for the mattress to be changed, but unfortunately the staff did not take care of it. Because of the poor condition of the mattress, I ended up with back pain during my stay.

I had some concerns that I made sure to text their messaging service about. First night a roach crawled over my laptop, in which I switched beds. Sink wouldn't drain and there was no conditioner. I also found possible stains from bed bugs after itching throughout the night on my final night's stay. I made sure to tell the reception desk after not receiving a message back.

When you walk into the front desk, the receptionist was very kind and polite. When we walked into the room, we noticed a bit of dirt on dirt on the floor, but other than that, everything was good.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and went out of there way to get us some mustard packets from the kitchen in the middle of the night when my wife was having severe leg cramps. Can't think of anything we disliked

The rooms are very nice for the price, and overall the hotel is quiet and clean. There are also lots of restaurants options in the area. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y enfriaba bastante la habitación. Únicamente hubo un problema con el drenaje de la ducha pues había acumulados pelos que estaban bloqueando la salida del agua y tuve yo mismo que limpiar esa zona. Eso fue el único inconveniente. Por lo demás el staff se mostró siempre muy atento, servicial y muy amable.

It really a peaceful place , clean, and wonderful stuff. All I can say is everytime I will be in Dallas that will be my house.

When I got to my room, I discovered the shower was missing a sliding glass door. Water immediately sprayed out and flooded the bathroom floor. Two employees confirmed the door shouldn’t have been missing, but since the hotel was full, all they could offer were extra towels. Later, I purchased three bottled drinks and charged them to my room. Although I had already paid a $100 incidental hold at check-in, I immediately received another unexpected $100 charge. Staff couldn’t explain it and said it would disappear after checkout, but it’s still on my account. I also ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant. After paying $37 for wings, mashed potatoes, and cheesecake, I received a call saying they couldn’t make the wings because they had no grease to cook them. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed at checkout. That charge is also still pending. I realize it may take longer than a day for a charge to fall off. I asked to speak with the general manager at checkout but was told they weren’t available. After two more calls and a voicemail, I’m still waiting for a response. I chose this hotel because of its positive reviews, so this was disappointing. The staff were courteous and did their best, but the maintenance issues, billing problems, and lack of management follow-up left me with a poor overall impression.

This place is worth the money. You can tell it’s remodeled and everything is pretty much new inside the rooms. The rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is very helpful from the time you walk into the time you leave. Definitely recommend this hotel for the cost just outside of Dallas inner city. Parking is easy and also the amenities are worth it.

Overcharged me for just buying water???

The not having a door to the shower was very shocking but we made it work. Being able to connect your phone to the mirror in the bathroom was cool, just wish the sound was a little louder. No complaints other than that. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was super nice and very helpful.

Beautiful hotel and overall a great stay! I really enjoyed everything about the property. My only suggestion would be improving the shower curtains, as they didn’t seem very effective and had visible stains. When showering, water also tended to pour onto the bathroom floor. We would have soaking wet dry towels covering the floor. The tub itself was clean, but you could tell it had seen a lot of use. Despite that, the hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing and we had a very enjoyable experience overall!

The property was nice, however I would caution anyone who stays here to monitor their charges and receipts closely. My Expedia receipt and my amount that I was charged at the hotel were not the same. The amount charged by Cambria was significantly higher. After multiple failed attempts to resolve with the hotel and Expedia, I resulted to disputing with my bank. Hotel management refused to call me back, and denied my refund to Expedia. I would caution anyone who stays here, because the hotel likes to steal from its customers..

Updated, but room is dusty. The TV is not internet accessible. I had to watch my shows/podcasts on my IPad. Water pressure is very very low. Very good location. Just wish they would have told me where to go for great food & entertainment. Found on my own by driving around. Also, rooms are NOT sound proof! We could hear everything outside our room. Overall, 3 Stars out of 5.

The staff is courteous and friendly. The location is good and safe. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and provided good service. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel does not have dedicated parking so if you return late at night expect to park far from the hotel in an unmonitored lot

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. Everything was neat and clean. I would say they need to add more people to help out with the breakfast serving. Also they have me another room that was handicapped which I didn’t ask for. All around though we still enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived, I noticed that the room I was assigned was not the same type as the one I had originally booked. I requested a room change, and the front desk staff clearly explained that they would be able to accommodate my request the following day after other guests had checked out. When I followed up with the morning staff, there was initially some confusion regarding the room change; however, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the team's responsiveness and willingness to help. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the staff handled the situation professionally.

A delightful stay besides able to hear every single little step somebody takes in the room above you. But that’s a given and most hotels other than that it was great.

Accesible to where I was to attend and the variety of restaurants at walking distance.

Clean Rooms

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, pool reeked of mold and had lots of water puddles all around the room that contributed to the mold. Found mold on the side wall in the pool. Water was cloudy. At least 5 dirty towels wadded up on the chairs (pool room was empty besides us). Breakfast staff wasn’t great and kept saying we never gave her the breakfast tickets (she grabbed them off our table and couldn’t remember or find them…..) Really liked the room, but one full side of the power outlets didn’t work. Comforter had blood spots on it. Couch and throw pillows had some dried white substance all over them….. don’t even wanna know on that one. Window covering had lots of dirty spots on it that could have been easily wiped down. Probably won’t stay here again.

Ultimately we chose Cambria. The bedroom was clean. Sheets felt fresh. The Air conditioner works flawlessly, perfect for summer. The shower was clean and the staff were friendly. Everything seemed well maintained. We stayed on the 4th floor. Overall when I come back to Dallas this is where I will be staying. Also, The area it’s located is so cute. Lots of restaurants in driving distance. We tried Prime, Mediterranean restaurant. Everything was fresh and well made.
